The reason for the review is they are always so friendly whenever you visit here. Several of the other convenience stores close by barely speak or look up much less smile or are friendly. A smile and and a how are you isn't hard to do when it's your business or you're the cashier. They carry frozen foods (pizza, lasagna, burritos, frozen dinners, +), ice cream, chocolate milk, several grocery items (crushed pineapple I needed, soups, canned meats, etc.), car items, a soda fountain, various cold beverages and waters, rows of snack foods plus cold beer and wine. Lottery tickets and scratch off's are available at the counter. There's also a taqueria inside serving 7-5, I think. He's very nice as well, popular spot but I haven't eaten here yet. Great convenience store with friendly customer service. Stop in if you're close by.

Gas prices seem comparable to anywhere. My main reason for stopping here is to get an extra-large coffee for a great price. The coffees are good quality and they often have an organic variety as well as different roast strengths. They sell teas, Icees, smoothie type beverages and a big selection of sodas on tap. They do have different foods like hot dogs and cold cut sandwiches. In the mornings they offer breakfast items of all types. I've not tried the breakfast foods but I know the sausage biscuits and kolaches sell out quickly. The sweets selection is pretty good. They have pastries, donuts, danishes and cookies as well as candy. Restrooms are clean and maintained. As far as convenience stores go, this one is well above average.

The staff seem to really enjoy their job and always give a friendly greeting at checkout. My list is simple candied nuts and the BBQ sandwiches. My go to is the XXL Brisket Sandwich. This is the equivalent of having two sandwiches on one bun. The brisket is very flavorful with a sauce that is slightly sweet but missing any spice. The meat is tender without a lot of fat chopped into the lean beef. If you are on the road or lucky enough to live near a store, stop and enjoy.

This Whole Foods location in Sugar Land is one of my favorite grocery stores for fresh produce,…read morebakery items, organic foods, specialty diets, and high-quality meat and eggs. If you're looking for gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty products, the selection here is excellent. The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. A nice bonus is the Amazon return counter inside the store. You can bring eligible Amazon returns without packaging, and they handle the rest. One thing I wanted to mention for anyone trying to take advantage of the current Amazon Prime ice cream promotion (50% off pints through July 7): this location has had ongoing ice cream issues. I visited twice recently and found the freezers completely empty both times. On one visit, staff said they were waiting on a shipment; on the next visit, they explained that the freezer had broken and posted a sign stating that no ice cream pints were available for sale. So if you're specifically coming for the ice cream deal, I'd recommend calling ahead first or checking another Whole Foods location. Aside from that issue, it's still a great store and a very convenient Whole Foods for the Sugar Land area.

The other nice thing is that the prices are usually very decent. Whereas the gas station that is closer to me and usually vacant overcharges. Things to note...I tend to avoid the convenience store. Something about it is off putting and I can't explain it. It's clean, those inside are nice, but I tend to avoid it. This gas station does tend to get very busy, due to its location, so certain times such as before and after work are probably the worst times to get gas here. However, if you're not in a rush you won't mind. This review has to be short, because the only reason you'll come here is for the convenience of cheap gas and that to me is reason enough to keep coming back and letting others know why it's worth the trip.
