THIS COMPANY / REPRESENTATIVE HAD SERIOUSLY MIS-MANAGE OUR COMPLEX AND MAINLY OUR FINANCES!!!  A year and a half ago, our complex had over $15K in the reserve, and today, we are left with $92!!  And that's all without the homeowners knowing that they dug into the reserve!! Each homeowners are already paying a lot per month for our HOA, yet, the money had gone missing, or spent without our knowledge.  We are forced to start self manage due to this crisis and our rep blamed the whole thing on us!!  Saying we never gave her the proper answers regarding finances.  The fact that most of us home owners did attend the meeting regarding finances and NEVER ones we were told that money was taken from our reserves until we had only $80 in there!!!  WTF!!!  That's illegal!! If we're in such financial hardship, why not try to negotiate with vendors or find new ones to help get our finances back??!!  We've done that ourselves and  got great results! Furthermore, there's NO communication or involvement.  We're a medium size complex , so I understand where we stand in priority, but still not acceptable. Now we're playing cleanup and catchup, and it has not been easy playing cat and mouse with our "rep".  We will be back on our feet, but BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! This is my first review and I had to do it because I am so angry at this company!! read more

This review is for Chris Popoli, Since Chris took over the role of the Regional Manager, calls/requests/emails actually were answered. If Chris did not have an immediate resolution for the request, he would email and will let you know that he is working on it and explaining how he is planning to resolve the issue. Quick turnaround to answer with an email. Never have to email twice to ask the same question. I actually, in one of my emails to Chris i said that "he was a breath of fresh air", it feels that there is actually someone that is there and listening, someone that cares, something i have not experienced never before with dealing with the previous managers. We live at the present address for many years.... This kind of a person on the other end of the email/phone receiver is long overdue. I have been waiting for the resolution of a few issues since beginning of last year, as soon as Chris came into picture, most of them were resolved. AMAZING!!!! Everyone has so many things that they need to take care for their families, having someone like Chris helping you, makes day to day tasks so much easier to take care of. THANK YOU CHRIS! KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB YOU ARE ALREADY DOING!!!!!!! read more

Absolutely despicable people work at this company. I belong to an HOA and when this company took over it has been nothing but harassment, lies, discrimination and utter disgusting behaviors. I really do not know how people live with themselves. Michelle Price and Lisa Rayca in particular are two of the biggest liars that I have ever met in my entire life. I am am honest, bill paying, rule following person who minds my own business. The HOA is terribly corrupt and tries to screw everyone over any chance that they can, even if you are disabled or have financial difficulty, they do not care about you. Best bet is for you to take pictures, keep emails, document, complain to the state and take them to court for all of the illegal things that they do to you. If you need any services done, hold your breath, they take their good old time and it will cost you. read more

This company was hired to manage mountain club condos. During the few years they managed the property few things happened: 1) Management fees were raised by almost 20 to 30% while service quality and actual work done went down. 2) Last year we discovered that they had not paid the township even the water bill for many quarters. Only way we got to know was when we the whole complex was mailed lien notices by the township. 3) They will come up with creative fees like trash surcharges, snow surcharge to charge thousands of dollars extra in fees. 4) They are rude to residents while they play very nice with the board members. 5) Good luck trying to get any meaningful financial statements from them in case someone wants to figure out where your monthly fees are going. I will not recommend this company to anyone read more

Corner Property Management - As a Principal Owner, and the President of a Service Company who deals with almost every Property Management Company in the Tri-State Area, I have nothing but kind words of praise for CP Management. They Truly have a talented and competent management team from the Owner (Tony), to the Professional Regional Managers whom I have personally worked with, Heather Fiore. Property Management Companies always have their hands full in all communities, and constantly have to keep their eye on the ball. I have found that CP Management gets results. They are considerate, hard working, and results driven when it comes to getting the job done. W. Todd Petrina President Gotham Pest Control read more

This company is criminal, literally. My condo complex was managed by Corner Management. December 2024, the property manager was arrested for fraud. She's being accused of stealing over $1 million dollars from the association. The members of the community suspected something was off and contacted them multiple times to no avail. Corner Property allowed this fraud to continue for over 5 years. Many members of our community are getting together a class action lawsuit against them. BEWARE!!!!! They are literally criminals. feel like I may be beating a dead cat after seeing the multiple reviews left by other users but I still felt in necessary to state how incredibly unprofessional and incompetent this company has been. After levying a fine for a parking violation they attached a photo which clearly showed the vehicle wasn't even mine. Now dozens of emails and voicemails have all gone unanswered. It is impossible to get anyone other than the operator on the phone and no one returns calls. If given the choice I would strongly recommend finding another management company. read more

This property management company has demonstrated a consistently poor level of service, characterized by frequent name changes and inadequate communication. I have been absent from my co-op for six months due to minor damage, yet my attempts to contact the company have been met with either unresponsiveness or impolite responses that lack clarity. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly advise seeking legal representation to protect your interests. read more

This company has no business managing companies. They do nothing. No maintenance, do not respond to homeowners, don't give notice for meetings, just to mention a few. I could hon for hours. Our property is in such decline and corner doesn't seem to care at all. We trying to get rid of them. Don't ever hire this company. Added just some pictures of the mess in my complex. Water damage to my ceilings and still not fixed. I have a lot more pictures. read more

Great company! My maintenance company has nothing but fluid and professional interaction. Office staff quick to answer questions-both via email and by phone-and the managers are so accessible. It's rare I allow my employees to have direct communication with a manager but I have zero concerns if my employees have a question or the manager has a question with one of my men on site. Not quick to just send work orders they explain details too. read more

Our building has been managed by Corner Property for the last 3 years, prior to them we had very bad experience with 2 different property management companies. Corner property has been doing an excellent job maintaining and managing our building and keeping it in a good shape. I recommended them to a good friend of mine who leave in a neighboring town, they hired them recently and so far they are very happy. Strongly recommended. read more

Don't want to trash this company directly but they better be aware of who they have representing them as the following individual has no skills in dealing with the public and is extremely nasty in her approach in dealing with the public. If you hear the name Laurie Nieliwocki representing corner property management STAY FAR AWAY... extremely vindictive individual. I would not hire her to even mop floors. read more

the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They took over last year and from the start Tony the owner has been so nasty to me, maybe he doesn't understand commercial properties because I see it's mostly residential. Very unresponsive and when he does respond he is just rude and unprofessional. I have super nice landlords and cannot believe they hired this company to represent them. read more

I have had a number of extremely positive interactions with our new Corner Property Manager, Chris Popoli. We live in a condominium community in Manalapan NJ. Chris patiently listens to residents' concerns at meetings or on the phone, he is very thorough, responds quickly to e-mails, and takes swift, corrective action for any problems which are presented.
