Minimal shade on the property though so it'll be real hot on warm days. I was disappointed when I walked up and there was a sign taped to the order window "No Ice Cream." I was definitely hoping to get a milkshake but had to pivot. Service at the window was efficient enough without much care/emotion. I ended up getting a hot dog and a cheeseburger. Dog was good. Nice blend of chili, slaw, and mustard. They use the red/pink dogs here so if you feel away about them (I think they're tasty), just keep that in mind. The burger was good. I appreciated the fresh slices of tomato, and, as you'll see it looked like a tomato sandwich because the tomatoes were larger than the burger patty. Still had good flavor. I'd be tempted to come back next time for an ice cream treat.

They have scones and muffins on display, as well as quiche and some pies, and a few other savory breakfast and lunch items. They also have a huge cheesecake listing that gives the Cheesecake Factory a run for its money. I got the bacon Swiss quiche. It was delicious! It had a ton of seasoning that was almost pizza like, with oregano. The owner is very nice. There's not a lot of seating inside but there are tables outside.

I wandered in here because of the excessive lines across the street on Mother's day. It is a smaller bakery, though they have an amazing selection of cheesecake. I grabbed a muffin and a tea, while my wife got a quiche. The muffin was good. They've got an interesting selection of teas, which was fun -- I got a black tea, Scottish breakfast, which tasted just like English breakfast. Everything was good, the staff are friendly, there's no wait, and the prices are good. Find the place.

The place is very warm and welcoming with vibrant colors. With Pop music playing you feel at ease. They have many choices of flavors. There are sundaes, shakes, floats and cones, something for everyone. We went with the traditional Bannana Split Boat. One scoop each of Vanilla, Strawberry & Chocolate topped with whip cream, pineapple, cherries & hot fudge. We decided to share as it was enough for the two of us. The soft serve ice cream came perfectly together with all the other ingredients. It was definitely a refreshing treat and I'm sure my diabetes will pay for it later. It all brought me back to my youth. Employees were friendly and courteous. If ever in Richmond stop by, you won't be disappointed!

However the ice cream tasted terrible. Ice cream is my favorite dessert and I threw 3/4 out. The ice cream wasn't creamy, had a super artificial taste, had water crystals in it, and wasn't worth eating. The pistachio tasted flavorless other than the nuts that were in it. The mud ice cream flavor as okay. The only tasty part being the incursions as well. Overall we were super disappointed and won't be back. The servers were kind and the place was clean. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. Many other better options nearby.

The interior is very cute and clean, and the staff behind the counter is always nice and helpful. So far I've liked all of the treats I've bought a lot (I very much learned that the idea of an ice cream cookie sandwich is better than the actual thing - the ice cream melts and gets everywhere and the cookies get hard and wet; it would be one thing if they were smaller and you could tackle them in 2-3 bites but the cookies are huge and you get like half a pint of ice cream jammed between them), but I think the cupcakes are my favorite. There's a chocolate peanut butter one that holds first place in my heart currently! I love treat shops and I could find myself going here more often if I found the prices easier for my wallet to manage. 2-3 smallish treats can sometimes set me back $10-15 and I yet again have to remind myself I can't allow myself to frequent this business any more than maybe 1 day a month.
