The rooms also left a lot to be desired, but we did have a semi decent view of the city. The bathroom was also very small and the shower was a bit complicated. We weren't in the room for long as we quickly changed, headed out to dinner, and by the time we came back, it was time to go to sleep for our flight the next morning. The fact that you'd have to stand over me after I explain we changed rooms was so embarrassing. There are many other hotels we saw in the area. We will never stay here again. I utilized my FNA award from my signup bonus I got with the Boundless card and made use of it on this trip, including this hotel. We trekked here directly from the airport via the Metro. Therefore, we got here much earlier than the check-in time (though not as much due to the EES nightmares). Therefore, we were able to freshen up a little bit and head out accordingly. The bathrooms near the lobby are quite clean and spacious so it's very easy to freshen up there. Due to some business conferences at the hotel - it was quite packed when we arrived on a Tuesday - there was no opportunity to upgrade, but that's okay. We also skipped the breakfast add-on as we were heading off on a train early in the AM. The room itself was quite nice and up to the standards of a Sheraton. We got some office building views from our room. The free water came handy too, but again we were here for only one night. The bathroom itself was clean and spacious enough. The shower/tub combo is something I don't always see (though I have in Europe) and the glass wall with the curtains certainly makes this more suitable for a couple than anyone beyond that, but it did the job. The hotel itself is in the business district and there isn't too much around unless you want to walk to Avenida which isn't too far away. If you want a business-friendly hotel with a guaranteed quality of sorts, you can't go wrong here.

We were welcomed with a delicious glass of port and a great tart (I could have eaten 5 of them). There is one tiny elevator to take you to the rooms. The rooms aren't huge, but very comfortable with new furniture. The bathroom and shower are great. Then the really great thing was that on my wife's birthday, they had a cake for her. Besides complimentary cook to order breakfast the hotel offers 3 free walking tours around the city and in room mini bar items-such as water, soft drinks, and beer-are also complimentary. The hotel even has various snacks (cookies, snacks, some food items) offered to guests in the lobby entrance as well as a daily happy hour. One final bonus are the 17th century ruins in the downstairs lounge area. Finally, the location is excellent. Corpo Santo is about a minute walk from Pink Street, 5 minute walk from Time Out Market, and very close to a number of tourist attractions in a less densely populated area than other hotels I looked at as well as a short walk from the water. The connecting room setup worked perfectly for us, plenty of space between the two rooms, and the staff had clearly thought through what families actually need, right down to the football shirts waiting for our kids on arrival. What really stood out was the spa, chromotherapy showers, a jacuzzi, and this bucket contraption that tips warm water on you when you least expect it, sounds odd but the kids were obsessed. Add in a genuinely excellent dinner at the in-house restaurant and a location that puts you right in the middle of old Lisbon, and it's easy to see why this place is so well rated. Would book again without hesitation.

The room came with complimentary teas and Nespresso pods plus a large 2 liter bottle of "still water" and a gorgeous bathroom. The pillows, bedding and towels were fantastic. The water pressure was wonderful also. We were there in August and the air conditioning worked well also. The room also had a ceiling fan. The restaurant and bar was really good also. They have an incredible hamburger. Browns also has a coffee shop nextdoor. Brown's Central is in the heart of shopping, restaurants, coffee and pastry shops. However with all this, our room was quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made great suggestions for dinner.

Their primary role is to save people time and make life easier by handling tasks like making reservations, arranging travel, securing event tickets, and providing personalized recommendations.
