Decent pick up option if you're in the area, but not worth a special trip.

The baked beans were just typical beans.. solid, not great. The meat, while lacking in amount packed a lot of flavor. It's not necessarily a Cajun restaurant, but a meat market. So you'll need to check in on their Facebook to see what they have to eat each day as they really only have one plate and then some side items like the boudine balls, which are unique and delicious as well.

I order my food, 2 for 2 soups chicken noodle and tomato which comes lukewarm. Also some how the chicken which has , I assumed been smothering in the soup is dry? I also get a pretty strong ketchup taste from the tomato soup. My go to order at Panera isn't seeming to great. I then get a free pastry form the app. This pastry comes to be cold. Chocolate is hard unmoving cold. My friend and I go up to politely ask for our pastries to be warmed. The nice blonde lady says that she can't take it back but she will replace with a warm one, I ask the same, and a larger man in the back says, no you can both take them and warm them up in the microwave. Taken aback I've never known of a fast food place to have a microwave. Okay, we warm it up in the microwave, and it honestly smells like fire? Soup not good, fire tasting pastry, and I go to refill my drink and notice the machine. I have worked with drink machines for 8years now. For it to get this bad, especially in a controlled indoor environment, several several days of neglecting cleaning or any maintenance would have had to take place (picture attached: Drink Machine: moldy ice chute inside and out, moldy back splash, drip tray, and drip pan; grimy drink covers... I can only imagine what the diffusers look like... please take notice! )And to think it's not hard to clean these machines, I doubt the spickets from the tea are any better. We left immediately after. No homework started, still freezing cold, unsatisfied. And our stomachs began hurting soon after.

Our server, Emily, was phenomenal! Cheerful. Helpful. Thoughtful. Attentive. Just excellent. We started with the bottomless salad. Improved since our previous visit. Crispy lettuce, tomato, red onion and croutons. Unfortunately, the plates were warm because they were just out of the dishwasher. It didn't stop us from getting a refill. For dinner, my wife ordered gluten free rigatoni with 5 cheese marinara. Very rich. A little too heavy to my taste, but she enjoyed it. And so filling she was a "one and done". I was pleasantly surprised there was no up charge for gluten free pasta. I chose Angel hair pasta with the new spicy meat sauce. And added extra meatballs. Simply delicious! The spice was just right. The sauce was thick. Not at all watery. Both our pastas were perfectly prepared. Not overcooked and mushy like so many "Italian" kitchens. And the meatballs? As good as any you've ever had. And the size of a baseball. I did order a refill. Thankfully, a slightly smaller portion than the original. And even the extra meatballs were included. I couldn't make a significant dent. No worries. Emily packed up our leftovers to take home with extra salad and breadsticks. As the portions were so generous, I asked Emily the record for reorders. She told me someone had 10 refills! Also, there appears to be a contest between the Olive Gardens. They actually encourage you to reorder so they can win the competition! Finally, we surrendered and waddled our way to the car, loosened our belts and drove home. There's no way we'll wait a year to revisit. OG has upped their game in a big way.
