Overall, I'm just disappointed in Panera Bread as a company. The two stars is for the COMPANY and NOT THIS LOCATION. Not taking into account price, I'd give this location 4-stars. My reasons: Their prices are way too high for the amount of food that is given. On this visit, I ordered a salad for my mom and a pick 2 for myself. That combined order cost over $30 and I didn't even get any drinks for us. I only got water. I really want to continue eating at Panera, but over the past few years, every time I go there, I get a little sticker shock and disappointment. The food, presentation, and atmosphere of the restaurants cannot overcome that feeling.

I ordered a 1/2 of chicken salad and the sandwich was full of lettuce with not even a teaspoon of chicken. I waited 25 min in a drive through paid $12 for lettuce and bread.

I love Panera but this is the second time they've ripped me off on coffee. Believe it or not I haven't taken a single sip out of this cup, the coffee was great but I wish I would at least get the full cup for the price I'm paying.

This is my favorite Panera Bread in the area. The outside seating is always clean. The staff are always kind and welcoming.

Food was great, service was very fast, and the cashier Elizabeth was the nicest cashier we've had the pleasure of dealing with!

It's her go to. The staff is always friendly and brings service with a smile. GD gives off a bit of a hipster vibe, but not too much for this old(er) guy. Try it you'll like it. I will complain just slightly...GD used to have Brussels sprouts and they don't have it anymore.

Yelling across the restaurant (too much to ask the worker to walk down to where I was so she just kept yelling instead) and an obese customer telling me these salads are helping her recover from heart surgery. I asked her to mind her own business so I could just get out and the employee did nothing to tell the obese customer to leave the other customers alone and stop comparing her self induced heart problems to my 110 spinal surgery's over what will be 21 years ago the last day of August. And I tried getting out of New Orleans before the Hurricane but when your car gets jacked while your loading up made me stuck in a city that would soon be underwater. The salad was horrible. So much crammed into the container made it impossible to mix or blend in the tiny amount of dressing. And the company has no shame. What am I tipping for stand up service?. At $15 a salad I find it impossible, believe that the company can't pay its employees enough money that the customers aren't automatically set up to give a tip through the app. And then I'm asked to do a review and the company is so shameless. They actually pre-fill the box of glowing review so if you want, you can just send that in. Wishful thinking compared to the material I received in that bowl.

I met up with a friend, and I liked the fact that we could hear each other when we spoke. I ordered the goat cheese appetizer and Moroccan meatball appetizer. Both came out hot. The goat cheese balls had a crispy outer shell and were very yummy. The meatballs were in a unique tomato-based sauce which I also enjoyed. I ordered the Voodoo pasta with blackened shrimp. I am not usually impressed by cream based pasta, but this time I was. The pasta was bursting with flavor as were the grilled shrimp. There was a generous amount of crunchy shrimp in the entree. I also had tried the Drink With No Name. I have nothing negative to say about it. You won't either. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, so service was, in other words, perfect. Portions are generous.

Great ambiance and decor, feels rustic and chic at the same time! Comfortable chairs which is rare to find anymore. We were seated at a low table in the room at the front which was nice as it was quieter than the big open restaurant in the main part. My mom and I had a great lunch! The attentive waitress shared that the chef was new and it was a new menu. There were so many fabulous choices on the menu it was hard to choose. Goat cheese burger, fish and chips, Brie and jam grilled cheese, Nashville hot chicken, just so many things sounded good. I opted for the Nashville hot chicken, it was moist chicken breaded and nice and crisp, with a creamy slaw and a chili oil drizzled on it for more spice, then it also had habagardil pickles on it, the best pickles I have ever had! Only a couple places use these local pops habagardil pickles and they are spicy and delicious. The sandwich was delicious on a brioche bun. Messy, and magical this sandwich was. The fries were so good it was hard to stop eating them! My mom had the blueberry jam and bacon Brie grilled cheese with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and she eats very little but she devoured this sandwich and also loved the fries! The tomato basil soup also looked good! I will have to become a repeat customer because I need to try that goat cheese burger and the salmon bowl, well, and every single entree on the menu!! Bringing friends back soon!! The chef here is creating some amazing food!! The only issue we had was finding parking. She uses a walker and the only place we could find to park was handicapped over at a neighboring restaurant and it was a bit of a walk for someone with mobility issues. Front doors are heavy, and you have to open both doors for it to be wide enough for the walker to go through, so getting in wasn't easy. Food amazing, accessibility challenging.
