If I could write zero stars I would this location is horrible I don't know if it's the management or the poorly trained staff but they never and I mean never have a cinnamon crunch bagels on hand how are you a bakery but never have any bagels on hand I don't understand why the s Cinnamon crunch bagels which is one of your all's top flavored bagels that you offer and they never have any how do you run out of those at two in the afternoon and your open to what nine or 10 that's like Fazoli's running out of pasta at 2 o'clock. Upon walking in every table was filthy. Tables were covered with trash and food. The chairs were sticky and there was trash all over the floor. I got up to get a napkin to wet with the water from the fountain machine. There are no napkins in all the dispensers. I went to the bathroom to get towels there to wipe my own table . Popeyes, Chick Fil-a, McDonald's has nothing to worry about plus Panera is so proud of sandwich they charge twice as much as competition. Love me some Panera. It's a restaurant where I tend to switch it up. Sometimes it's a sandwich, or soup. It's frequently the Mac and cheese which is amongst the best in the restaurant business. I enjoy their bagels, breakfast sandwiches and chai tea latte (also one of the best I've had). The desserts are good too. Today I had the Mac and cheese and one of their non soda drinks. I like Panera bread chain. You always get fresh bread and pastries here. When I was placing my order I found out they took French onion soup off the menu... Was a little sad but ordered broccoli cheddar soup and frontega panini instead and it tasted pretty good. The lady that was taking my order at cash register was very sweet and helpful and my food was prepared in no time. I LOVE this location. I have ordered in the store, online, and through the drive through. When ordering online or at the counter, I generally get what I've ordered. The taste is pretty spot on. It is also incredibly busy which makes it even more amazing that this place is so clean. I will say, avoid the drive through if you can. The set up is pretty bad, you can be out in actual traffic if the line is long enough. Also, they tend to mess up your order in the drive through. Otherwise, this place is great! read more

I came in with my mother who likes the food here. After I skimmed thought the menu I did not see anything I would like other than the desserts they had. I picked out two Oreo type cookies which looked good. They were nasty and overpriced! They were tiny but priced at over $1 each. The cream inside had a cheap quality taste. The cookies were stale and also tasted cheap. The sugar used did not taste like premium sugar but more like chalk mixed with dollar store sugar. What a disappointment... read more

Therefore one of the criteria for choosing Panera is the WiFi so you can share documents and do research. Wifi is hit or miss. Been here before and had the same experience. Surprised they even have bread! Went to this restaurant last week, ordered from the kiosk and on one of my sandwiches it showed it was out of ham and had me substitute another meat. One time visit, no big deal, I can forgive. BUT, yesterday, had a busy Sunday at work at the hospital while most people are enjoying time with their family. I didn't want to go home and then cook, so I decided to stop off Panera and get a nice meal for the family and me to enjoy and relax. I passed many other restaurant options to get there only to find a sign at the drive thru that the drive thru was closed and I had to go inside to order. I guess this was their way of detouring customers away from their establishment which should have warned me upfront. I was not detoured, my little girl wanted some bacon mac and cheese and a heritage ham sandwich and my wife wanted a baja mac and cheese, so I parked and went in. I went to order at the kiosk only to find out they were out of ham, again! I was tempted to offer to run across the street to Sams club and get them a mega pack of ham for the week. Oh well, I guess turkey will have to do. Then when I ordered the baja mac and cheese, the kiosk monitor informed me they also did not have avocados. Seriously?!? I went ahead and ordered it anyway without a key ingredient. Eventhough it takes longer to order from the kiosk, I like ordering from there as I like seeing all my options, and I usually opt for chips instead of the baguette default. My over $30 order was placed and the wait was reasonable, but when they called my name to pick it up, they told me they were out of chips and wanted to know what I wanted to substitute for it? I don't know? Maybe McAlister's? The manager was right there behind the counter when I was choosing my chip substitute and I did let her know my unhappiness of the drive thru being closed, being out of ham, being out of avocado and being out of chips. She, of course, apologized, with a smile. To be honest, we are usually McAlister's people but I have been choosing Panera the past few weeks after finding out about their mac and cheese options but I think we're going back to McAlister's for now. read more

After several visits, I understand why people are giving this Panera a bad review. If you go anytime after 7-8am your food will be terrible, especially on weekend. Whenever I go at like 6:00 am during the week the food is *decent* but on the weekends it's inedible! For example, today my husband and I got steak sandwiches and they were disgusting! We both took one bite and tossed them. The prickly pear hibiscus was so strong and acidic my tongue burned after drinking it. And this isn't the first time. Panera is the only food app that I have on my phone. I'm a regular but not at this location. I ordered my pick up order and when I arrived the doors were locked. The employees kept looking at me and when I knocked they opened the door asking if I had a pick up. She said well you can come in then. After reaching the second employee I asked what was going on and she said there's an outage. There were no apologies for the inconvenience. My order was not ready. Went thru drive thru, and no quality control tonight. Over 45.00 worth of food ordered, and half the order was wrong. On top of that one of my favorite sandwiches has been ruined, as the Italian, I was told is no longer available cold. The meat tasted nasty due to being cooked. For the amount you spend I would expect quality control to make sure orders are right. If I choose to go here again I will have to hold the line up, as I will have to unwrap every sandwich to ensure it is what I ordered. read more

The menu said sweet tea, nope just unsweetened tea with sugar packets, and they didn't have my type of bread I ordered either. Strike 3, and you're out. This was the second strike for this restaurant. First strike was in late December after an emergency appendectomy. I also found out I was diabetic and was out with the family doing post Christmas shopping and wanted to get out and walk around a bit. Being very conscious of what to eat, the majority wanted to stop at Panera bread. Never really wanted to eat there but they had French onion soup and have got that they the drive thru a few times. Went in and said I'm newly diabetic what do you have that's low carb. They had no fucking idea. Couldn't even produce a nutritional chart. Finally found one that had been under the counter so long that it was crusty. And nobody knew if they even had any of the food that was supposed to be low carb. I said screw It and just didn't eat. So we went there sith is morning for one of the low carb breakfast bowls. We had time so I suggested my wife and I go in. Bad idea. First off the breakfast power bowl wasn't on the menu. I found it on my phone. Waited behind two people to order them everyone disappeared. We waited 10 minutes and staff walked by the counter but never asked us if we needed anything. Then I went to the order kiosks and started to order and the bowls weren't even listed there. Screw this again. Walked out with nothing. I know this is a weirdo place to eat where people like to go pay $10 for half a sandwich and that's fine. But at least they should have the courtesy to wait on customers and also know what the hell is on their menu. read more

Our office eats here A LOT. There are about 8 of us and they have always been super nice and friendly with delivering our orders and nothing ever being wrong. We also have several 8 hour seminars a year and when we do, we order from them as well. That's usually about 25 people and they still deliver for us. The food is always fresh and good. read more

Here are a few suggestions. You could change your name from "Panera Bread" to Panera "we don't have any bread at 7 PM on a Saturday". There are baguettes at the bakery side of the store, but you can't have those baguettes - Because they don't have the lines on them and they don't know where to tear them - she actually said this. They have to use the lined special baguettes that they make on the sandwich side. I keep coming back here because it's the only one in the area but WOW - somebody from corporate needs to send help quickly. Were they trained at all? Do they just not give a shit? How can you be out of EVERYTHING at 7 PM on a Saturday - the first cold weather week of the year. Is it unlikely that people will want soup? I'm not sure but I love the fact that "the system" is always their excuse. Who runs the system!? Very disappointed. Using their online app, I often order the night before so that there is no delay. Five times in a row they have screwed up my order. Either haven't started it (after my due time), or as in my most recent, completely botched my order. My most recent order? Bagel, cream cheese and coffee. Couldn't find order. I have been to several different Panera Bread stores and have never had less than a five star visit until today. My wife and I stopped at the Veterans Parkway at 12:30 today (Sunday 4/30/17). We both ordered salads and iced teas to drink. After 25 minutes of waiting I went to the counter to inquire when our order would be done. The manager working the station said they were behind and that our order was too far down the line to see how long it would be. I went back to cash register and asked for our money back. As I did that, another customer told the manager not to leave as they had been waiting for their food over 30 minutes. Panera seems to be in decline with the quality and flavor of menu offerings. Tried the Thai broth bowl. Very bitter, unpleasant taste and the wontons seemed not fully cooked and chewy. Ordering was ridiculous because the ingredients are not listed on the menu. The girl taking my order told me to refer to the Panera website for that. I was standing right in front of her! I said "you're kidding, you actually want me to leave and look up this stuff online"?? The poor girl then went in the back and ask for guidance before opening a looseleaf binder for the answers. I was the only person in line. You can't make this stuff up! I hope this place holds on to its current customers because they clearly have no interest in encouraging new customers. The food is mediocre at best. My entree bowl with chicken had very little chicken and very little flavor. The turkey chili was actually leftover beans chili. If there was turkey in it I did not find any but it was full of various beans (including chickpeas) and tasted awful. I normally love Panera Bread but the food the last two times has been mediocre and the prices seem to keep going up. Almost $13 for a pick two combo and drink for lunch is outrageous! Another thing I have noticed is the restroom. It needs completely gutted & redone. Even when it's "clean", it looks disgusting. Changing my rating to a 2. Visited the other night at dinner time and they only had one cashier with at least 10 people in line. I had to take my soup back because it wasn't hot. My mom wanted to go on the weekend so I agreed. The tables weren't clean. The booths had used napkins still laying in them. I'd guess management has changed because this place is starting to go downhill. This restaurant is usually good, but tonight it was awful. Tucson chicken was slimy, and the chicken noodle soup was only broth. No chicken or noodles in the soup. I hope they decide to focus on improving, because they use to be good. I will avoid this place in the future. read more
