I have ordered flowers from here 4 times and every time I say ok I'll give them a try again but this last time I asked for a hand bouquet for $100 and the total came up to $125 with tax and delivery fee which is too much in my opinion. Anyways I gave them a 2 star for those reasons and the main reason is the bouquet did not even look like it was worth $50 and it was for my sisters bday and when I got to her house that day I was so embarrassed that I even ordered those for her. We were guests to a dinner party last night and from the images on this businesses Instagram, we figured we would call and give them a try. They were very prompt about answering our late call and any questions we had. The customer service was out of this world, wonderful. I called to make an appointment & to find out if they can provide service for my wedding next year. Harout answered the phone & told us he would confirm with his "designers" and call us back. He called us back within 30 minutes to give us an appointment date & time. He took down our phone numbers and names. I took time off of work to make it to my appointment & I live pretty far. I make it to my appointment 10 minutes early to walk in & be told that the designer has left for the day for an "emergency". You guys couldn't call me as a courtesy to let me know the situation so I don't drive all the way down to Burbank after I left work early?? The girl at the front desk told us they didn't have our number saved or names. That's weird because Harout called us back to confirm dates and times and names. Also, as I walked in, it looked like there was a coffee hangout happening with 4-5 people. I told Harout that I wanted a very simple bouquet sent to a sick friend - I didn't want an "arrangement," I wanted something simple and elegant that looked like the flowers were just picked from a garden, I wanted a vase that was heavy and substantial (not one of those thin cheap ones), and that is exactly what I received. Okay, this place is really growing on me! I've had multiple successful visits and that's a feat a bit hard to come by for florists. The floral selection here is impressive. Some of my faves are the Peonies, succulents, berries, and the purple cabbages that are oh so beautiful in arrangements nowadays. Vicka was incredibly helpful.
