The food was very good! I went on a Sunday and had their 32 oz Michelada special which was amazing! I highly recommend it. I also had their tosti-ceviche which was also a Sunday special. They have a decent draft selection as well and I thought all and all the prices of the food and drinks were very reasonable.

A great local bar for all surrounding cities. Every day they have happy hour plus their daily specials which is all day. Really good appetizers and delicious fresh seafood well served as well. Service is amazing always on top constantly checking in with you. Definitely recommend CORAL Sports Bar for everyone. Plenty of TV's to catch your favorite games and fun entertainment too!!

The word is out ...there's a new kid in town --Coral Sport Bar ! I was lured into this bar by my partner this evening. Actually, she just wanted "a drink" after a long days work around the house cleaning. We ended up hanging out at Coral for a good hour or so. It's only a Wednesday and the place was already lit when we first arrived. It's safe to say, gotta blame it on happy hour (3pm-7pm), tasty bites and good drinks...quality stuff. Beer towers were leaving the bar like an assembly line and food was cranking out of the kitchen like hot cakes. I thought to myself, the cook must be exhausted. On same note, the bartender and waitress must have been exhausted too. From the looks of things this evening, both the owner and waitress were tag teaming. I think they did quite well tonight. Both maintained a good balance of making/serving drinks and food, while being attentive to all customers' wants and needs. Despite the place being busy. the owner and waitress kept things moving smoothly, checking in on tables often. All smiles. Can't wait to see them in action on the weekend ;) With regard to the interior decor, you already know what to expect since it's a sports bar. TVs wall-to-wall, variety of tables and chairs (short and tall), a juke box, karaoke corner and music, to top. The place is uniquely decorative, can't quite place "the look" but it's definitely vibing. Super Bowl Sunday, here we come (if not sooner)! If you're not into watching sports on TV, or don't drink. Just stop by anyway, try out Coral; I did. Get a bite to eat. So skip the drive across the border and try out their array of seafood dishes. Highly recommend Hi Chris, it's Mari & Madonna Raquel says hi, too

Beer's still cold, and the people are friendly. Perfect stop to wind down after work. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff always make you feel at home. Plenty of TVs for catching the game, and the food hits the spot. Whether you're stopping in for happy hour or a casual night out, the Coral never disappoints!

Excellent prices and service! The inside is so cute and neatly decorated. I love the huge selection of alcohols and on tap beers. I will definitely be returning soon even if just for the prices! The Black Marg was delicious as was the Pink Lemon drop. I drank them way to quickly. The food looks phenomenal. The waiter showed us their fish tostado I would honestly run back to get it. it was massive and heaping with different kinds of fish and soo fresh.

Ok Coral bar....! place is excellent is the same owner as the former tepik down the street... atmosphere is great, beers are cheap during happy hour!! maybe best prices in San diego! 4$ for domestic and mexican draft beers for 3-7pm 7 days a week!!! food is cheap and delicious! Im sold will be my regular bar in neighborhood!

Good place to watch sports, with different specials daily and also happy hours, a place with a good atmosphere and if you like to sing it is the perfect place to show your talent.

I like what they have done with the place the bartender and servers are very friendly .The service is great ,the prices are fair . They have multiple tvs and happy happy hour every day . The food was ok. The ceviche needs works its very bland as if the chef isnt seasoning or marinating the shrimp so your going to have to order a bunch of limes to doctor it up or order something else . But other than that i like the place its a job spot to catch a game and have a few drinks.

And, only then will I entertain a night out unless I'm with the right group of people. I've been to this bar several times now and it's been nothing but good old fashion fun. You can be yourself and no one bothers you. It's not crazy crowded, at least when I've been there during the weekdays. I can actually find a seat at the bar or just lounge in the back area on a couch. There are also tables and chairs to choose from. There has been a DJ, live band, karaoke or just plain music jammin. The highlight for me: the bar tenders ! They were attentive and friendly. Shout out to Justin and I forgot young looking female bartender's name. Shout out to her too This bar may not be as lit and inviting looking from the outside, don't judge. Step inside, give it a try Oh and see how many frogs you can find around the bar ...I counted about 15 plus.

I mean, people totally still watch sports here of course and so do I, but what I mean is the space is bright and expansive, the location is lovely, and the monitors are ginormous. More importantly, the food and drinks are at least somewhat interesting. Not even sure if I've had hard kombucha before. I probably have, but I don't remember. These are largely light, sour, and fruity, which are the sort of alcohol I've been addicted to lately anyways. And they have cool fruits like dragonfruit and lychee. The bowls and fruit salad were what originally caught my eye. I was not feeling a berry salad, so I got a carne asada bowl, and it was delicious. The steak was soft and peppery, and the ratio of ingredients was well balanced. The hummus, kale, and salsas made for a fun Mediterranean flavor, and the basmati rice was fluffy and consistent. It's sad, but it's hard to find an Asian restaurant in town that makes a rice bowl this good.

The cheesy patty on rye bread was still delicious, and there were more fries than I could eat. Not much of a crowd except for the comics themselves, maybe 10-12 with a very entertaining host in between. All were good but many were hilarious including a first-timer. Fun vibe for sure, I would happily go again. I deducted one star because as a new guest, I asked the bartender if they had any special house cocktails. She seemed to hear the word special and thought I meant cheap. I said not necessarily cheap, but do you have any interesting house cocktails here. She said no, so I ordered something boring. Then I got the food menu which on the back had an entire list of house cocktails. But service overall was excellent.

So, my first visit was a cool experience with a few laid back people watching the game. After I left, I decided I would come back again to watch a game sometime. Currently, I visited this place again a few Thursday's ago(I think it was Thanksgiving, lol) to pregame it before I headed to Diamond Jim's. Why? Because Diamond Jim's only accepts cash only and the CV Sports Bar is just a few blocks down and they do take cards. A $10 dollar minimum is not bad at all because I've been to other places where you have to have a $20 minimum. I ordered a pitcher of Fat Tire for $12, which I didn't mind paying at all because its a well reasonable price for the size of their pitcher. The two guy bartenders were OK. They just seamed they didn't give a shit about their customers. I don't expect them to go beyond customer service expectation but show some character and be more helpful, especially if its a small bar with less than twenty people. Surprisingly, there was quit a few good looking girls but most of them had company already. But, its nice to know there's pretty girls that go there, Right? No guy wants a sausage fest. It's a chill bar to pre-game it or go with a few friends and watch a game. Reading these reviews below mine, I will have to watch my next UFC match at CV Sports Bar to see if its cool.

For me, this is the default spot to watch UFC fights when I don't want to go downtown. In this capacity this place is awesome. Not a big selection of beers but what they do have is cheap. Service is somewhat lacking but I think its because they aren't used to the big crowds when a fight/event is going on. While food isn't on the menu, they do have a crock pot with melted cheese and chips to make nachos. They have the usual condiments (jalapeno's, onions) and sometimes chili. There is also a popcorn machine that they charge for (they don't charge for the nachos though???). There is a pool table that looks serviceable and a jukebox (they don't allow it during fights). They also have a stereo system that they can turn on if they want. Parking can be a hassle, as there is a really small lot behind the place. If you get there late you may have to park across the street. Credit Cards are accepted but have a $10 minimum in place.
