This visit was a 3 night vacation getaway. Was on the second floor with an ocean front view that…read morewas beautiful. The master bedroom was upstairs, had a comfortable mattress and we slept well. It could get a little stuffy in the bedroom, but heat does rise. Loved the view and the overall comfort of the unit (A10). The unit needs some TLC. A refresh would help. The bathrooms had mold mildew in the shower and the toilets were old with worn seats. The upstairs sink drains very slowly. The shower water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was clean and fully furnished with everything you need to fix meals. A bonus was we found the coffee and coffee filters already provided along with salt, pepper, and a few other spices. The living room furniture look fairly new, except the recliner. The recliner needs the upholstery cleaned! It's heavily soiled with looks like body oil, sweat, and dirt. The dinette chair sears were also heavily soiled. The sliding glass door going out on the back balcony was very annoying. The screen slide was a pain to open and close. The vertical blinds had seen better days, with broken and missing slats. In summary, we would give the condos 4 stars for the grounds and the view, but the unit and parking could've been better. The owner of the unit we rented would be wise to fix the wood rot around the windows, replace the sliding glass door and screen, clean or replace the heavily soiled furniture, clean up the mold mildew in the showers, and just give a refresh to the paint. P.S. this is the first condo where I've had to pay a $100 cleaning fee and be required to wash the sheets and towels before leaving. The cost overall was okay. We got a fabulous view and the unit was comfortable overall.

I must say that Cindy and Pam are great to work with when planning our vacation. We have enjoyed our stay both times and have found the location to be great. I have teen aged kids who by their nature are very active and we find an abundance of things to do. Cindy is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help and offer suggestions. If you are looking for a quite laid back family oriented place to stay this is it! I would recommend it to anyone coming to the St. Augustine area. They have maintenance that can come help if you have any issues with your unit. There is a pool and kiddie pool. It's not fully open yet, don't expect it to be. The GOOD: It's a great apartment. like the layout, aesthetics, the neighbors. My experience has been positive with the office personnel. They are always welcoming and willing to answer any question. Quick to respond to calls/emails. Great maintenance team. I know others haven't had a great experience, but mine has been superb. They are terrific and friendly. Answers ANY question I throw their way, no matter how stupid the question, and I mean I ask some STUPID questions. They don't make me feel dumb when they answer. They have the rental/market room. Loads of quick essentials if you don't want to run to the market. The package room is good. They have a fridge for any packages that require refrigeration. Community activities. They offer a lot of activities each month. I am not able to partake a lot due to my schedule for work. But it's great that they do things. 3-4 food trucks a month, clubhouse events, contests, etc. Fitness center is good. Equipment is maintained, they offer cleaning supplies to wipe after yourself and have the movement studio. I'm looking forward to walking next door when Publix opens. Would love for them to connect the sidewalk so I don't have to walk on SR16. Controlling my lights and ac from an app is cool. The BAD and the just Annoying: It's a new construction build in FLORIDA on a wooded lot. There will be bugs. It's a fact. At this point I have had several types of beetles, wolf spiders, small spiders, tree frogs, toads, palmetto bugs, and millipedes in my house. All are harmless, just annoying. At this point they have names and are playthings for my cat. They do have pest control and haven't had a negative experience requesting it. Valet trash is not optional. It's an annoyance because I work 2nd shifts a lot and can't take advantage of something I am paying for. I find it annoying especially since I walk everyday by the trash area and just take it out myself. I do try to take advantage on my days off. No complaints yet about the valet trash company. Amenities are not "officially" open except the fitness center. While you are made aware that there is active construction during the tour, they do not specify that the amenities are not actually open yet, except the fitness center. There's been a few upset neighbors especially about the pool. It's annoying as I have never seen a worker "work" on these amenities other than the golf bay. You see this beautiful pool everyday that you can't use. Internet is an issue. You pay $75 a month (mandatory fee) and it's very spotty. Doesn't work inside my unit very well and after having multiple calls with AT&T, it's still not better. This is a common complaint from neighbors as they have had to call also. However, for those that it works properly for, they love it as it works anywhere on the property. Welcome mats are not welcome. The rule changed after moving in. I complied with it. Several new neighbors moved in after the change and had them out for over a month. I put mine back out- immediately office sent communication saying to remove them. The walk off mats they provide at the entrances of the buildings are the cheapest ones and don't really do much of anything to stop the debris. I am sweeping multiple times a day and it's become REALLY annoying. I know it's an odd thing to be annoyed at, but I really HATE sweeping so much and I have pets so they drag in everything. Keyless entry. It's my first time living in a place that is keyless. It's okay, just not my thing. Others love it. I have to constantly remember my phone and if not, then I have to call a neighbor to let me back into the building. Maintenance has done this for me a time or two also when they are walking by. The office team is good at communicating. However, much of the communication is the standard "when we know you will know or waiting on word from construction." It would be nice if construction was a little less worried about building 3 new buildings and finish the amenities for the current one. But I'm assuming that's the leasing offices don't control this. It would ease their complaints if they could. The traffic. I am a local and know what the traffic can be like on SR 16. To exit the property can take a long while sometimes. This is normal for the area. The construction on the intersection at 16 & 95 has been going on for 10 years. It will be going on for many more. Learn the area you want to live in before you move in and complain about it. The office has nothing to do the traffic in the area.

We're back again at the most INCREDIBLE FL beach, Cresent Beach…read more Yes, it can be expensive with beachfront views but some of the bestest family reunions and memories were made with my hubs German-American family at this condominium. You can make a reservation usually 6 months to 1 yr. In advance which is absolutely needed. Check-ins are on Sat. Only, so arrive early because everyone gets here on the same day. Limited shopping carts available for use to help with taking your belongings to and forewarned that the elevator is from 1950s and operates incredibly slow. Although this condominium is on the older side, the penthouse was renovated but can't say the same for the 3/2 bedroom/bathroom units with old kitchens...no granite counters. Plenty of pools between all of the units to keep the kids entertained. Shower hose near the pool, palm trees line the road and nearest Winn Dixie is only 15min. away with downtown St Augustine 20-25 min. Away and a nearly barren beach compared to the ones in Tampa that's packed with people, which makes this one of the most BEAUTIFUL beaches, ever.

Our rental was a second story unit with a balcony view of the ocean. We had a full kitchen, living room, 2 & 1/2 half bath and 2 bedrooms. Queen bed in the master was comfy- even if I was wishing for a king. The upstairs master bedroom also had a balcony with stunning views. We were right next to the pool too. This was a very comfortable stay and the location was fabulous. The one thing I will say they could do better- the house book had no mention of the beach access card. There is a locked gate for access and it needs a key card to get in and out. I had to ask another couple who was on their porch- they owned their unit and told me what to look for. I was lucky that it was on the bar, just inside the door. That was the only hiccup. We followed the check out instructions and took out our own trash, stripped the beds and put all used linens in the washer. Thank you to the rental agency for donating a stay to help a local cause! We were so happy to enjoy a weekend here.

The owner of May Management bought a house in a residential neighborhood, and pretended to be the…read morenew neighbor. She then quickly turned it to an Airbnb commercial unit. May Management sent out a photographer to take pictures of the commercial unit, and she purposely took pictures to include our private residence on the world wide website. We live in an area that is somewhat secluded, and liked it that way. Suddenly, our home is on view to anyone who clicks on the site! We asked the owner, nearly three years ago, to crop out our private home from her ad, but she will not do so. Airbnb will also not help. They are purposely using our private residence in their commercial ad, effecting our privacy. There is plenty of space to crop out our home, which would only take a couple of minutes. Now, besides Airbnb, they have placed all the same ads on the Utopia vacation rental website as well. They just don't give a damn.

May Management then supposedly sent a check (which has mysteriously disappeared) to the condo unit which I rent out. My tenant has not seen the check. They have my correct address on file. May management is unwilling to even acknowledge their error and insists, despite multiple calls and requests that this be expedited, that "Accounting won't allow a duplicate check to be issued for 30 days due to policy". This is not for a substantial amount of money. Pathetic....... We deserve better from a supposed professional management company.
