They booked me five months out instead of where the insurance would've covered it they tried to tell me that I needed it. Well, I didn't need it so bad that a month was gonna make a difference. They screwed up, scheduling it and didn't want to admit it. They make me pay for it. Bad bad bad. Seems like they have a different hygienist in here every time I go in.

I needed a new presription because I couldn't read the menu at McDonald's and other fine fast food…read moredining establishments plus could not read the subtitles on foreign movies on my television. I got a new prescription and new glasses at Bandon Vision Center. So far so good but now I have to use the old pair of glasses when I used the computer as I am doing now. My distance vision and reading works with the new glasses but not the middle. I was told I could get trifocals but wish I had known this when I got the new glasses. Why wasn't I told that before not after the fact. In all fairness they offered to give me a new pair of glasses with trifocal vision but am not interested. I'll go back up to Coos Bay next time.

I was told even by my insurance that if they mess up the prescription it is Bandon Vision Center's responsibility to fix it, When i got a prescription there and mind you I have very complicated vision issues including debilitating vertigo (they also operate in vision therapy, which I'm badly in need of, but they won't allow me to have.) I was under 21 and when I finally got my glasses from them I had already turned 21 and since I did they refused to help. They won't be getting anymore of my business!
