And within 2 minutes she had the screw in and tightened as well as the screw on the other side, which was also about to fall out. I removed my credit card to pay and she said, "No no no" even after I had previously said we were visiting from CA (not able to be a returning client.) we were and remain so grateful. In those 2 minutes I also noticed that they had a great selection of glasses - I found quite a few pairs that I preferred to mine - but alas they are 800 miles away from our home. I got a new prescription and new glasses at Bandon Vision Center. So far so good but now I have to use the old pair of glasses when I used the computer as I am doing now. My distance vision and reading works with the new glasses but not the middle. I was told I could get trifocals but wish I had known this when I got the new glasses. Why wasn't I told that before not after the fact. In all fairness they offered to give me a new pair of glasses with trifocal vision but am not interested. I'll go back up to Coos Bay next time.

The office staff helped me pick out frames that look good on me. When I picked them up they sat with me measured and made adjustments and I could see and the frames felt great. Also, *multiple* times their office added on to my bill. The original quote kept getting 'add ons'! Really?? Both of these experiences have never happened to me before. Now, I am forced to replace this poor excuse for a bridge at fully my own expense. *Avoid* this office if you need Cosmetic work done! And beware prepare to pay much more than your originally quoted out-of-pocket expense.

They also do not seem to understand how not to leave an overhang and how to finish a margin. The office looks nice, but the skill level of the dentistry is poor to middling, depending on who you get. They cycle baby docs through there, who get their experience there,and then move on. My guess is that they don't vett anyone. I find the forced friendly thing to be over the top and tiresome. The problem is thatvthey literally dont know what they should know. Also I've had some interesting bookkeeping issues there, like a credit for over $500 that I wasn't told about,until they wouldn't take my new insurance, and wanted me to pay on their insurance plan. I find their bookkeeping and dental skills suspiciously inadequate

I guess that is why I was taken back by the way I was treated the last time I was seen. I was 2-3 minutes late for my appointment, I tried to check in at the kiosk but couldn't find my appointment (already cancelled by office staff at one minute late). I tried a second time with check in from a different kiosk but couldn't find my appointment. By the time I walked upstairs and tried to check in at the office I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I was late - it was 6 minutes after my scheduled time at that point. The last time I was there I had to wait almost 1 hour to be taken back and even longer in the exam room waiting. Waiting has been the norm for me over time at this clinic and I've always been patient and understanding. I can understand clinical time management, but when the patient is required to be flawless with arriving on time but the clinic can be an hour late it doesn't feel very respectful or fair to the patient. The gap between their commitment to timeliness and their expectations of patients is just too discrepant. I no longer feel connected or valued for how I have shown up on time across years or the understanding and patience I've shown. It causes me to feel less safe and open in that setting. Disappointing!
