The Dr. The lady at the front desk check in was so nice, so complaints there. The nurse that took me to a room and got me set up to see the dr was the kindest, most helpful woman. Glowing, good vibes from her. This Dr came into the room and right off the bat had the absolute worst bedside manner. At first i was shocked so i didn't really even say much. It was hard to try and get the words out of why i was even there. He was so rude i was literally speechless. I looked over at the nurse and tried to just repeat everything that i had told her so easily 10 minutes prior. Finally got most of it out and he responds with "well what would you like me to do about it" It just kept getting worse all in a matter of minutes. So i decided to take off the finger monitor/blood pressure cuff and say i'm done here, i'm just going to go drive further away (to coos bay) to go to their E.R. Then he has the audacity to look at me shocked! And the nurse immediately came over and helped me up and out to get the discharge papers and once he wasn't anywhere near us she said "i am so sorry" All because of that one dr my family and i will never go back to CVH. We will gladly drive the extra distance to another hospital. I don't even want to risk running into this man again. You know what they say, one bad seed can rot the whole plant well thats how i feel about this situation. Sad really because he was the only problem with the whole visit but he was just that bad that all of the other people/the place couldn't even outweigh the bad of that one person. ***MD BRETT GREENE***

We weee visiting on a roadtrip from…read moreCalifornia when my husbands arm fell off - went to Ace for a kit but none of us could get the screw in correctly to tighten it - exasperated, we remembered that this place was across from our Motel - we ran across the street and asked if they would help us - the lovely employee said, "Of course!" And within 2 minutes she had the screw in and tightened as well as the screw on the other side, which was also about to fall out. I removed my credit card to pay and she said, "No no no" even after I had previously said we were visiting from CA (not able to be a returning client.) we were and remain so grateful. In those 2 minutes I also noticed that they had a great selection of glasses - I found quite a few pairs that I preferred to mine - but alas they are 800 miles away from our home. If you live anywhere near abandon, COME HERE! Great selection, great people!

I needed a new presription because I couldn't read the menu at McDonald's and other fine fast food…read moredining establishments plus could not read the subtitles on foreign movies on my television. I got a new prescription and new glasses at Bandon Vision Center. So far so good but now I have to use the old pair of glasses when I used the computer as I am doing now. My distance vision and reading works with the new glasses but not the middle. I was told I could get trifocals but wish I had known this when I got the new glasses. Why wasn't I told that before not after the fact. In all fairness they offered to give me a new pair of glasses with trifocal vision but am not interested. I'll go back up to Coos Bay next time.

I really dig his assistant Jose, who is very knowledgeable and personable. All the PA's I encountered there were great .... They front desk gals could've been nicer, but the professionals in back are more than worth it. And the Physical Therapy center that's connected to the practice is also very nice. They help round out the healing job quite nicely. I never want to have reason to go back, but if I do - I'll know I'm in good hands.

I was billed for a treatment that they were suppose to bill to my insurance and after a lot of back and forth I ended up paying them. A couple years down the road I got a letter from a collection agency saying I never paid them and then shortly after that a lawsuit slapped against me. No attempt had been made to address the matter of my alleged missed payment with me directly despite the fact that my contact info hadn't changed in 4 years.
