Well I think I keep 'em pretty busy over at Copycutters! As of now my little sister is a regular, my mom, my ex bf (yes he still goes) and two of my close girlfriends just went in this week. That's 6 people so far mods! I went in last week and I have been here many times now. I always have a good experience. The girls (I've only seen girls) are all so beautiful and sweet, and whether the truth is that you look like sh*t and your hair is a disaster or you look like a perfect goddess which I doubt you do hehe- they will tell you- UPFRONT- no lies, no sugarcoating. They all do a great job, most recently I was seen by Theresa. I have very long hair that I want to maintain forever. She took quick notice of my cinched 4-way split ends I've been collecting because I'm so leery of losing length. She minimized the actual amount of length and did something new I'd never seen done before! She took the scissors and meticulously cut each split end she could all the way upwards to my roots. It took a while because she was paying so much close attention to each and every strand. She advised me that I should keep it up in my spare time- any time I have a few minutes to take time to tend to my split ends- especially the ones higher up. I wanted to change my look and dye my hair, so I booked my appointment with Melissa and she did wonders on it. Since I am not aware of what the fuck goes to dying my hair or toner or anything she explained and helped me out in letting me know what would be a good look for me. Here is an updated review in response to the woman who cut my hair at CopyCutters: I did have to reschedule last minute because I had a family emergency in which I apologized for informed the man on the phone about when I wanted to reschedule. I also had asked for a consultation on the phone with him and informed him that I might not get a hair coloring at that time, he said that was fine and seemed understanding. I said I like the way my former classmate/ the stylist's daughter had her hair, but I did not say I wanted it specifically. Yes, you offered all those things and I said no because I am a student and was there for the $20 cut and wanted more information about coloring which is why I asked for a consultation, not an actual coloring that day. My hair was choppy and if there was plenty of time the hair cut itself should have been better, I was not expecting you to do anything more or less, no coloring or blow drying, etc. All because of lack of communication you were hostile and did a bad job on my hair and I had to get my haircut redone. I think that your business needs to work on communication within the business and with the customers as well. read more

For male haircuts I do not recommend! I'm currently growing out a mullet and I went to this hair salon to get a taper on the sides and to get it cleaned up a bit. This was not what I got. I absolutely love this place! My hair has never been healthier. And I know we all think it looks great and healthy right after we get our hair done. But after the hair grows out or gets dyed a few times, it doesn't look so great. But that doesn't happen here, not with what they do. They actually CARE about your hair. Copycutters is a cute little salon filled with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm not the kind of person who trusts a stylist no matter how long I've been seeing them. I'm the kind who cries after getting 2 inches cut. When I got there, I was greeted by the stylists. They were very laidback and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. I was nervous. I wanted to do something I would have regretted doing to my hair. I arrived with grown out, previously heavily bleached hair, dyed over with do-it-yourself permanent black hair dye. My hair was long but it wasn't healthy. I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like but now I know I'm not the expert. Usually in most places you really do have to be specific because hair stylists either don't know what they're doing or they don't care or both. They'll give you the what you ask for but there's always some kind of disappointment in the end. I've always left feeling like you got ripped off. I never feel like that after I leave Copy Cutters. I told the stylist what I wanted to do and she suggested doing something similar. She was very open to my ideas and had I insisted, she would have done it. But I had already heard great things about Copy Cutters so I let her do what she suggested. I know I'm not the only one who gets really nervous when seeing somebody new. But what she did... WOW. I've went there several times now and I've gotten it dyed and highlighted and cut exactly how I first pictured it before I went in. Better than I thought it could be. At Copy Cutters, I get everything I imagined and more. The most important thing is that my hair is actually healthy. It is highlighted and dyed but more healthy than it was when I was 10. I trust all of them to do what they think looks best. For such a beautiful salon and the services they provide, it is also pretty affordable! Finding this place was like finding hidden treasure! If you dye or bleach your hair often, if it's damaged, if you don't know what you want to do to your hair, if you need a correction, or if you're just looking for someone you can trust so you can relax instead of worrying about how it will look, go to Copy Cutters! Upon checking for near by hair salon I came across Copycutters. I was able to book a same day haircut. I got their a little early and the lady the in front desk was very polite. She offered me water and coffee, the salon was very clean which is always a plus. Melissa was my stylist when I arrived she was finishing up with a client and as soon as she finished with her client she cleaned up her area and sat me down. She did a balayage and cut on me nine months ago and it lasted that long(honestly could have gone longer because it blended with my hair so nicely.) After years and years of just figuring my hair was a lost cause, Melissa transformed my hair into what I always envisioned. I had originally gone in to just get a cut (which also came out amazing) and was convinced to try a Brazilian blow-out a couple days later due to frizz. I had some reservations as the days lead up and when I messaged Melissa to ask her more questions to make sure I was making the right choice she offered so much insight and knowledge that I felt like I could fully, 100% trust her word that she had my best interests at heart.
