I spoke with Aja over the phone, and she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, she was super easy to talk to and gave me all the info I needed. When I came into the store, Aja was just as great in person. She helped me put everything together and was super patient and attentive, even though a line started forming behind me. You could tell she was doing her best to help everyone, and the customers seemed to notice and appreciate it. She gave me great advice, made sure the project turned out right, and somehow stayed calm and kind through it all. It's rare to come across that level of customer service these days. I purchased a high-end desk chair which developed a nasty squeak about two months after I bought it. They had to get approval from their home office to replace it, which took about 10 days, but the authorization came through. They replaced it with another used chair of the same model, but no squeak. I have had no problems with the chair since this replacement. Four stars instead of five because of the complicated replacement process.

Their customer service was terrible. I was literally accused of prying the cabinet open hence the damage. I submitted pictures of the damaged cabinet and said that the cabinet is in a private office in a secured building and no prying was done. After numerous emails exchanged they would not accept my request for credit or exchange. They did not accept responsibility that it could be defective work or poor quality control. I needed a work chair for my home office and they gave me not just a great, but a fantastic deal on a brand-new chair, from a major brand name. Spencer, the Manager (and co-owner) was extremely patient with me, and had me try a bunch of chairs and advised me on the plus/minus of each one, and helped me find one that was best-suited (ergonomically) for my very sensitive back. He knew I was ready to pay more and could have charged me way more, but did not - I had not expected to find such honesty, amazing customer service and, product selection in this day and age. Also, the vibe in their showroom of the staff was very welcoming and they were all very friendly and super-helpful. These folks are a paragon of excellence and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat - I highly recommend them.
