After using Copy Station for the first time this week (for two separate printing jobs - lamination and posters), I'm fairly certain that I will never, ever, step into FedEx/"Kinkos" again, and I couldn't be happier about that!! The folks at Copy Station are awesome, very pleasant to work with, communication by phone and/or email is fast and effecient, very fast turn around time, and their prices are the best (I know, I shop around!). So do yourself a favor, check them out, you will be glad you did! The only downside (and this is NOT their fault at all!) is that they can be a bit hard to find the first time, since you won't see their name on the building (no outside signage allowed on their building). But you can't miss them - large building with large circular fountain in front, on the corner of Owen and Johnson Drives (you pass them every time you drive to In 'n Out Burger, Home Depot, or as you sadly drove yourself to FedEx/Kinkos! :) read more

Here's a company that deserves 10 Stars! Copy Station is always our go-to for printing of everything we need, from high-quality brochures to business cards. Their prices are amazingly inexpensive for the quality of printing and service that we consistently receive from them. These folks are experts and it shows. They've saved us from screw-ups several times and we've learned to trust them implicitly. Rush orders are never a problem. They've amazed me so many times at how much they seem to care about not only getting it right but also getting our order to us lightning fast. Their employee, Max, deserves special recognition because he's the one who is the face of Copy Station to us. If every American company had employees like Max, our economy would be booming! Highly recommended. read more

AWESOME copy place. Super helpful staff, really friendly, and cheap! I can't believe I feel so positive about a copy store :) But this place was amazing. Also, compared to what a dud of an experience Kincos is.... I wish I had known about Copy Station ages ago, it would have saved me lots of aggravation. Maximum stars!! read more

We just moved to the area, and i called around to a handful of printers. They were very helpful on the phone, were able to turn around my print job same day, and their pricing was competitive. Tough to ask for anything more than what they provided, so I wanted to go out of my way to post a review for them. Thank you, and ill be back for my next print job with you guys. read more

Agree with everything other reviewers have stated about this business. Smiling, helpful, efficient, reasonable prices, great value. Everyone should get their printing done here. I have our business cards and special printing jobs done here. Always excellent work, always reliable. read more

This place is incredible!! I came to town for a meeting and needed my presentations printed, with dividers, and coil bound. I had no luck at the competitors, but found this company on Yelp. I went into their office and spoke with Greg, telling him I'm in desperation mode as I was running out of options, and they closed in 45 mins. Greg said, "no problem, I can do this." So, within 35 mins, Greg managed to format the file from my thumb drive, print 3 color copies of the 50-page presentations and one black and white, printed the dividers, and coil bound all three color copies. Amazing!!! If you are in the area and need excellent customer service and great work done, I would not go anywhere else!! read more

I ordered 100 copies of catalog to print. Greg was so nice and easy to work with, price is reasonable. Catalogs are beautiful. Curtis helped to carry the box out to my car. I appreciate their excellent work! Jane @ Prospera read more

Outstanding service at a very reasonable price. I worked with Greg on a copy project for a listing presentation. I had no idea what I needed but Greg sorted me out with high quality copies at a super quick turnaround. It's rare in this day and age that you find businesses such as these with personable people running the show. I highly recommend bringing all of your copy needs to Copy Station! read more

Came in to print my resume and a couple of other documents off of my USB drive and was pleasantly greeted by the staff member there (I didn't catch his name though). He was totally professional and helpful, and I was in and out in less than a couple of minutes. Definitely enjoyed his upbeat positive attitude. I would recommend their business to everyone. As other reviewers have mentioned, it was a little bit hard to find. You'll need to go into the main building and locate their office from the inside. There are two entrances into the main building, one behind a water fountain and another on the opposite end of the building. read more

Super friendly, professional, and inexpensive! Highly recommend coming to them for your printing needs

I've had to get various things printed for our small business and I'm always dealing with hidden fees and outrageous prices for getting simple copies. I called Copy Station and they gave me an honest estimate so that when I picked up my order the next day, there were no hidden costs and it was so reasonable, matched with excellent quality! Just after this one experience, I'm a customer for life now. Best prices in the tri-valley and amazing quality! read more

Wow!! Where to begin. Amazing owners!! I was seeking someone to give me a good deal on flyers for the missing San Ramon teenager as we were going to pass out at the movie theater that evening. I contacted about 7 print shops and Greg is the one who stepped up to the plate. He printed 1500 copies for me at cost, actually quite a bit below cost. The store was actually closed the day I needed them and he sent his amazing wife to the store to print them for us. I'm am so grateful!! He made what could have been very stressful a smooth experience. Kudos!! read more

We urgently needed some odd-sized and large documents scanned and copied earlier today and took it to Copy Station in Pleasanton. We were expecting to either have to leave them there for a couple of days (which we didn't want to) or be told that they don't handle such jobs. Much to our surprise, Greg, Rob and Curtis were so helpful in not only getting it done for us and in less than 30 minutes but they worked with us to ensure we got the very best possible price and they were so courteous, helpful, knowledgable and very pleasant while doing so. It was such a pleasure dealing with all three of them. Thank you so much to Greg, Rob and Curtis - you guys were awesome ! Needless to say, whenever I have any large print jobs or any special printing/scanning needs, I will take my business to Copy Station in Pleasanton. read more

What else can I say that others haven't, I mean his place is beyond AMAZING. I really wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. We are a family business and print a lot of flyers and postcards for the community. Max really takes the time to make sure the collateral we are having printed looks top notch. I have never had a problem with getting anything printed here, even same day (same morning sometimes), you just e-mail it Max and he takes care of the rest. They have MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better quality than Kinkos, for about 1/3 of the price. Oh, and they deliver!!! I am very happy I stumbled upon them when looking for a print shop a year ago...I will continue to use them for MANY more years to come! read more

Had a great experience. The male that assisted myself and my friend was very friendly and professional and had quick service. He also supports The Military for their service. Great experience! Jake is super nice and goes above and beyond to help you with what you need. Last August I had my daughter's birthday troll inspired and as many of you know a lot of color is required. Well, the quality was beyond expected. The colors were so vibrant as well. I was not disappointed, he actually exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure finding someone that could help me so much. This is my go to spot from now on. Never going anywhere else again. 10 stars if I could. I was on the verge of tears with the programs for my Dad's memorial service. I couldn't get the formatting to work correctly, and Greg saved me! Not only did he make it look good, but the print quality was excellent, too. He was so nice and offered heartfelt condolences as well. Totally professional and WAY better priced than FedEx, Staples, or other big name office places. I will absolutely bring all other printing projects here. HIGHLY recommend! Service like this is so uncommon these days. read more

Yet after another disturbing experience at FedEx-Kinkos, thank-goodness for the discovery of Copy Station. TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, an extensive range of services and an accommodating staff; let me not forget the attractive prices they offer compared to FedEx. Copy Station is the way to go. Forget Kinkos and the other high priced printers. Copy Station was very professional and fast and delivered the highest quality. As a real estate broker, signs are a big part of my business and they have to look perfect and not break the bank. The manager I worked with, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable and was a big help. These guys are great! The place is a little hard to find. It's in an office building with no sign out front. It took a few minutes and a trip to their website to figure it out but am so glad I did. When I arrived, they greeted me right away. All I needed was a few copies and they took care of it immediately and made me feel like my tiny project was important. The prices are great and look forward to working with them again. read more

I'm not generally compelled to Yelp a business, but after the star service I received today, I felt people should know there are better options out there besides Kinkos. I needed a rush print job. When I called, I was told exactly what was needed, how long it would take, etc. I followed instructions and submitted by order via email. Max responded to my email and confirmed my order with pricing and that I would receive a call when it was ready (My order was ready 1 hr later). I had prepared myself to make the trek to pick up the order once I received the call. To my surprise, Max said he could deliver the order since they were right down the street. Minutes later, I met Max in the lobby with my order (which was done perfectly) and with one less thing checked off my list. I was so stressed about how I was going to fit that pickup in to my already overloaded schedule, so it was a much needed and appreciated gesture. I will definitely be using Copy Station Pleasanton again for my printing needs! read more
