The big-size paper tabloid 11*17 was selected for copying, and most of the time, someone always helped cut out the excess bottom length from the paper using the Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer/Cutter available in the store. This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.

Now why does it take 24 hours to laminate something when the entire printing area looks like a ghost town, idk. When I got there the next day to pick it up the banner was sitting around undone and they tried to tell me that they were so busy that they couldn't even get to do it. The person over in lamination has an attitude like she doesn't want to be there and then tries to tell me the banner was going to be wrinkled. Then the manager just basically made excuses to reinforce her attitude. NEVER again will I be frequenting this establishment. They are good at wasting your time!
