This Barnes and Nobel is my favorite one. I love to hang out here, read a book or work on my…read morelaptop. I also find that the books are well stocked at this location. The cafe here is very nice too with great all day breakfast options, along with salads, sandwiches and bakery items. I love their mediterrian quiche. The crust is nice and flaky. Plus its a nice way to get some protein in. The smoked turkey panini is also quite good. It comes with the chips that I love so much. I love to pair my food with a nice Starbucks Cappuccino.

Barnes and Noble in One Loudoun has locked their bathrooms to the public. It's not like they're a…read morerestaurant where people go to eat and purchase their product or service every time they walk in the door. They are a store, where shoppers go to browse and see if there's a new book on the shelf that they might want to purchase. When they locked their restrooms they told the casual shoppers and browsers that they're no longer welcomed there. To deny the most fundamental human need for comfort and sanitation is not only insulting, it can be harmful to some people. I am a 42-year veteran software engineer who recently retired and am able to purchase your products which I have numerous times in the past. To need to use the restroom and get greeted with a keypad with a sign that I need a purchase receipt to enter, like I'm a bum off the street who just needs to pee because I've been drinking, is beyond a slap in the face. Suffice to say, you will no longer be getting my business. If you want me to spend my hard-earned money on your business then reverse your locked bathroom policy. Otherwise I wish you all the best!
