In those 25+ years we had one major claim (hail on roofing) and he was not helpful, our premium increased for filing a claim. Our premium went up consistently every year. Brain was never helpful over the phone when we tried to set up new accounts. In my 20+ years of having direct contact with him I do not recall one pleasant costumer experience. Our last call with him was to express our intention to not renew services with him and he was very condescending towards myself and my family. He made it clear that we would not find a better price for our services and that our coverage was not offered by anyone anymore. I informed him that we indeed found the same coverage for literally half the price, he said "you don't know what you're talking about." I don't wish his services on anyone, any personal that works as a services provider in any field should never speak like that to some one. We paid about $30,000 worth of premiums through those 25+ years to only have Brian be rude and not helpful. Please explore other options before reaching out to Brian. And good luck trying to get somebody on the phone. 6 months later my policy gets cancelled on a technicality with no notice no phone call. Actually didn't even have insurance for a day and didn't even know. I called corporate and they said it was due to some information that the agent never sent them and furthermore there was nothing corporate could do for me I had to call the agent to reinstate my policy, and guess what, couldn't get anybody on the phone and didn't receive a call back. Twice I have purchased policies, one for my home and one for my car. Both policies contained dangerous provisions that should have been disclosed in advance. "American Summit Insurance Company" insures mobile homes. They will offer you every coverage imaginable. After you've just paid the first renewal and your payment has cleared, they seductively notify you they have pulled fire coverage from the policy. Of course, instead of a refund, they back-stab you with a premium increase for the next renewal. "Progressive" is a popular auto insurer. They make all kinds of smooth promises about how great they are, and all their customer services, and other BS. What they WON'T tell you is they offer ZERO customer service in the event of a claim. They make no effort to contact their insured, meet with him to review evidence or even take a statement. The responsible party can make a fraudulent claim, as in my case, where they took a 25 mph, non-injury fender-bender and submitted a bill to Progressive for $30,000.00 for every kind of imaginary physical injury conceivable. With no word to me, they promptly cut these crooked bastards and their attorneys, Hastings & Hastings, a check for $30,000.00. Meanwhile, the crooks at Insurance Office of America boldly advertise they "advocate for our customers", yet when I contact them about the handling of my matter, all Cynthia had to say was, "Call Progressive. There's nothing we can do about it." In other words, "advocates for our customers" is just one more great, big, fat lie from Insurance Office of America. And remember, in contract negotiations, failure to disclose a material fact is the same as committing fraud, such as failing to advise the policyholder he is limited to three claims, irrespective of the life of the policy, before he's suddenly cut off! Deal with all of these dead-beat cheats at your own risk. A very wise man once told me, "Insurance companies' blood runs colder than ice water." Truer words were never spoken.

I then purchased a new vehicle and was worried about how much the auto insurance would go up. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates for my new vehicle.
