Outstanding hospitality and service. What we ordered was on point and delivered as described on the menu. Often the menu embellishes and does not deliver, Copper does. "We eat with our eyes", Copper held true. read more

Rude hostess ruined the meal and experience. Manager tried to make up for it, but I feel like we will definitely be making a different choice next time. read more

Been here many time and had only one sub par experience where there was cartilage in my meatball sub. I plan to have many more great experiences at the Copper Premium Pub. read more

I love this place! I've been here quite a few times with family and friends and have never had a bad experience! Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh and delicious, service is always great, portion sizes and prices match up. I'm so glad we have this restaurant in Lake Wylie. read more

Went for a late lunch on Saturday. Service was a little slow but nothing deal breaking. Waitress was super nice and personable. Burgers were hella good. I got the cialas burger and sweet potato fries. Burger was perfectly cooked, fresh and the fries were great too. Condiments taste like they're made in house. Beer selection is good, but a little overpriced when compared to Charlotte. Will come back. read more

Very good food, great costumer service, the marsala chicken woaaaaa delicious!!!!!!!!!

I have been to Copper 4 times now and ordered different items each time. Salads, meatloaf, chicken and waffles are all great. You can definitely see the quality and love that goes into preparing each dish. Normally when I had such good food, I would give a place a 5 star rating. The only reason for the 4 star is because 2 of the 4 visits, our reservation were lost and or reserved for the wrong day. Once they get the front of the house leadership more organized, this place is going to be my go to place in the Clover/ Lake Wylie area. read more

Best Food you can find at Lake Wylie!!! Period. Great atmosphere as well. If you want a great food experience with casual atmosphere this is definitely your place. read more

Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the music outside. Only problem was on their menu they have Chopped sirloin. So of course we thought it was sirloin steak. They brought us hamburger steak. Very very disappointed. read more

Great place, great people, great food! It would be even better if you guys had a play ground in the back for my children. Great restaurant created. Love the food! read more

Good food! They service is hot or miss. Some of the servers are as nice as they can be but not very quick or good about refills. But, they are polite and knowledgeable of the menu. read more

The food was good but it was a little loud inside. There is also an outdoor patio that may be quieter. Will definitely be back though, the staff was so friendly. read more

Food was good but the place was ungodly loud inside, definitely a bar atmosphere. Looking back, should have sat out on the patio area but it was in the 40s the evening we went. No regrets as the food and service was perfectly fine, we will try it again. read more

My husband and I stopped here one night on our way back to Charlotte. The service was really friendly and prices were reasonable. It was nothing more than typical pub food, though, in both variety and quality. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as you know what to expect, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. As a casual pub, it lives up to what I expected. I'm glad we tried it, if only to know a decent place to stop if we find ourselves down in the area again. read more

I can honestly say the management here cares about your experience. It's a great one too with the finest beer selections in Lake Wylie. My favorite spot in the Great Charlotte area. Bar keeps are awesome and so is the service. Try the shrimp and grits. Best I've ever had and that includes all the trendy restaurants in Charleston. Great place and blessed it right here in the Charlotte /Lake Wylie area! read more

Copper Premium Pub - Great place and great times! Highly recommend Copper Premium Pub! - Pubs Near Me - Clover, South Carolina

Went there for the first time yesterday and loved it. Service was good, food excellent and salted caramel cheesecake to die for! Definitely going back again soon!! read more

Valentine's dinner was as good as it gets! Delicious she crab soup and huge shrimp in the shrimp cocktail, fantastic pork tenderloin and apple stuffing entree, but the big winner was the chocolate mousse dessert. This was one of the best desserts I've ever had: decadent fluffy chocolate mousse in a caramel lace cookie, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I think I died and went to heaven. Management made us feel most welcome . Best place around, hands down! read more

Have seen a few restaurants try to make it here and they seem to have a hard time. Had lunch and it was pretty good. Wife had the burger and I had the chicken sandwich both were very tasty. Service was fast and accurate. read more

Great food and even better service! We were a party of seven on a busy night, but I expect they are always busy, and our server Kirsten was fabulous. She took the time to give us a complete rundown of the menu, was on top of refills and all our needs, and was smiling and friendly from beginning to end. Thank you Kirsten!!! The entire group left commenting on the great service. Everything we had was fantastic and the portions huge! A great atmosphere, huge menu with lots of choices, and nice beer selection. Would definitely recommend. read more

I frequent the Lake Wylie area and love this spot. It's nice to stop in and try out a new beer and a quick bite to eat. Lake Wylie is growing and this place fits the sports bar-esque staple that every town needs. We went last weekend while it was really hot outside and still found the patio area nice and cool. I tried the Cialis Burger with sweet potato fries and was very happy with my decision. These were probably some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had - perfectly crisp on the outside. I've never really been a huge fan of the fried egg on a burger fad but this was really good and kept me filled up for quite some time afterwards. We also had the fish wrap which was good but forgettable. The only gripe from us was with the wrap. The liquid off the fish and slaw saturated the wrap itself and made it difficult to eat about halfway through as it kept falling apart. Bottom line though: Great spot to grab a brew and bite for lunch! read more

Copper Premium Pub - Pubs Near Me - Clover, South Carolina

Welcoming atmosphere and all employees were very nice, we visited around 2PM. First time there and waitress took plenty time to explain food and bar service. Restaurant interior and restrooms were clean and tidy however only cold water to wash hands. Food and service were both good and would definitely plan to return. Hope to get warm/hot water next time to wash hands before dinner. read more

This is my second visit to Copper Premium Pub. I chose this location for Easter Sunday Brunch. For this visit I decided to try the Shrimp & Grits which is one of the few, if not the only breakfast entree on the menu. Put simply and succinctly the dish is EXCELLENT. The flavors, textures and ratio of shrimp to grits , ham and other ingredients is right on point. I'm not sure if this is a "signature dish" of this restaurant but it certainly should be. Another good experience, and I ll definitely return. read more

I love this place but it seems to be slipping downhill. So sad. Food was great at first, now it's just OK. Meatloaf sandwich at lunch today was slightly warm, microwaved, and featured raw onions rather than sautéed onions. Dollop of mustard not even spread out on the bread. Hubby's daily special of "grilled cheese cheeseburger" was a pile of white toast with fake cheese. The kind of cheese sold in slices for kid's meals. Come on Copper, at least use real cheese. Presentation is another problem. Appetite is visual. I watched plate after plate coming out with a brown sandwich and brown fries or chips on a white plate. No color. It looked so bland. Please add some color. A sprig of parsley, a lettuce leaf, whatever. read more

We love this place and eat here at least a few times a month! The wait staff is really nice and good at what they do, the music is always nice and fun to listen to and we enjoy watching sports and having a cold beer. read more

WOW! This is a spectacular place for good food served in a friendly atmosphere. The wait staff is SPOT ON! Lacy always smiled and made sure I had what I needed to enjoy my night on the patio with the live music. When the rain came Gretchen jumped in to help the musicians stay dry. It was very refreshing to see such dedicated people so accommodating. I definitely will be back. P.S. The Praline cheesecake is OFF THE CHARTS delicious. read more

I went to Copper when it first opened and it was not the best (but I do understand that the restaurant was brand new) I am also very sorry because my 6 year old wrote a rude review when Copper opened. This is a really great restaurant! read more

Lake Wylie has been short on good restaurants so we were happy to have Copper come to town. The place is always packed, which is a sign the place does a good job. They have indoor and outdoor seating , a great atmosphere, good selection of food and drink. Stop by for a good meal. read more

We stopped here for lunch while down south visiting my in-laws and so far it is the best food we've had down here. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich and I had the chicken n' waffles. Both were amazing. My husband keeps raving about the sandwich and the Brussels sprouts; and can't wait to go back to try something else. The wait staff was super friendly, service was prompt and great and the bathrooms were really clean. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely go back!! read more

Best local Gastropub! Local beer from Noda and other craft beer. Food is fantastic. You can go often and always enjoy something new. From grilled salmon to shrimp grits to the Cialis Burger. Service is friendly. Always see a familiar face. read more

Excellent food, great service but sometimes a bit too loud for conversations. Quite a few television sets, but sometimes one wants to dine with a little less madness. read more

We eat here often and we like the food and the service. I appreciate it when mgmt. stops by to ask how they are doing. I only wish it was safer pulling out onto 49. I always turn right and travel West to a light for a turn back East. Maniac driving is the local hobby. read more

Drinks are always good... never had a dish I didn't like. Cool atmosphere, family friendly.

I appreciate the response from Fred, but it doesn't address the issues I raised. Kevin asked us a question, ignored our response, and proceeded to talk about things that had nothing to do with food or ingredient quality - and did so in a manner that communicated that we should be appreciating the privilege of dining there. That menu item was far from a good value, and Fred's written response, however polite, also exudes that the restaurant really isn't interested in taking care of the customer - which is consistent with what we've heard about the owner. So, we take Fred's apology and response as nothing more than lip-service. We've talked with several people new to the area who've eaten there and won't go back. Copper is busy because it's one of the only such shows in town. That won't always be the case... read more

Great food and awesome service. Lots of variety and staff is quick and courteous. The only issue is parking. Need more spots

wasn't a huge fan in the beginning and sometimes the food is great other times chef has a heavy hand but you can't beat the atmosphere for the price. Its my fav. spot in the summer. read more

The food was great. I didn't enjoy the tomato and cucumber salad so much but the wings were crispy and flavorful. The customer service was excellent. Greeted upon entering with a smile. Seating is barstools up in the front area and a nice patio seating outside. I do recommend the establishment for couples but not sure about kids. It's more of a sports place to eat. First time the overall I gave it a 5 star. I will visit again and share more next time....Happy Dinning read more

A great place to eat and just down the street from us... the best restaurant in Lake Wylie by far!

Copper is a great place for friends to go and throw a few drinks back. Food is pretty good. They have a good selection to choose from.

Honestly I met friends here, found it over priced, slow service and actually did not like dining "alfresco". The food was moderately good but cold! read more

Nice place tucked in the heart of lake wylie. I have been to this place plenty of times and it's family friendly and also a nice spot to have a girls night or date night out. The menu has several different options, which is refreshing because there isn't much in Lake wylie besides the basic food. So it's a culinary experience in itself. Also the beer..craft beer selection is impressive. Always great choices on tap. The service isn't always great but that's to be expected when the place is packed out so I don't hold it against them bc the wait staff is always super friendly and attentive when they get to your table. Overall this place is definitely a nice change for the lake wylie scene. Try it out if you're in the area. read more
