From day one, it's been clear how much attention they put into maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the kids. As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. What truly sets them apart is how they go above and beyond to care for the children not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The teachers genuinely know each child, understand their needs, and treat them with so much patience and care. Communication with parents is excellent. I always feel informed and included, whether it's daily updates, quick check-ins, or thoughtful conversations about my children's development. The curriculum is both fun and meaningful. My children are constantly engaged, learning through play, and I've seen them grow more independent and confident because of it. They're encouraged to try things on their own in such a supportive way. And the summer activities are an absolute highlight! The extra creativity, themed events, and fun experiences make summer truly special for the kids -- they come home happy, excited, and full of stories every day. I'm so grateful to have found a daycare that truly feels like a partnership in caring for my children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and trustworthy environment.

The staff genuinely cares and makes a point to connect with both children and families. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My child loves it there, and I am very happy with the continued development I see. Even from an early age, I could tell they were working closely and providing strong support. Thank you to the entire staff!

I waited a few months after enrolling my daughter into a new daycare to provide a fair review…read more Where to begin? There were several unacceptable moments at this daycare and yet I still trusted my daughter to them. 1. As an infant a teacher fell with my daughter in her arms. I wasn't advised I had a couple days to request to view the cameras. They never called an ambulance they just said she was fine. I kick myself in the butt for never taking this further and reporting them. 2. There was a teacher named Jasmine that an incident happen with and they let her go. 3. There was an incident where I arrived to be told my daughter ran into another child face to face collision and she had a huge knot on her forehead. No medical care was provided, I was notified by a teacher that wasn't even in the room or witness to the incident. The teacher caring for her supposedly never noticed or witnessed anything. Laughable, 2 children colliding hard enough to create a big knot on my daughter's forehead would have caused them to both cry. Nonetheless, no one was aware she had a head injury therefore if she would have suffered any symptoms after the fact or even died no one was aware of what occurred until I was notified at pick up and I sent an email out to them addressing that incident and how it was not okay. That's when they expressed they had no idea what had happened until they had to sign the paper notice I signed at pick up. 4. Children biting all the time and no one correcting that behavior. After my daughter was bit a few times she tried to start biting and I correct that behavior immediately. 5. Many other incident and situations occurred, but my last straw was Ms. Lee psychologically impacting my child and forcing her to put her shoes on when my child couldn't. What's worse is I supply shoes without shoe laces and the best part is I was watching the cameras right when this was happening. It lasted minutes not seconds, she proceeded to have my child crying while my child sat on the floor, Ms. Lee was inches from her face saying "God knows what". My daughter's legs were out with knees slightly bent and Ms. Lee decided to press her knee down (continued saying things) and forcing her to get her shoes and put them on. That was it, I had enough and had her removed for the room and made the decision to seek care elsewhere. This daycare is not a daycare, they don't have curriculums, they keep the older kids outside for hours even with extreme heat. They don't have any type of system to teach children consistency, potty training, nor any type of developmental curriculum. This is more like a nanny service, drop off your child, hope for the best and be met with you're just a nagging parent. I made a mistake to trust this place because my older son went to a children's courtyard in Grand Prairie and they were phenomenal. But this location only cares about money and doing the bare minimum. I'm happy to say that my daughter is at a new daycare center (different company) and it has been a success. My daughter has learned and experienced many amazing things and is fully potty trained. This happened in less than 6 months. The curriculum at this new school is high standard, she has done amazing activities, experienced diverse cultures. They don't spend hours outside (especially with it being cold). There is consistency and an actual curriculum with actual learning. Do no waste your money and time at this location, do not regret giving one opportunity after another for them to do right and also, do not have children ages 2-3 and older on the right side of the school (when you enter all rooms to the right), because the teachers yell at the children and they also use profanity. Yes, saying stupid, dumb, or worse profanity is profanity and unacceptable language. Lastly, it got so bad on the right side with Ms. Lee my child was crying on our way to daycare, and when we turned the corner to her classroom she would run back towards the entrance and cry that she didn't want to stay and how Ms. Lee treated her some way. Listen to your child, when they cry in your car driving to daycare (or any location) when they express anxiety or fear to enter a classroom and their facial and physical expression change *huge red flag* do not ignore your child. I drew the line especially when I seen what I seen on camera and it was the best decision I could have made for my daughter that is now in a better place, physically, emotionally and more. I will say the issue begins with corporate, they need to be more involved in what is happening at this location, they need a better system, they need to invest more in actual curriculums and they need to stop covering up their mistakes, now they don't allow parents to see cameras, they review it themselves and then make a determination that is bias. Lastly, they do not offer water and they hardly eat the food supplied at the daycare. Your child will always be hungry and thirsty.

Ms.Jennifer, Ms. Janett are so amazing. I suppose management did their part in apologizing for the incident and follow their "protocols". But as a mother I cannot take my children somewhere where they are not safe or don't feel Safe and are scared of their teacher. I wish there was individual teacher reviews... Other than that daycare is clean and I enjoyed the cameras. Nikki and Kelly always greet you with a smile.

We toured multiple daycares in Coppell back in 2021 when we were looking to enroll our first child…read morein a program, and we've been with this facility ever since, now with two kids enrolled full time. They have hands down the best facility in the area, with a clean beautiful interior and amazing caring teachers. My kids have learned so much through the years, from abcs and numbers to potty training and table manners. There have been some wonderful teachers over the years that have moved onto other careers, but the director Ms. Allyson does a remarkable job finding other awesome teachers and keeping up the excellent quality of this school. She knows every kid's name, and is very passionate about education and well-being of all the kids. I have friends with kids at other Creme locations, and I haven't heard of any other directors who are as dedicated as Ms. Allyson. My kids are excited to go to school every morning, and we would recommend this facility to anyone looking to start their kids in daycare.

I really hate that so many childcare facilities don't list their pricing so I am attaching a photo…read moreof the rates I received three weeks ago. Currently I have a nanny at home with my child and I'm all for not choosing cost over care, if you're lucky enough to even do this given how insanely priced good care is, but parents are too busy to find time to swing by or wait on hold just to get the prices. I can assure these facilities this is the wrong approach. Whether a parent sees your pricing prior to a visit or after won't change the decision. In fact I'd argue that by withholding the pricing it could be worse since the sheer shock of the cost might steer them away whereas being able to compare costs from multiple providers along with the educators of each school, services provided and facilities would allow them to see the value for the cost. In any event I did a tour at Crème and I did find the inside impressive. I felt the under two area a little lacking on activities but it was a brief tour and maybe they bring in more things during class. The teacher I met was nice, but a little over the top in my opinion. I'm all for making someone new feel welcome, but it has to also feel genuine. I could see how if all you looked at was the facility you would be immediately sold, but I wasn't. I also didn't like that they had all this fancy tech, but didn't have live stream video? Why bother if everything is so delayed? When you walk in you see a whole wall of screens showing live feed video so it's obviously setup for that. In Mexico its standard to have live stream now so I know it must be fear of legal action that keeps these schools from implementing it. I know there's some crazy parents out there so I understand, but again that's not enough of a reason not to implement what parents want. Most of us just want to be able to check in and see our sweetie when we get a moment. The woman who gave me the tour was also nice and followed up with a text and email. If I were to give advice to someone looking for a child under 2 to get a nanny instead as they are about $1,500 month full time and will make your life a lot easier. If you're looking for your child 2+ then it's a decent option for the area albeit the high cost. I will say their menu for meals and the fact that they provide both diapers and wipes is a huge plus for busy parents! Less things to remember and worry about in the morning. If you can get past the cost and the name (I find it sounds a little pretentious and as a white person would feel uncomfortable saying the name of it in conversation) then check them out. P.S.
