A very fancy and upscale mall! A great place to window shop; I'm sure the affluent has a field day here. The layout and architecture of the mall was very pristine; reminded me of a fancy beehive on the inside. A great place to get your steps in if the weather is bad. We were staying at the Marriott that is connected to this place. It was very convenient just walking out of the hotel and into the mall. They had restaurants in there as well as business offices. I can't say much about the parking situation because our car was valeted through the hotel. However, this is close to the train station and various landmarks within walking distance, such as the library and Star Market. If you get bored of this mall, just walk across the bridge to the Prudential Center or go outside and explore the city. Overall, it's in a convenient location and a great spot to people watch.

If you've ever wanted a taste of luxury, Copley Place is where you want to be. If there's a designer brand you've heard of, they probably have it here. There's everything from Gucci to Louis Vuitton, to even larger stores like Neiman Marcus. The first floor is where the higher end stores are, and on the second floor there's stores too but they didn't seem as fancy. You also can eat here at Parm or even Cafe Nero. I would check out the website for a full list of stores so you have an idea of where you'd like to shop. It's also conveniently connected to the Prudential Center via a glass tunnel so it's pretty easy to access when in the area. Even though it's not the most practical place to shop, definitely check it out if even if just to window shop!

Copley Place is a premier shopping destination located in Boston's historic Back Bay. It features over 50 luxury stores. It's right across the street from the Prudential center if you are looking to go to Boston, Eataly or other shops and restaurants.

This mall has a lot to offer and seems to be the hot spot for many visitors. My issue is the parking garage. Only 1 out of the several elevators worked, and NO stairwells around. So guess how that goes, when tons of people are trying to go up/down and every time the door opens its full of people. Seriously, this is a buzz kill! It's a waste of time, and quite honestly, the more time you spend trying to get into and out of the mall that is time added to your parking ticket. Also had issues paying at the kiosk. Again, more time wasted. I wouldn't be surprised if they are milking people to cover higher parking fees.

My friends and I had a couple bags in mind to check out. This mall is made to be convenient with the parking lot connected saving the hassle of being exposed to the harsh elements of New England. That is if you're able to find it as the winding streets of Boston get confusing quick. Will come again!

I've always had a soft spot for this mall since my poor grad student days at NEC up the road. It's a high end mall with a nice selection of some top designers as well as mid range and affordable shops. We spent many happy days at the top of the hub in our youth, dreaming about the future! I'm struck by all the lovely things I thought I wanted when I couldn't possible afford them. Now I find that although I can afford them, I no longer want the majority of them!

Very high end shopping mall. Basically just for high rollers, we did enjoy the restaurant on the lower level though. Very clean mall

Nice stores (for window shopping...sad.) and the whole place as a dark rumbly hum, which is a nice contrast to the Prudential Center.

Too rich for my blood - Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Neiman Marcus, etc. - but if that's your thing, then this is definitely the place to shop!

A bit more upscale than the pru... With less options for the commoners. Still a good place to hang out!

I had a great time exploring and going into stores that aren't back home like Barneys, Neimans, and Dior to name a few.

I love shopping at the Prudential Center! It's an indoor…read moreshopping mall located in Back Bay that is connected to Copley Place, where you'll find more premium brands. But on this side of the mall, you'll find popular clothing stores like Aritzia, Lululemon, Oak+Fort, Alo, Buck Mason, Canada Goose, Dick's House of Sport, Mackage, Sak's 5th Ave, and more! Many restaurants in here too, that have some pretty delicious food! I love the Descendant Detroit Style Pizza spot near Sak's, Earl's Kitchen + Bar for drinks, Eataly which has casual food options like pizza slices or can dine upstairs at Terra, and CAVA, Sweetgreen, & Clover Lab for quick bites. Here, you are also able to purchase tickets from ViewBoston, to go up to the 360° observation deck to see Boston's beautiful skyline! They are open 10am-10pm daily. ViewBoston has now replaced the old Top of the Hub restaurant that was once here (I MISS IT SOOO MUCH BTW) on the 52nd floor. In with the new, out with the old! Lifetime Gym is also a new addition to Prudential Center, which is great since BSC (Boston Sports Club) has closed. Highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't yet! There's many entrances & honestly serves as a GREAT shortcut if you're coming from Huntington Ave & trying to get over to Newbury St.
