Changed from 1* to 4* Original review: I feel i was overcharged for services here. I came in with all the paperwork complete to register 2 unpowered boats, and was charged a $90 service/messenger fee per boat despite having filled out all the forms myself, and the 2nd transaction taking only 30 seconds to complete since the info was already in the system. I agreed to pay the amount on the spot, but upon reflection i realize i was likely ripped off for $180 for the 15 minutes they provided service. Learn from my mistake and shop around

I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. Couldn't ask for better packaging, and my guitar made it safe and sound all the way across the country. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed. Thank you.

One would typically receive an annoyed look, but Kevin was so cool and was like what do you got. Ease overcame me immediately. Turned out, I had all the right info needed from my car company to get the title so I could move forward registering in PA from NJ. Kevin took all my data, even taking the time to fill out my form that I could of so easily done, made the copies he needed, and said we'll call you once we receive what we need. Quote time was 1-2 weeks typically depending on your cars company. Received a call less than a week later saying all was ready. Came in, signed my papers, settled up, new PA plate in hand and next step inspection instructions. Cost for my needs was $209 which I felt was reasonable even though I had no clue what the going price range is for these types of services. Would HIGHLY recommend Jack Rabbit for and tags, titles, registration and notary needs.
