Had my outside keypad die on me. Called Copagrande Garage guys who came out with a few hours. They replaced the keypad and programmed it, as well as a new car fob opener. All within 30-45 minutes. Craig and his assistant were very personable, explained everything satisfactorily and the price was reasonable. I recommend them wholeheartedly and they are open 24/7 for emergencies. Give them a try. read more

I wanted to share my experience several months after Craig came to fix our garage door, to highlight the quality of his work. We were dealing with balance issues after adding insulation, and I reached out via Yelp. Craig responded promptly, even on a Saturday night, and was at our South Mountain home early Sunday morning. Craig's communication was excellent--he kept us updated on his arrival time (including a slight delay) and explained each step of the process as he worked. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable, drawing from extensive industry experience despite being in the early stages of starting his own business. If we ever run into garage door issues again (which is likely), he'll be the first person I call. Highly recommend! read more

Craig is the BEST! Craig drove to San Tan Valley on a Saturday to assess the damage to our garage door. Unfortunately, our garage door needed to be replaced, Craig was able to get us a smokin' deal/great value, on a garage door & garage door opener, which he was able to install within a few days! He kept us in the loop from start to finish! I'm SO HAPPY we chose Craig at COPAGRANDE, he was a pleasure to work with. read more

Craig at Copagrande is the real deal. The spring/cables on my garage went bad pretty late Saturday afternoon. Other businesses were telling me they could come out Monday or Tuesday... with all my cars trapped in the garage?! That's crazy. Craig literally came out at 6 PM Saturday to inspect, and had my garage fixed and running again at 9 AM the next day... a SUNDAY! And for WAY LESS than what the big guys are charging around the area. You can tell Craig cares about his customers and his business. I can't recommend Copagrande enough, if I could give 10 stars I would! read more

Craig did a great job replacing my old 3/4 hp chamberlain garage door opener with a 1 1/4 hp new garage door opener. He was skilled and had no issues completing the work and did it all for a very competitive price. In addition, he performed a value added check on my garage door and properly set the spring tension and installed a new strut to prevent potential issues in the future. I would recommend Copagrande garage for your future opener or garage door needs, as Craig certainly has the expertise to solve nearly any issue, and his prices will beat nearly all competitors. read more

This small business is exceptional. They were the first company to respond to my request and was willing to come out the same night (and it was late). Craig and his team were great to work with and the garage looks amazing with the new 8500 Liftmaster wall mount they installed and the high lift tracks. Very professional work and communication was great all throughout, from the moment I requested an estimate to the installation and the final walkthrough. read more

We had a spring go on our big garage door at 6:45 on a weeknight. Craig said he'd be over as soon as he got his shoes on, 20 minutes later, he was here. One hour later he had replaced both springs and added nylon rollers. Great service, would definitely recommend!! Husband said give him eleven-teen stars!! read more

Craig is top notch. He repaired our garage door track in no time. Knowledgeable, efficient and well priced. Highly recommend.

He was really friendly, informative, and affordable. Super quick on the job and didn't attempt to upsell us unnecessary crap. He was even willing to come out at 11pm if our car was stuck and we needed to get out in the morning. We didn't need that but knowing that he cares to that level for his clients helped us make decision to go with Copagrande Garage. read more

When Craig installed the Garage Door Opener, he left the light bulbs covers half closed and the antenna buried inside the covers. I am a Mechanical engineer by profession with 40 plus years of experience which he did not know. When I tried to adjust the motor covers, I found out the Sprocket was not installed. I looked in the original box and it wasn't there either. So, I called Craig and asked him about the Sprocket and it seems he took it. When he came to install it he was unhinged and started yelling only because he got caught. Has the sprocket not installed, my motor will cease soon due to the dust around us from the new construction. read more

Great family owned company! Fast response time, competitive pricing, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Craig replaced the builder grade single spring with two springs and also replaced the rollers. I had contacted a few other companies and felt like I was being brushed off. Not with him! Will definitely call him if I ever need any other garage repair completed. Already recommended him to my friends. read more

I wish there were more stars! Craig Jeffery is a lifesaver! Middle of hot afternoon he and his lovely wife were in Tempe, got my Yelp request and were here in a flash! My garage door motor ran, wouldn't open, I couldn't get out (panic time), Craig took one look and solved the problem in minutes! Incredible! No, "you need a new garage door," or "you need a new motor" just fast efficient courteous service. I'm spreading the word, THIS is the gent you need! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Best service I've had since I can't tell you when!!! read more

Great service! Needed a spring repair ASAP. Came out on a Sunday night and changed it out within an hour of my garage door breaking!

Got an immediate response from Craig when I requested service. Our garage door spring had broken, so no access to our garage. Craig gave me a couple options and was able to deliver excellent service within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Copagrande. Could not be more satisfied. read more

Reached out to several garage door companies on Friday, October 20. Received a few responses, and after talking to Copagrande, I had an 8am appointment for the next day, and by 10am, I had a new garage door opener. Craig was responsive and straightforward, and even told me about an online coupon he was offering that saved me over $100. I would use Copagrande again and will recommend them to anyone that asks. read more

Amazing work, I am so happy I found a honest company. Sometimes I get nervous being a single women calling companies to come out and getting overpriced or even being told more work has to be done than what's needed. Greg was such a great technician he explained what the problem was and it was such a quick fix. I thought I would be paying more than what I actually had to pay. I would highly recommend!!! read more
