My goodness, their homemade chips are delicious and their tamales are outstanding. Their menu is a vast majority of options from southern comforts to Mexican food with mole and a really good verde gravy. Their servings are massive and they are directly outside the campus for easy access to ETSU and the dome and football stadium. I really enjoyed their food. The staff was pretty good too and they have a super large cake selection and dessert section that looks great.

Pretty solid spot, excellent fried wings and decent drafts. Basically your traditional college bar, no flair but good food and service.

We were looking for a spot open the day after Thanksgiving and my sister said this would be a spot since she's been. The menu is massive, like cheesecake factory massive. I ordered the salmon, jerk style, with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Overall a great place, just some solid small town american food.

Love this place. A fun relaxed vibe with great food. They've got a nice variety of Americana food, so the whole family can find something they like. Service is always prompt and friendly. This place is great for an afternoon church lunch to a first date and everything in between. P.S. the have a great tap list.

We tried the new location near the ETSU campus. What a wonderful surprise! The menu is the same as their 1st location. My companion had their 'fried bologna sandwich. I tried the crab cake appetizer, it was better than most places. The prices are average for my area. Service was exceptional but it was a slow Monday. Reservations are not usually needed for small groups. Overall, you should check out their eclectic menu. Will return again soon.

Went here for lunch on a Tuesday, did not have a reservation but were seated immediately. The host was very outgoing and friendly as was our waitress. I ordered Memphis ribs with Brussel sprouts and asparagus. Each was very good. The interior has a high ceiling with an industrial overtone. There were several antique motorcycles hanging above the bar or seating area. I would not hesitate to return and try more from their very interesting menu.

The third Cootie Browns we've tried since moving to the Tri Cities area. Always a great experience. Delicious food and great service. Brought our out of town friends along and had a fabulous lunch on a quiet Saturday in August. Hubby enjoyed his Jerk Chicken sandwich with chips. Love the jerk sauce as a dip for the chips! I tried their Muffuletta (half sandwich) with chips. Delicious! Never had it as a pressed sandwich but will always eat it this way from now on. Think of it as an elevated grilled cheese and meat sandwich. Oh boy! Shared the Maytag Blue Cheese Chips appetizer with our friends. Enjoyed every bite! Water to drink on this hot August day.

Loud inside and outside from all the TN fans. Started off with a couple appetizers: Onion Rings - thickly sliced and deep fried. Hard boiled eggs on top of guacamole sprinkled with bacon jam. They must have been running low on the bacon jam because we barely had more than a speck on each egg. However, this dish is delicious. I would get it again. Main dish: Hubby ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. I ordered the TN Barrel burger WITHOUT a bun. Unfortunately, they served it with a gluten free bun. In place of the fries I substituted a small mac-n-cheese. Is the mac-n-cheese supposed to be room temperature? Mine was. That was not very tasty. Would have preferred it to be bubbly hot. Quick friendly service in a loud environment. They keep smiling through the chaos which is appreciated.

Tons of wing flavors to choose from! We got the platter, comes with 8 traditional/or boneless wings & two sides for 17$! Such a good deal, it was a lot of food, and we both had left overs! I got it with the Mac & onion rings & he did fries & fried okra so we could try different sides! All very good!! Mac was a bit bland , but salt n pepper helped!! It was overall a fun little laid back sports bar! Def would be fun for playoff games, tons of tvs, even some at the tables! Arcade room! Our server Marcus was great. He was friendly, gave us suggestions & refilled refills quickly! I come from 15+ years in hospitality! It's nice to still see great people in this industry that care about guest like I do!! The onion rigs were great, crispy and tasty, so were the fries. The burger was cooked well and tasted ok as burgers go! My steak sandwich on the other hand was bland, I had to look closely as i first thought it was ground beef instead of steak! If this sandwich served in Philadelphia it would be thrown back to the kitchen! Service again was poor! Three ladies were standing arguing over the tabs, and ignored my friend who waited 4 - 5 minutes just to get their attention! She finally walked over to where the employees argued and had to ask for anther drink! UNACEPTABLE! Doubt if we are coming back! There are too many other burger joints in Johnson City with big screen TVs and better service! !

Our company commented on how nice the restaurant is and the 4 of us were seated at a large booth which gave us plenty of room. We were promptly greeted by Bree, who brought us waters and took our drink order. We ordered the spinach dip which everyone devoured. On to dinner...I have been here several times and asked Bree to help me decide between the Chef's pasta or the buttermilk chicken. She recommended the pasta if I was hoping to have leftovers. I had it with the Cajun cream sauce and blackened salmon. Absolutely delicious!!!! The other dishes were blackend salmon with Pomodoro sauce and the sea bass. Ordered a side of brussel sprouts and garlic parm fries for the table to share. Bree was outstanding and our meals were all delicious. For my entree I ordered the Chef's Pasta and opted for the Cajun cream sauce with blackened salmon. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce and salmon made it the perfect combo. Would definitely get this entree again. The service was great and our drinks never ran dry. Our waitress made several suggestions for the table and was super attentive and kind. Overall we had a great experience at Label and will be back.
