My car began making a sound I had never heard before, the engine light came on and long story short, I wound up broke down on the side of the road. I called the first towing company that came up on my search and it was A1 towing. I explained my problem and they were there faster than I thought they'd be. The gentleman that came to assist was named Wes and he could not have been more professional or kind. Instead of just towing my car, he went through every probable cause to see if he could get it running. This is the first time I had ever seen a business put the customer over making a buck! When he couldn't find the problem he hooked up my car then actually drove me home! I lived out of his way and yet he never charged me for gas. He suggested a mechanic and towed my car there. His kindness and professionalism at 2 in the morning was something that will stay with me. I will recommend A1 towing to anyone that needs a towing service. Absolutely the best!

On our final day, while dealing with a broken Tesla charging station in Crescent City, I discovered a bolt in my tire with pressure down to 26 psi. I was already exhausted and nervous about the long drive home. After being turned away by two other local shops due to long waits, they referred me to this team. From the moment I called, they were incredibly accommodating and got me in immediately. They spent nearly two hours attempting to repair the tire, but ultimately--out of an abundance of caution for our long drive back--they didn't feel confident the repair would hold for the full trip to Portland. Because they couldn't guarantee a safe repair, they didn't even charge me for their time. Thanks to their honesty and care, I was able to make it back to Portland safely.
