This place is awesome! Support mom & pop businesses and stay away from big box tire shops. We needed a flat tire fixed but since our tires were worn, decided to get new tires instead. Tires arrived the next day and we made an appointment to have them installed. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. Our tires were mounted in a timely manner but I had an issue with one of my sensors. Tristan reprogrammed the sensors and they worked fine. We took the vehicle out for the day and still had some troubles when the sensor light came on. Went back to the shop in the afternoon and Tristan went out of his way to diagnose the issue. Eventually, he replaced a sensor that was working then not working, giving false readings. The new sensor fixed the issue and all is good. Tristan knows the value of great customer service and running an honest business. My wife even got a free sweatshirt for us buying a set of tires! I wish all tires shops operated this way. read more

Best Tire Shop Ever Sunday morning, I was just leaving my house when I noticed that the low tire pressure light was on in my car. I drove back up the driveway and parked in front of the house. "Guess I'm not going anywhere today," I thought to myself. A little later in the day I asked some people who have lived in town for a long time to tell me the best place to get a tire fixed. They each gave me the same answer - Tallan's Tires. This will be the place I will go for anything related to tires for the following reasons. * I asked more than one local person to recommend a tire shop, and I got the same answer each time. * They are a local business. * When I looked at Tallan's website, I saw that although they generally were not open on Sunday, they would fix a flat on Sunday. I could wait until Monday, but that's a real commitment to service. * When I got to Tallan's on Monday, the gentlemen there were friendly and courteous. * They found the leak in my tire and fixed it quickly * HERE'S THE BEST PART! They didn't charge me anything to fix my tire. When I need to purchase new tires for my vehicle, I know where I will be going. My experience there was entirely positive. I'm 70 years old and have been to numerous tire stores over the years. I stopped into Tallan's Tires to get a flat fixed today. Nick and Tristan were courteous, respectful and got the tire fixed in no time. The charges were beyond fair and made me regret I could not do additional business with at this time. If you need any tire work or rims please visit this business first. Where other shops will recommend and try to sell you items you do not need that was not the case at Tallan's. We had low tire pressure so we went to check in with Tallan, Talllan checked our tire pressure which was fine. Let me set the scene: Im on a road trip. Living life and loving living it. But alas, the tire lights turns on and the terror sets in. In the distance I see a light. It's Tallan. Homie saves the day. He checks all the tires and tells me we're good and nothing is wrong. He searches for the Tire Pressure reset button but there's no button in sight. Recently needed some new tires for my rig. Staff gave me a quote for the tire I asked for and then recommended a different tire with the same specs and warranty that wasn't as well known and several hundred dollars cheaper for the full set. I gotta say I am not used to being down-selled at a tire store so that was a surprise. Installation was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Looking into the bay watching the staff work, I was impressed with the motivation and positive working environment. I wish there was a 10 stars option for Tristan of Tallan's Tires. We were in Oregon fishing when we hit a good-size rock in the early morning, blowing our (hard to find it turns out) 19" all-wheel tire out. I called every tire place I could find up and down the coast, and no one could help short of ordering tires to be delivered in the next day or so. Finally, I found Tristan at his new and beautiful shop - not only did he figure out a way to help find a tire, he waited for us to limp along down the coast and got it on and us on our way faster than you could even imagine. Very disappointed. It was my second time scheduling an appointment and each time they scheduled on Sundays. Looks like this shop doesn't even work week days. When I arrived to the appointment on Sunday which was scheduled over the phone with Tristan for 8:30, I waited 5 minutes and then called him and no one answered so I left a message and waited another 15 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I had other plans for the day. He ended up calling back when it was already way too late offering me to come right back. He didn't offer me any discount or other form of compensation for the appointment that he forgot about. read more
