If you see him, don't become annoyed if you end up waiting a little in the reception area. This is one doctor who watches the patient not the time clock.

He is a doctor who people fly into see from all over the world, and RI just happens to be lucky enough to call him theirs! After months of being on his wait list, I finally was able to have an appointment with him. For his consultation appointment, it's a 5 hour endeavor, so literally and figuratively pack a lunch. Because it is 5 hours, no insurance will cover it, so you have to sign a form stating you understand, and have to pay the $800 out of pocket. After the first visit, the following appointments are an hour and can be billed to insurance. I brought my hubby with me to make sure we asked him all the questions we had, and Dr Chopra was warm, understanding, and patient with us. His evaluation is the most thorough I've ever had, literally assessing every part of your body from head to toe. He has many out of the ordinary ideas for treatments for people with complex cases, and thinks out of the box which is refreshing. The wait is extensive, the cost is expensive, but the attention and dedication is second to none. If you need specialty care, and have the time and finances to go to Dr Chopra, he might very well just change your life. I wish every doctor was as wonderfully caring as Pradeep Chopra!

Long story short, my husband has severe sleep apnea that is causing his hematocrit to go high (Google it) sleep apnea is a big cause and this is extremely dangerous. It can cause stroke's, heart attacks or blood clots. So my husband reached out to this awful awful doctor and advised him of his symptoms and they spoke and Adrian said he wld get back to him about the sleep study and NEVER DID!!! And mind you we waited a month. So after not hearing back for a month my husband wrote a review stating the fact that it took a doctor a month to reach back out but only because they saw the review my husband wrote and they didn't like it. They had no intention on reaching out to help him in any way, only to talk about the review. So within days of the post of the review they reached out to my husband and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Adrian, so that brings us to Today 4/21/26. My husband just had a zoom call with him and I really have no word because this so called Doctor was so unprofessional he had no intention on talking about my husband's health, he wanted to talk about the review and wanted my husband to erase it. Wow, just wow!!! This Doctor does not care about your health at all. He's not interested in helping. They care about charging your insurance and collecting money and having 5 star reviews, instead of actually helping ppl that has severe sleep apnea. I started the recommended meds and am on the road to recovery, with hopefully no relapse! What I appreciated was his kindness and willingness to listen to my thoughts and opinions on my illness. I have been dealing with a major back issue and I patiently waited to be scheduled to see Dr. Chira. I understand during COVID-19 times now, that everything can be more slow-paced and a health risk; however, I felt as if I was put on the back burner. I had to head to the ER in order for myself to get any type of doctor's note for my job. I did not feel comfortable going back to work in my condition and wanted to get answers! A week and a half later, I finally did see Dr. Chira, and there was still no proper diagnosis. I, myself, recommended to get a MRI done to get a better understanding of what's going on with my back. Also, to see what issues are going on. I had 1 more follow-up appointment with Dr. Chira after that; that being after my MRI was done and results were in. Still no clear-cut answers from him. I had to continually repeat with him what medications I am on; as well as what I have been doing since my back injury. It's as if he didn't remember anything I had told him prior? Not to mention Dr. Chira explicitly wanted me to call my pharmacy to "double-check" what medications I am on so there is no "confusion." I was dumbfounded and couldn't believe my PCP was not believing me. Dr. Chira handled my diagnosis with no clear-cut answers. I had to bring up physical therapy as an option. I expressed concern and interest in Short Term Disability because my back injury is going to take a lot more time that I had imagined apparently. I am looking out for the wealth fare of my job! Dr. Chira cringed at my vocal expression with STD! Why? I was looking for guidance and reassurance. I was looking for help and concern. All I received was disconnect and lack of empathy. Lastly, when Dr. Chira brought up what I do for work, he mentioned maybe I should find another job? How can I make that assumption when I need to make sure and take care of my issue first. Especially before I can decided anything like that? He was not helping me with responses such as that! Not to mention one of his office receptionists, a Miss Stacey. The very few times I spoke with her over the phone in these last 3 weeks, was, only a complete disregard for my feelings and disrespectfulness. I am finding a new PCP and have no intention of going back to Dr. Chira. He failed me as my PCP; and that's saying a lot for me considering I had been seeing him for almost 10 years. Dr. Heru actually cares about treating the base issue! Which is so refreshing in the way medical professionals go about treatment these days. I was so sick of being handed "a pill for this" "a pill for that". I don't want to rely on or take a pill for everything- and I don't know why so many doctors think that's the answer...! Dr. Heru is very thorough with his patients! He orders the bloodwork, labs, x rays, & goes through proper assessments & examination's- in order to treat and get to the root cause! On 5/30/18 Dr. Siddiq did a Echo of my heart. On 6/22 and 7/2 I had routine visits with Dr. Siddiq. Two months had passed and still I had NOT received any results on any of my tests. On 7/30 I inquired if Dr. Saddiq had received the results of the Sleep Apnea study and he told me he was surprised he had not received them yet; he would check into it and call me. I never received a call from Dr. Siddiq's office. After poor service for three months I finally told my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Ahmad, about the situation with Dr. Siddiq and within a week, 8/11/18, Dr. Ahmad got me all set up with the Sleep Apnea study results and the Sleep Apnea machine; I was up and running. To this date, 12/15/18, I still do NOT know any results from the tests done by Dr. Siddiq. Dr. Siddiq's service is horrible and he does NOT do any follow-up. He is NOT attentive and he does not seem to care about his patient. These were simple things and they were handled very poorly. How can I possibly have any confidence with Dr. Siddiq or his staff with my Cardiovascular care?
