It's my first time driving to their office so I was 10 min late (yes, I called on my way as soon as I realized the timing was getting longer than estimated by GPS). I also checked in online the week before to expedite this process. They tell me it would be a bit of a wait because I'm late and they're taking other clients. After sitting 10 min decided to take a walk to the bathroom across the hall. I let the receptionist know so they wouldn't wonder where I was. Instead of letting me know they're ready, they skipped me (again) and continued to take patients who got there after me. No basic courtesy or warning they'd skip me if I'm in the bathroom... instead of trying to make a good impression on a new patient they say "Well we're not going to follow you into the bathroom! And you were late!" I'm only here because I required a new PCP who takes my ins. after my last one stopped covering me. I can't get the yearly, required EKG I needed without a PCP (I tried urgent care) and it already took them 2 weeks to schedule me for this new patient appointment. It should've been a simple in and out procedure, and I didn't need the attitude from staff. This is not a good first experience with them and I will be switching to a more convenient and helpful PCP when this is done.

Due to this, I believe a lot of doctors shy away from a promising medical procedure that has helped so many people with vaginal atrophy and pain during intercourse. Dr. Bellucci was definitely not your typical doctor. More like a laid back hippy who happens to do medicine. The atmosphere in the office was definitely informal. Was not what I was used to. But when Dr. Bellucci literally put his finger on where it hurt and said "It hurts here, doesn't it?" I knew whatever eccentricities he had, he was the real deal, and he really cares about women's health. I had a great experience and am looking forward to returning for my follow up appointments with the mona lisa touch procedure. After just one session I'm seeing improvement. I can't recommend Dr. Bellucci enough to anyone suffering from vaginal atrophy or pain during intercourse. It doesn't have to be that way. You can get help and get cured.

They sent her an email with my information, and told me to expect a response the next day. I never received a response. I called every day for a week asking for an update, and every day the answer was that she hasn't gotten around to her email yet. Eventually, I called another practice that scheduled me *on the spot* for an 8 week ultrasound the following week, and an 11 week in office visit with an award winning highly regarded doctor.

Terrible management. I waited in pain for 2 weeks, but today my appointment was rescheduled again. Managers don't send reminders. How important it is for a woman to solve her pain problem in a short time, and not wait 2 weeks and it's not a fact that you'll see a doctor. They will schedule an appointment for you and you will never know until they call you and tell you that you missed your appointment. Complete mess.
