But for this one (Bethany at Bethany Health), I just got very frustrated. I bought the coupon on Groupon.com for 48% off as promotion,. After I bought it, I emailed them on July 2 to book an appointment, and then they told me that the earliest appointment is Saturday August 15, at 10:30am. So, I confirmed it. The requirement was in order to make an appointment, you also need to provide the coupon code from Groupon.com that you bought. Then today, July 10, I got an email that the appointment got cancelled and needed to reschedule and provided no reason, until I called them. I then called them to ask for a reason for cancellation, and the reception told me that it was due to Bethany has a conflict for that time and date. What really got me so frustrated is that 2 weeks ago, when I booked this appointment, I wasn't told that she will have or has any conflicts at all. Why is it 2 weeks later, it turned out to be that she has conflict with this appointment? My guess is that one of her regular customers (the non-Groupon.com customer who pays regular prices) called up and needed to schedule an appointment and can only make it at that time. Then the receptionist told me that the available dates during that week are all in weekdays. Com'on, if you look at the business hours, she closes at 7pm on the days that she opens, and also look at the # of days she opens during weekdays. Seriously, I believe that the reason that she posted on Groupon.com is because she wants to get more business. If not, then why posted for people to buy at discounted rate and to try out? But then posted and people bought the coupon, but not honoring them with a confirmed appointment that won't get cancelled for no reasons. That also explains for why she requires us to provide the coupon code on the coupon voucher that we bought from Groupon.com. Basically, the customers bought the discounted coupons from Groupon.com are last on her list to get an appointment. Isn't this a scam? If it is not, I am not sure what it is called...!!!

Anywho, I walked into their Hanover office one day to ask questions and tell them about my medical history to see if they would treat me. The receptionist, Sue is SO kind and friendly and was very informative about my benefits too. She makes you feel like you've been a patient forever. I accidentally gave my debit card to my daughter and couldn't pay my co-pay one day and she was not rude about it at all. (Most offices are snippy as if you did it on purpose) She is a lovely person. SO to the therapy. I was scheduled with Brendan who I got to meet on that day as well. He was very thorough during my initial evaluation and he explained in detail what his results were of the exam. He has an optimistic personality and a sense of humor, which is important when you've been down and out for 2 years. Then on to my treatment, he is always very careful to ask how I am doing during my treatments and again, answers all my questions in layman's terms. I told him about my bad experience with another local PT office. He makes sure that you understand "why" he is working on a body part what he is working out and how you will benefit from it. I was also given home exercises and he made sure that I was doing them correctly before I went home and did them wrong. Brendan also does a good job of really showing you and telling you where and what you should be feeling while doing the therapy. He makes sure that your doing the movements right in order to make the most of the exercises and you never feel rushed. This is very important with PT. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I feel confident that I will get pain relief, get my range of motion back and I can get back to work! I would tell anyone to visit Anderson PT in Hanover and ask for Brendan. I also had a bilateral TMJ reconstruction over 15 years ago and he has knowledge about TMJ problems. Working in the dental field for 28 years, I know how difficult it is to find professionals who specialize in TMJ, so if you have TMJ problems, you can call Brendan!

Buyer beware !!! This is snake oil !!!…read more Feel so incredibly duped to have fallen for the "I want to help you" act. I didn't want to tell anyone ever because willfully paying this much money for nothing is extrememly embarrassing but if it will save you then it will be for something and not nothing at all. Went in for the free consultation and then agreed to the first appointment cost of $175 even though I believed that to be very expensive, I figured if what is stated in the description of the place then it is worth the investment in myself. Instead of the $175 I had budgeted for, I get to the counter at the end of the appointment and the total comes to $400. Took 8 months to save $400 and gone in one night for what I could have found on YouTube for free. Every time I tell someone about it, I am in tears. How do I justify this $400? Inclusive in the $400 is a $24 tool and 3 bottles of vitamins that total $184 for a month supply. Who is affording this? (this whole service is out of pocket which is a bit strange since my insurance pays for dietitians and chiropractors.) Had registered dietitians research clean vitamins for my issues which cost me under $15 for 3 month supply. As for the vitamins Dr.Baritz charged for, there was no mention of these vitamins in the consultation or their cost during this first appointment. I would have rather more information and the heads up on the cost along with the the option to move forward with it or not. Give me the decision instead of springing the cost on me at the end. Also the $70 vitamin bottle interfere with medicine that I take which we spoke about in length so it's not like he didn't know. When I noticed the ingredients in the vitamin and then a message on the side of my other medicine that said do not mix calcium with the medicine, I called because I already took both. No call back all day! I was expecting A RESPONSE from the someone who just wants to "help" me. He could have said "I can't answer that" or "you'll be ok" or anything. Called pharmacist and they were shocked that I was told to take these vitamins with my current medication. Scary! If he is getting this wrong, what else? He did a "check", the exact same thing he did in the consultation. After this 10 minute check he said nothing. Was expecting something like these areas are good and/or these areas might need more attention. Nothing. Then about another 5 minutes, Dr. Baritz pokes at me in 3 places with the tool. Now I am supposed to do this on my own after seeing it once. Why am I doing these things? What is it helping? Lack of information all around. He has a YouTube channel and the take away is to follow the videos. Save yourself the embarrassment and the huge bill for nothing. This is $175 worth of treatment? No. Disappointed and saddened over this costly mistake and hope I save you from the pain of making the same mistake.
