Popped in today to have a few watch batteries changed...the team was nice, thoughtful and worked quick to finish. While waiting around, I saw all of the cool watches and I will definitely be back to hopefully invest in one of the many beautiful IWCs. Great place in Warren, check them out read more

I had a stellar experience browsing and ultimately purchasing a unique watch here. The selection within and among brands is broad but well-curated and included some rarities. Customer service was friendly and patient without any pressure to buy. The self-described "watch guy" (I didn't catch his name) had extensive knowledge and was very accomodating. I could have bought something generic from the flagship stores themselves, but I'm glad I took the time to shop around and discover variations I hadn't seen elsewhere. I'm not going to elaborate on what brands/styles/colors/details those were because I may very well be back. read more

Great service and they can do anything with jewelry. I live in Warren and this is my go to place for anything related to jewelry.

Delightful store (formerly a bank-drive thru intact!), very spacious. Tom was very helpful, eager to show me whatever I wanted to see. Wide selection of some high end watch brands. I was hoping to see a vintage/pre owned case, though. Worth a stop if you're in the area, EZ on/off from RTES 78 and 22. read more

Thank you Cooper Jewelers!! My fiancé purchased the most magical engagement ring and wedding band from Cooper Jewelers. Their jewelry is something really really special. I am amazed by the quality and beauty of my ring. I can't begin to explain how many compliments and eyes I catch. Thank you Tracy, for helping my fiancé pick out the perfect ring and for making the experience an amazing one for him. He really enjoyed working with you and you made the experience such a positive one. Can't wait to come in and work with you again to find Dan's wedding band! :) read more

When buying my engagement ring I had a very specific and unique design in mind. Not only were they able to create the ring I was looking for, they consulted me along the way with a level of detail and care that I've not received anywhere else. I was so pleased with Cooper jewelers that I came back to buy a Rolex from them. Once again their product quality, attention to detail and customer care was second to none. Thank you Cooper Jewelers!! read more

Great selection of top quality diamonds and watches. The owner is always available and a true master when it comes to jewelry of the highest quality and at reasonable prices. Highly recommend! read more

Of all the jewelers I've been to in the area, Cooper by far stands out in their selection of luxury watches and service. I was looking for a particular Swiss watch that most shops lacked the ability or motivation to help me find. The folks at cooper jewelers came through and helped make sure sizing and fit were all right. Thank you Cooper Jewelers!! read more

Just had repairs done on some of my rings at cooper Jewelers. The workmanship was wonderful. The rings look brand new. I had to ask if they replaced the setting or repaired it. Elayne is wonderful to work with. Knowledgable and friendly. While I was there, I tried on a potential Christmas gift. Lol. Her cases of jewelry are gorgeous and fairly priced. I always get my good jewelry at Cooper Jewelers as I know they will be quality pieces at reasonable prices that will last and get compliments. read more

I can't say enough good things about Elayne and Cooper Jewelers. I had a specific wedding band in mind and Elayne not only made a beautiful ring that was better than expectations, but she also made the process very easy. She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. read more

Cooper Jewelers provided the exact service I needed. Elayne patiently introduced me to her extensive collection of luxury watches and I absolutely fell in love with my new Baume & Mercier. Jack ensured that the sizing was perfect and even added a new battery. I truly appreciated how easy they made the shopping process; just a few questions about my tastes and they immediately zeroed in on my dream timepiece. Exquisite tastes matched with easy personalities. I couldn't ask for more and I definitely know where I'll be going for my next big gift. read more

DO NOT GO HERE Do not waste your time or money here. They are rude to their customers and have very poor quality control of their craftsmanship and diamonds. There are much better places who treat you with respect and value your time and money. My husband got my engagement ring made here and 4 times they messed up the resizing!! Broke diamonds and then after I wanted my ring lowered because the setting was high they didn't want to! You made the ring we spent Thousands of dollars with you! Then then make me a new ring only to have diamonds fall out a week later! Never again. read more

I went to Cooper Jewelers to get a ring for my graduation gift! It is truly my favorite ring. I wear it every day. It has 0.15ct diamonds and is a stack ring. When I Inquiryied about it, they gave me all the necessary information and even offered to resize it if it did not fit the way I wanted. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that Cooper Jewelers always showed me and I can't wait to come back for more diamonds! I mean, after all, they are a girls bestfriend! read more

Visited Cooper jewelry to get one of my watches resized today and what a pleasant visit it was! Bob and his associate happily helped us and in the few minutes we waited to get the job done we realized what a gem of a place we'd stepped into. Having been residents of Warren for the past 9 years we've often driven by Cooper's and heard about them at a party or two but, you need to walk in to get a real feel for the place. The ambiance is both welcoming and sophisticated; their collection of jewelry & fine watches is extensive; and the friendly attentive service tops it all. They carry many high end fine watch brands - Cartier, Piaget, Longines, Michele just to name a few. In the few minutes I browsed it was evident their jewelry collection is varied and unique. Whether you're a Warren resident or not Cooper's is definitely a must visit for your next jewelry purchase. read more

I dropped off 2 things for repair, an ankle bracelet and a little girls earring to be glued to the stud. When I went to pick it up, the earring was black like it had been burned and several of the tiny diamonds missing. When I asked what happened, I was told that was the way I brought it to them. Which was not the truth, and that couldn't replace it anyway cause they did not sell that type of jewelry. Ok they were just $200 earrings but the point is what was done to it was they tried to solder rather than glue and burned it, then lied about it. I had no proof of how they looked before. I guess I should have taken a picture of it before hand. I never thought this would happen. I think they did not charge me for it, but again they did not tell me this. I only know because when I dropped off the 2 items I was told it would cost me about $65, and I only paid $35+tax. But I'm still out my grandaughter's earring. I will never go the again. read more

Cooper Jewelers - Burned earring. It was supposed to be glued not soldered and they told me I brought it in that way. - Jewelry Near Me - Warren, New Jersey

The man who helped me was a snob. I brought in a $300 watch to have several links removed from the band and he referred to it as "cheap." Insulting your customer (a Warren resident) is never a good thing! read more

Cooper is truly a boutique jewelry store - a rarity and unrivaled in our area. Just think about the fact that you can buy Ulysses Nardin timepieces, IWC, Breguet, etc in one location- you can't find these haute horlogerie brands at an independent jewelry store anymore. Jack and his team travel to Switzerland for the Mecca of mechanical watch expositions every year-BASELWORLD. They are not only a great resource but truly watch aficionados. When it comes to bespoke jewelry and a truly catered experience I always return to Elaine for her expertise and her creativity. If there's something you've seen somewhere but it's not to your exacting taste bring a picture or describe it - she will make it. If you've imagined something she will bring it to fruition. Then there's her spec pieces which are one of a kind and amazing- she has many pieces she's made for herself without the intention of selling! In a nutshell: world class sevice, amazing rare selection - the experience you deserve when acquiring beautiful things. read more

The most obnoxious people ever. First time I went there, years ago they said too busy to help you come back later, I was the only person in the store. Gave them a second try this time by phone to ask a question. I wanted to have my watch repaired and I was told they have a watchmaker. I asked if it was on the premises , he exact words were, It's irrelevant, he could be located in North Carolina for all you car. I was at a loss for words. I will never have any dealings with this place again. I'm not even sure it's a real jewelry store. If you know what I mean. read more
