I had a stellar experience browsing and ultimately purchasing a unique watch here. The selection within and among brands is broad but well-curated and included some rarities. Customer service was friendly and patient without any pressure to buy. The self-described "watch guy" (I didn't catch his name) had extensive knowledge and was very accomodating. I could have bought something generic from the flagship stores themselves, but I'm glad I took the time to shop around and discover variations I hadn't seen elsewhere. Just had repairs done on some of my rings at cooper Jewelers. The workmanship was wonderful. The rings look brand new. I had to ask if they replaced the setting or repaired it. Elayne is wonderful to work with. Knowledgable and friendly. While I was there, I tried on a potential Christmas gift. Lol. Her cases of jewelry are gorgeous and fairly priced. DO NOT GO HERE Do not waste your time or money here. They are rude to their customers and have very poor quality control of their craftsmanship and diamonds. There are much better places who treat you with respect and value your time and money. My husband got my engagement ring made here and 4 times they messed up the resizing!! Broke diamonds and then after I wanted my ring lowered because the setting was high they didn't want to! You made the ring we spent Thousands of dollars with you! I dropped off 2 things for repair, an ankle bracelet and a little girls earring to be glued to the stud. When I went to pick it up, the earring was black like it had been burned and several of the tiny diamonds missing. When I asked what happened, I was told that was the way I brought it to them. Which was not the truth, and that couldn't replace it anyway cause they did not sell that type of jewelry. Ok they were just $200 earrings but the point is what was done to it was they tried to solder rather than glue and burned it, then lied about it. I had no proof of how they looked before. I guess I should have taken a picture of it before hand. I never thought this would happen. I think they did not charge me for it, but again they did not tell me this. I only know because when I dropped off the 2 items I was told it would cost me about $65, and I only paid $35+tax. But I'm still out my grandaughter's earring. I will never go the again. read more

The most obnoxious people ever. First time I went there, years ago they said too busy to help you come back later, I was the only person in the store. Gave them a second try this time by phone to ask a question. I wanted to have my watch repaired and I was told they have a watchmaker. I asked if it was on the premises , he exact words were, It's irrelevant, he could be located in North Carolina for all you car. I was at a loss for words.
