My mom went to ask them about resetting a family stone for me. She is local, I relocated to the West Coast with my family. She told me she was helped by both Henry and David. If I emailed with any questions, David would respond in a few hours. We asked about a few different settings, and Henry went to the trouble of taking pictures of similar settings in their Summit location as well as texting them to my mom. They also wrote up an appraisal of the ring for us. Their prices were more reasonable than anywhere else I've seen (mostly online) and the finished ring is just beautiful. Henry's is AMAZING. I went in to try to trade in two bands so I could use that towards a new wedding band and worked with Jane. Not once we're they pushy about anything and provided so much information I never knew before. Instead, I asked for a quote on a custom band with moissanite instead of diamonds to meet my budget. Two days later (!!) Jane called back with a quote and what I wanted was the exact same price as lab created diamonds. It was a no brained and came in to get the process started. 3 weeks later, my new custom ring was available and I'm thrilled and in love! I would 10/10 recommended Henry's to anyone. My necklace broke and was a costume piece. Most jewelers would not even consider fixing. They did a very nice job, and so I also gave them my watch to be fixed, as the crystal was showing wear and tear. Both items completed within a week, and I received calls when each was ready for my pick up. Best part about this shop, I felt like the jeweler really cared about the customer. I absolutely loved my engagement ring, however it fit a little bit loosely. Rather than simply purchase a ring sizer, I wanted something much different. I envisioned how perfect it would be if I could have a detachable diamond halo for my solitaire engagement ring. Not only would this give my ring a snugger fit, it would also allow me to have two different ways to wear my ring. Wow. I came into this store with my Wife and was delighted to find sales people (Henry himself, and David) who were different than any other jewelry stores I have visited. My diamond fell out of my platinum engagement ring due to a broken prong and the basket needed to be replaced. I didn't have a local jeweler so after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to bring it to Henry's. From the moment we walked in the door David could not have been more genuinely welcoming and kind. An absolute professional, he weighed and measured my diamond in front of us, suggested the most cost effective replacement options (no upsale at all) and educated us on the benefit of a new appraisal so as to not overpay for insurance. We left knowing what it would cost for everything, including a polish and rhodium dip for another ring I had brought along, and within a couple weeks I had rings that looked absolutely flawless. My diamond, in it's new platinum basket and my diamond wedding band were both polished up like new and looked absolutely Stunning!! There isn't a day I don't look at my rings and absolutely love them. I will not hesitate to bring any future work here with 100% confidence. Henry and his staff are absolutely amazing. My fiancee had a custom ring designed for my engagement ring. It was an unusual request and Henry was open, welcoming, and excited about the challenge! His beautiful work was so well-imagined, well-designed, and beautifully crafted. I couldn't believe my ring when I saw it. Absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous. Several months later, we went to see Henry about our wedding rings. He already had ideas! This time, I was part of the process, which was amazing. Henry hand-sketched his idea. Then, he showed us a CAD drawing of what they would look like. Then, he used a 3D printer to make wax replicas. And then he created them! We were so thrilled at the collaborative process. We were so honored by his craftsmanship and his willingness to do something very unusual. It was such a pleasure. I think great jewelry should be unique. Henry is a true artist. We will be coming back to Henry's for all of our jewelry needs. But, I have two works of art that are priceless. This was such an amazing experience from start to finish.
