Despite the furnace having not been serviced in over 10 years, he quickly corrected a longstanding issue (someone had installed the wrong flow/style nozzle). He made recommendations as to what to do to avert an upcoming issue that we had noticed before contacting him. The controller is becoming unreliable, it's well over 20 years old. No pressure to install right away, said when it ultimately "goes" he has replacement ready to put in. Going to have him service the furnace yearly now. It just makes sense to. Prompt, friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. What is not to like? Already set a reminder for early next fall to call him for annual service appointment. Definitely recommend this business.

Late yesterday (9 June) I discovered one of my three outdoor electric outlets was not working, cutting off my in-ground sprinkler system. I called and was able to arrange for early repairs on-site at 0800 hrs today, 10 June. Joe Hitchcock (??) arrived at the time agreed & expected and got promptly to work. Masked for CV 19, he got to work smartly. The existing outlets were originally installed in 1989 and the covers were the worse for wear. Linked together on one control box switch, I noted he was especially careful to ensure and double check that he was not at any time unknowingly working on a live line. Joe worked methodically, neatly and carefully at his repairs, with the how's and why's being explained to me as he went about his work. When he was done, I reconnected my sprinkler control box and confirmed the system was fully operative. My wife, who is proud of her garden, was especially pleased. I earned kudos for not getting in the way playing Dagwood Bumstead. The job took a full two hours, but I am entirely satisfied the work completed was quite necessary and that it was completed to the highest standards of the Electrical Repair business. As we would have said in my long-ago Army Days: BRAVO ZULU Joe!!! Thank you for job well done! Bill McCullough

The toilets, 8 light fixtures, baseboards,  mirrors, vanities, space under the 3 sinks,  baseboards, shower stalls, and doors were left undone in 2 bathrooms. Wall smudges, light switches, and baseboards were not cleaned. All the mirrors on the mirrored bifold doors on 3 closets of 2 bedrooms and the front entrance hallway were left uncleaned. Baseboards and light switches were not wiped in the hallway closet, smaller bedroom closet, and walk-in closet in primary bedroom. The cabinet under the double kitchen sinks was not cleaned. The lower cabinet where there's a lazy Susan was not wiped out. The inside of the dishwasher was left dirty, so it was also not cleaned. The baseboards around the kitcken island were not wiped. The laminate floors in the kitchen and dining toom were left smudged and not done. I cleaned the laminate floors recently, days after the cleaners were here on Thursday, March 28th. None of the blinds were cleaned. The large venetian blind in the smaller bedroom, as well as the 3 large venerian blinds and two smaller venetian blinds in the living room, were left dusty.  The 4 large venetian blinds and 2 smaller venetian blinds in the kitchen nook and dining area and small blind by the entrance door were not cleaned. A lot of the kitchen cabinets had previously been cleaned by me. The oven was wiped out. The oven had self-cleaned days earlier. The refrigerator was completely cleaned.  The front entrance hallway was mopped. That's all. The cleaners arrived late at 1:05 pm. After they left, toilet paper was missing from one of the bathrooms. When they were about to leave, we were returning to meet them at the townhouse. They knew that we were on our way. We caught them pulling away in their car at 5:05 pm, but stopped them to chat. They would have left an empty townhouse unlocked.
