Move out clean of townhouse. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Paid for 2 cleaners for a 4 hour block of time from 1 to 5 pm. Two bathrooms were left uncleaned. The toilets, 8 light fixtures, baseboards,  mirrors, vanities, space under the 3 sinks,  baseboards, shower stalls, and doors were left undone in 2 bathrooms. Wall smudges, light switches, and baseboards were not cleaned. All the mirrors on the mirrored bifold doors on 3 closets of 2 bedrooms and the front entrance hallway were left uncleaned. Baseboards and light switches were not wiped in the hallway closet, smaller bedroom closet, and walk-in closet in primary bedroom. The cabinet under the double kitchen sinks was not cleaned. The lower cabinet where there's a lazy Susan was not wiped out. The inside of the dishwasher was left dirty, so it was also not cleaned. The baseboards around the kitcken island were not wiped. The laminate floors in the kitchen and dining toom were left smudged and not done. I cleaned the laminate floors recently, days after the cleaners were here on Thursday, March 28th. None of the blinds were cleaned. The large venetian blind in the smaller bedroom, as well as the 3 large venerian blinds and two smaller venetian blinds in the living room, were left dusty.  The 4 large venetian blinds and 2 smaller venetian blinds in the kitchen nook and dining area and small blind by the entrance door were not cleaned. A lot of the kitchen cabinets had previously been cleaned by me. The oven was wiped out. The oven had self-cleaned days earlier. The refrigerator was completely cleaned.  The front entrance hallway was mopped. That's all. The cleaners arrived late at 1:05 pm. After they left, toilet paper was missing from one of the bathrooms. When they were about to leave, we were returning to meet them at the townhouse. They knew that we were on our way. We caught them pulling away in their car at 5:05 pm, but stopped them to chat. They would have left an empty townhouse unlocked. read more

Wow! I thought I was so lucky to have found this service and used them for years. Lynda was all about being a family. Until I tactfully and kindly asked her to stick to our cleaning service plan and pointed out some things I wasn't happy with. She ditched us. Said there was no pleasing me and wouldn't reply to calls or messages to try and communicate. Terribly unprofessional. The staff generally provide a great service and I was otherwise happy until Lynda shows up to clean and spends her time doing all the things we asked not to be done like rearranging our cupboards instead of vacuuming piles of crumbs from in the couch even though that's literally what I asked them to do and not do extras right before they started. She said I didn't need the time allotted and they left early. When I asked, she got defensive and guilt tripped me before not replying at all. Take a look elsewhere if you have any higher expectations for your provider. read more

Overrated sales promotion by the owner, slow cleaners sitting on my floor chitchatting folding towels. I want my house cleaned thats it, not towels folded and fluffed. Owner was outright rude and sarcastic when we politely declined to continue service saying it would be my loss! There are lots of good hardworking cleaners in the community who have all the same services and employee benefits that you claim and get the cleaning done in a reasonable time. Inconsistent staff, never the same staff week to week. If you treat them so well why do half of them seem miserable? read more

We have been happily using the services of All Clean for our family for over five years, through many comings and goings. We did have to laugh recently, when we had movers in, bringing in a new bed and removing an old king sized bed. The movers were amazed. They said they had never taken out a big bed before, and not had dust bunnies and dirt underneath, at least somewhere. Ours was spotless. Lynda's team has been cleaning the nooks and crannies of our home, behind the sofa and all the slats on the venetian blinds, and doing a thorough job everywhere all the time they have been looking after us. read more

I was so incredibly happy with the service I received from All Clean. My husband and I recently bought a house in Nanaimo only to move in and find that the previous owner hadn't cleaned a thing. The bathrooms and kitchen were simply not usable. As you can imagine this was stressful to say the least. I called All Clean and spoke with Lynda (the owner) and she was cheerful and reassuring. She put me at ease and arranged to have cleaners come to our house bright and early the very next morning. The cleaners who came (Randi and Melinda) were so pleasant and got straight to work make our house sparkle. I found the rates to be reasonable and on par with other quotes that I received but the service was beyond what I could have hoped for. read more
