When there are showings, the complex suddenly smells like a scent with a hint of dog piss. The dog piss is pungent notwithstanding the scent that supposed to cover it up. You'd think that the money from the pet insurance that residents pay would be used to clean up the stains. If you want to pay over $2,500 to live in an apartment complex that smells like dog piss, this is the place. The dog piss is in the hall ways and in the stairwells. There is no escape from the scent of dog piss. Have you ever played the floor is lava? You would definitely lose here because of all the dog piss stains. The problem has been getting worse and worse. I personally get very nauseous walking through these hall ways. I can not imagine how children deal with this horrible smell. The smell of dog pisses causes headaches.

Maybe you should go work where you don't have to do customer service , where you don't have to interact with anyone bc traumatizing potential tenants and victimizing them is unwise especially where you're gonn sit staring through the glass window and anyone can see you're in there looking at your computer and refusing to get off your rump and give a rats dash about your own job .

All across the street. CONS: -everything is pretty old. Not the sharpest looking place -I feel uncomfortable with all the maintenance guys around during the day. One time I was laying out at the pool and two took a break across the way to ogle. -They don't put up notices when they do work on the roof, which seems to happen pretty often. It's really loud. -No recycling facilities -Even though it's next to Bixby Knolls and next to churches, I've seen broken glass from cars every once in a while. -Sometimes the post office person leaves packages on the floor of the lobby.

Management has an attitude and very unprofessional- they also speed through the parking lot when exiting I truly feel sorry for maintenance because even working hard and trying -their effort easkly goes unseen because its's such a large property And let's not forget the break-ins. Genuinely a terrible, rotten company that will do everything they can to be petty and rude. Update: after writing a review on both google and yelp, they all of a sudden were able to return my call the same day I wrote it, smh. *Could* be coincidence, but I will also add that when I applied to this place I got the same treatment for TWO weeks and, again, got a call the same day I wrote a review on Google about that, so. Be very careful with this place, keep eye on your deposits, and take a good look at the itemized list they give you because they will make "mistakes" Very shady, unpleasant and rude experience. Moved out and was told I owe $177 and was given an itemized list only to see that they only included one of two of the $600 deposits I made (a regular and pet deposit totaling to $1200). I've contacted them FIVE TIMES for a week to ask why the second deposit was left out; text, voicemail, email, and have been ignored completely. I'm almost certain it's on purpose to try and keep the other deposit AND ask for more money because... how? How have they NOT responded for a week, from all different sources of contact, even after messaging them "this is my 4th / 5th time trying to contact you with no response," but was told my payment to them is "urgent" ? They really are trying to swipe my second deposit AND ask for more money from me. What a horrible, disgusting place. But besides being potentially scammed, and possibly needing to contact a lawyer since they won't answer any form of contact, I could not stand the older lady in the office and left after a year pretty much because of her. She's VERY rude and annoying. Before switching to automated texts to let us know if we have packages, she used to manually call everyone and would nag me, because I order a "lot" of stuff, so I refused to answer any of her calls (or else I would get nasty). Well, it even got to a point where she demanded I call her back and let her know why I was "ignoring" her calls? No, lady, lol you can leave your voicemails and talk to yourself since you want to be rude. Acting as if she's entitled to me answering the phone and letting her yap in my ear about how I order "too much stuff" (as if it's her business?). Thank god they switched to texts. People probably complained about her attitude lol. After that I just completely ignored her existence because she was so unpleasant. Hope she learns some basic customer support skills!

The unexplained lockdown of the roof area at 10pm walks a very thin line of nazi like management for no apparent reason other than gluttony since they will rent to complete outsiders for a dollar but turn all access off to loyal residents. This is unacceptable! Safety Safety Safety - The mailboxes and garage access - (The garage is wide open access) have been compromised and has not been fixed for over two weeks because they are so busy monitoring the roof so the local transients roam freely in the lobby and parking levels checking doors for free entry while panhandling like it's nobody's business. For the price it's a ripoff with a belligerent slow response to resident request without accountability on almost everything. Then they rob actual residents of the one shining amenity which is the rooftop by denying access to it. Shame on management and ownership for treating their residents so badly. Hopefully they will regroup and do a hard reset and reopen the roof amenities to hardworking Long Beach residents.
