From handmade birdhouses to gourmet foods to throwback candy to inspirational books, this place has something for everyone! Be sure to check out their Facebook page and be informed of upcoming sales and events! They have a special Wednesday night girls night that includes a discount on all purchases. My anti-shopping husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon and I had to drag HIM out of the store! He found so many things that he wanted that he had to start a pile at the register so he didn't have to carry everything while he continued to shop! Our treasures included a pizza oven cook book, a shepherd's hook, a birdhouse, some peach bbq sauce, a handmade pen, a large picture/wall hanging, and a few caramels. We love it all and can't wait to go back! Pro tip....be sure to use the restroom so you can read about the history of this beautiful space. Sounds weird, I know, but what a lovely story abut a well-loved place! This is the PERFECT place to go if you are wanting to buy a unique and thoughtful gift for someone but have no idea what to get. Your gift will be the best one your receiver had gotten! The prices are fair. Not too high but not a discount store either. It is still a boutique. Oh...and the salespeople are just awesome! So sweet and make you feel like you are their closest friends. They wrap your goodies under with care and even offered to help carry things to our car. The whole experience was a 10/10!!!

I'm not all that knowledgeable on it but I'm sure they'd tell you about the "farm" it sits on. It's in a great location off of Bunker, near Round Lake. Parking is behind the building. Now you may think you are parking in a memory care apartment complex because you are. That's a part of this original Farmstead property. They take pride in MN. You'll find anything made by a local MN artisan here. There's a section devoted to just the MN State Fair. It may be stuffed to the brim with things, but it is organized well. Bath, body, kitchen, cabin, baby, faith, sports, fashion, treats. I usually want it all. And it's a great place to find a birthday or thank you gift. They offer gift cards and have offered basic gift-wrapping in the past (ribbon tied on the bag). They also host artisan markets to showcase some vendors. They gave me a postcard for an upcoming event, which includes food trucks. Sis and I stopped in on our way to the Downtown Anoka shops. But I found everything for my bday peeps here. No need to fight for off-street parking or the sidewalk sales crowd. Thank goodness!

We ordered: house special wings, Singapore noodles, shrimp egg foo yung, and sweet and sour pork. Everything was cooked well and the flavors were exactly what we were expecting. The sweet and sour sauce is house made and was delicious- we were glad to have ordered extra sauce! And the egg foo yung had a light and tasty brown sauce. The wings were tasty but I wish they had some crisp- they were quite soggy. The cost ended up being a little more than we were expecting, $70 for 3 entrees and an appetizer, but the food was quality and portions were generous. The Singapore noodles were 3 meals worth. Note: they will substitute fried rice for white rice with an entree, but it's a $5 upcharge per entree for a miniature carton of rice.

I think the authentic menu has to be asked for if you go during lunch. Very large space, can fit larger groups of people nicely. I had the Ma Po Tofu, they were able to make it without pork for the vegetarian. Also had the Singapore Noodles. The waitstaff understood we wanted it made vegan and he understood that which makes it easier to order vegan food. Our table had the pork dumplings, beef short rib, and a beef stew with a lot of gelatinous chunks. The food was hot and very good. If you are in the Northern suburbs and are looking for more authentic Chinese food, here is definitely a spot to check out. They also have the robot servers to bring out your food. That was fun to watch! My favorite part was that we got sweet cut fruit align with our check instead of the cookies. That was a unique touch. Plenty of parking as its stand alone building.

So I did an online order recently for a new shower head at this location that was in my e-mail box…read moreon sale which I needed one anyway. So I clicked it, online pick up bada-bing, bada-boom get text saying it's ready ez-peezy. Great! So I plan on picking it up on my route to where I was going later on. Rolled up to the store to pick it what I already paid for online that someone grabbed for me, even better! Big sign when I walk in, saying pickup order here, perfect exactly what I was looking for. I go over there, there are 3-4 staff standing there, another doing returns. They weren't that busy, couple people in front of me but one of them was being a pain in you know what to the staff. So of course this guy is whining and complaining about his counter top, holding other people up, getting 3 people involved, manager had to come over sort it out. Fine whatever, people are a giant especially when dealing with the general public. I waited, waited some more and then some. One staff member left to go on break or something after saw I was standing there for a while. The manager was coming over to help Mr. Sandy Pants about how quickly he needs his tile which I guess takes 3 staff members and a manager to solve this dudes issue. Don't get me wrong, just watching him from being, he was being a paint to Home Depot's staff, nothing out of line just TLC. Here is where the breakdown happens, the assistant manager comes over to square this guy up and get him on his way. Meanwhile the other staff members are all standing there the entire time with the manager who at this point is passed off this guy so they can get back to work. The guy is going none stop but as a manager like come on man, stand up own the situation, tell your staff to help the next customer and deal with this guy, fix his problem and move on. Whatever I sucked it up, waited and waited for my express order that was already paid for online, already picked out, already got confirmation it's ready for pickup I was expecting in and out. Not a 20 min deal with some crabby pants on counter tops and another friendly customer who was doing a special order project. I'm just observant that way. So to wrap up, the manager handles this guy, gets down, the other associate goes to help another associate and the manager walks out from the customer service to go back to whatever he was doing. So I stopped him, I'm like hey boss I'm been standing here 20 min, no way says nothing, someone goes on break, takes 3 people to solve some knuckleheads customer problem. Can you just do me a solid, grab my small order that's sitting right there paid for, I sign, I leave, hello, goodbye that's it. Not exactly express. He said sure no problem and after that I was in and out but the fact that had to ask when he say me standing there the entire time even before he came up. It would have been faster to drive Menards, pick it out myself then I did waiting. So home depot sends me a follow up survey to my e-mail about my recent online order experience. I said what the heck, I know home depot values customer service so I decide to fill it out. Did I have any intentions of coming on Yelp to leave 1 star review cause I had to wait some extra time, of course not but it did leave for a not so great experience for express pickup. My feedback was straight forward saying it doesn't make any sense to put express pickup at the customer service desk filling out special orders and credit card apps that stuff takes forever. That's like saying 400 max items at the express lane super market. To wrap up, I expressed by opinion very honestly which part of the reason I'm on this platform and I'm just like that in general. The reason for the 5 stars, someone from Home Depot called me today regarding exactly what I filled out to a T. Not some non-sense scripted customer service center. I'm sorry but I can't remember your name who called me but she say she has been in the business 20+ years and you can absolutely tell. Does her job like a rock star. The best part, she gets the big picture. She reshaped my mindset of Home Depot. It doesn't matter how much the item was or whatever. It was a cheap shower head, but she treated it no different than if a mistake would have happened on a $10,000 job or $20,000 or whatever. The person that called understood the value of maintaining customers. I like home depot before but she said they were sorry, they aren't prefect, are making changes to improve serious A+ customer service skills as a manager. Home depot should absolutely have you training other manager customer service. That call could be thousands of dollar if not 10's over the years with home improvements, remodels, projects what have you. Not saying I won't ever go to another Low's or Menards again but I have never been so impressed on how a massive corporation handled not not even a bad review but just a feedback survey which I don't even usually do. This person gets how the world works. Made my day, ty!

All good. 2. food good egg foo young on point, egg rolls really good. Beef and broccoli? Meh. Too many giant chunks of uncooked onions, beef was chewy and so fatty that at times you can't swallow it. Oolong tea? Passable but so comforting. 3. surcharge for gratuity 15% automatic 4. fee for using credit card 5. Cleanliness- the floors and bathroom soooooo dirty. There is a lock on the outside of the women's bathroom. So anyone could slide this and lock you in? What's that? If you can't maintain cleanliness in main areas what does the kitchen look like. Also there were two tables that were piled high like someone was using one as an office space and the other to stock items on. 6. there are so many types of Asian foods it can be confusing. Overall, I would give them another try. The Pho looked amazing from other tables.

Four stars for Vietnamese food! This place is an enigma. All the signage points to Chinese food…read more Their main sign out front boasts "Hunan, Szechuan, Peking, Cantonese style." Yet the most authentic stuff on the menu is the Vietnamese section, which is not mentioned in the restaurant. Being a Hong Konger, where we do in fact have all these cuisines back home in authentic form, and I have personally dined in all these styles, this place is not that I assure you. So come here for Vietnamese. Looking around the place, it was clear that the 4 tables of Asians are here for Vietnamese. I would personally stay away from the Chinese offerings judging by the plates that were coming out. They did have a little lunch buffet line out, and a counter full of Chinese dish-ware, accessories, and snacks. Quite strange. The buffet would not be something I'd touch if you paid me... Ok enough of that big confusing bit about cuisine. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, and it was great! Lots of meat options, well stewed to tenderness, good portion size. The broth was lacking in a little salt, but it was full of flavor as expected. Just some sprinkles of salt and a little sugar tuned it right up. The sprouts were starting to brown. Overall it was tasty and filling. Pricing was on point at $8.99. I would definitely come back and try the other Vietnamese dishes, and maybe even the Chow Fun and Cantonese Noodles...maybe. Stay tuned!!
