That confidence is truly life changing. Thank you, Dr. Beau!

I got porcelain veneers done with Da Vinci Dental and I honestly thank Beau and Andrew every single day for the professional and high quality work they did for me. It's such a fantastic feeling when you smile into the mirror every morning and love what you see. Da Vinci dental was able to bring that confidence for me and I am very very happy I chose to go with their clinic. First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. They stand by you in every step of the process to ensure you're having the smoothest experience possible. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. This clinic is arguably the top-rated cosmetic dental clinic in the Pacific Northwest, if not on the entire west coast. Their reviews really do speak for themselves. Thank you so much again!

I was only told about their insurance network status when they foisted a $150 bill on me for basic cleaning and xray fees that would have been fully covered if the office was in network. Even then I had to repeatedly question the receptionist about the bill to get them to clarify that the office was out of network for my insurer. They gave me a soulless, empty apology about this. They assured me that they do their best to inform every patient about insurance network status, but this is obvious garbage given their failure to inform me. They were unwilling to take any responsibility for their own failure here, and insisted I pay the $150 bill. I only paid the bill because I knew I had no legal recourse. As far as I'm concerned, they robbed me. Needles to say, I will be finding a new dentist.

I visited to a couple orthodontics for their assessment and chose Dr. Bruner. Here's what I liked: * He said my treatment would take about a year. It did. * Very nice and happy staff. It's so pleasant to work with a team that are happy to see you and you can tell they enjoy their work. * Beautiful office space. Everything is new, clean and a pleasure to visit. Plus, plenty of parking. * Dr. Bruner was great. Reflecting on my treatment, I can tell that orthodontics is part science and part art. You have to trust the Dr. has the experience and technique to bend the wires in the proper way to get the desired results. Dr. Bruner and his team have the skills! * One of my pet peeves is to sit a long time in a waiting room. Especially when I'm on time for my appointment. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being called back. My wife and two college-aged kids Went to Dr. Bruner for Invisalign. They were equally happy with their treatment and results. I had traditional braces since my teeth needed more adjustment and traditional braces were a quicker option. The team at Bruner Orthodontics was great and I would highly recommend them?

Which made them miss school to make regular ortho appointments. Now my second kid is going through their second round of treatment with them. I asked a question and the two front ladies just looked at each like I was stupid. I should have said something to their faces about how unprofessional that was. This office accepts everyone that walking in their doos and I do not feel like the care is as attentive as it could be. I get a lot of attitude when I bring my concerns up to them. I am paying them a lot of money for their services and I not feeling like they are definitely overpriced for how crappy they make me feel as a customer.

From the very beginning, Dr. Davis was thoughtful and attentive as he walked me through what to expect from the procedure. But Dr. Davis and the staff quickly put me at ease and showed me the benefits. I knew I'd be getting the best treatment possible here. At each appointment, I was greeted by kind reception staff and the assistants were all professional and friendly. Most of my treatment was during the Covid pandemic and I was very impressed by how seriously the entire office took everything. They had protocols in place such as a virtual waiting room outside the office, a locked front door, screening questions, temperature check, mandatory hand washing and more. I always felt comfortable and was glad I was able to continue treatment despite the circumstances. Overall I would highly recommend Kirkland Orthodontics. You'll be in the best of hands there!

Very clunky and cumbersome intake process 2. Very unstable payment portal process mix of Dentrix (non-native Fintech) and some unknown third-party, which does not have reminders or auto-draw forcing you to share your financial details with roving staff via questionable security measures 3. Dr. Kim (male with mask) and Julia (office manager) are stand-offish and hollow, going through the motions, and did not make any effort to remember things as basic as: not scheduling appointments when patrons have moved out of the state, keeping a courtesy payment reminder active, updating Px about payment submission changes, shaking hands, or extending basic greetings in the waiting area. 4. They will argue away their avoiding of the Surprise Billing statute, by charging you extra before rendering the receipt of sale, meaning, if there is an agreed payment plan, the fee schedule is subject to change during the encounter if the provider deems it necessary to tack on additional fees-for-services rendered. They put you through the screening but use the built-in excuse that the screening tools are limited and things 'come-up' during the procedures. 5. The dental problem, despite the ~$2,500 tab, is still a problem, and seems like only a temporary fix was applied, to encourage a return visit for more services/charges to be levied. The tools used seemed functional and up-to-date, but beyond this the overall care quality presents as a place that has been gutted by turn-over, limited by location, and hamstringed by said personnel. Given the location and the personage mentioned, it would be best if alternatives were sought -- it is not worth the hassle or expense.

I rated my experience as 5 stars, however…read morethere were few things that I noticed that can improve the overall experience: - Steet signage: Arriving to the location was not a problem. I followed my GPS directions, and I arrived there on time. However, it was hard to locate the the correct building and I got confused when trying to search for the right entrance. I would suggest to have some sort of signage at the back of the building, to guide the patient to walk around as it was not evident that where I parked was Suite 2 or was the back of "Kirkland Cornerstone Dental" building. - Exam / Dental Cleaning Room: The dental hygienist welcomed me and did a terrific job at cleaning my teeth. She was properly notifying me what she was going to do so that I would be ready for it. The not so great experience was when I was laying back on the chair with all the machines and tools inserted in my mouth, I started noticing and hearing disturbances in the room next door. I am not sure what was going on but I believe that there were some files going in/out the shelves which are located in the front desk room. I understand that the rooms are close to each other without doors but as a patient I would have preferred to feel more at ease without having to be distracted with the noise of the side walls. After the dental hygienist completed her work, she gave me an Oral-B toothbrush with a floss. It was nice of her however I would have preferred to not carry anything until I complete all stages of my visit. In other dental offices, the freebies are given at the very end as part of the goodie bag. Also, the exam room needs a coat hanger, placing my jacket on the side counter was not a good idea. - Dental Panoramic X-Ray Machine Area: Please add a CAUTION sticker sign where the mounted metal piece is located. That area felt a bit dangerous when trying to get inside/out the machine. - Insurance: As a new patient who gave all my insurance information before arriving to my appointment, I would expect that the staff had already done their homework and learned about my insurance coverage. What are the primary things that a new patient need ? The essentials: Regular Checkup and Cleaning, X-Ray, and perhaps Dental Filling. The patient should NOT be hearing a lot of "We don't know if your insurance covers that". The discussion regarding "patient's insurance coverage" must be done only once at the beginning or/and at the end. For a moment while i was in the exam room, I started doubting my insurance coverage. Perhaps, if I had discussed the purpose of my visit when I first entered with the coverage that i was getting, it would have elimitnated later confusion. I am not sure but maybe it was my mistake for not bringing it up when I checked in. Overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Ben who patiently explained the issues I had without exercising any pressure. I will be gladly referring Dr. Ben to my wife who is currently searching for a New Dentist.
