Called today (Monday morning) and Ryan was here by 2PM in the afternoon. Turns out our condenser coils were totally clogged up so they couldn't do their job. Cool Temp Heating and Air provided excellent service on heating/cooling systems at both our residences. Their tune-up service is reasonable and very thorough. The company men are informative, honest, and don't try to up-sell unnecessary repairs. The owner, Luis, was great at trouble-shooting why our one heating unit kept shutting down. He found lots of corrosion in the circuitry, and tracked it to a water leak on the second floor which was tripping the safety switch every time water dripped into the system. He did a complete tuneup, which included removing the corrosion. We followed Luis's suggestion to immediately have the leak found and repaired before using the heater, and the heating system is working perfectly now! The tuneup completed by Travis on our other heating/cooling system, was very thorough, including a good cleaning on the outside fan unit. Travis checked every aspect of the system, and also was very informative on going over everything he had done. We highly recommend this great company and feel lucky to have found them. read more
