Saw the other good reviews on this place and decided to give it a go. The guy who was inside the little office was named Jesus and he was very helpful and informative on the different types of material and the level of tint. I felt like he really cared about the quality of work they perform and it really showed on the finished product. I also had my girlfriends car done too and she was very happy as well. Would strongly reccomend.

I got all my windows re-tinted for $290 I thought was a great price and they did a good job. I only had to leave my car here for 4 hrs and it's lifetime warranty so if anything goes wrong with it I can always take it back. read more

Great service, I requested for an immediate quote and service on my Tesla Model 3 because I was leaving out of town and the owner responded immediately and even opened shop for me on. Sunday. Jonathan was my installer and he did a great job. They were very competitive with pricing in comparison to some other quotes I got. They used Llumar film and even threw in a free wash after. I'm very pleased and happy. Looking forward to seeing what next couple days looks like after the film settles in. Will be returning to get all my chrome wrapped and powder dip my wheels. The tint job was ok, but customer service was the worst. The technician damaged the interior of my car but they would not admit it.I had to go to my dealer and spent money to fix it. So here's a suggestion to the owner, if your technician does not know how some of the car works, DON'T TOUCH IT until you ask the customer first!! read more

Really happy with the work that Armando and His team did with my car. They are very professional and had my car finished when promised. I was very impressed with the quality of the finished product on my clear bra paint protection, windshield skin and powder coating of wheels. I will definitely bring my cars there in the future and recommend all my friends and family that need tint wrap/paint protection and powder coating done. This place is trash, I called and asked if they could tint the front windows of 2 of my cars and the guy said yes it would only take 30-45 mins... I asked if he could do today and he said yes, when I got there he asks me if I have an appointment and I told him I just talked to him, he told me he was booked. I'm frustrated not because he didn't want my business but because he made me drive down to his shop to waste my time, what a bum! read more

I came here today for a car wrap, for my roof and mirrors. My car is a 2016 Ford Mustang, I'm a car enthusiast, and am very particular on where I take my car. Terrible!! I want to start with this is my 4th time coming here. It's been about 4 yrs since my previous car was tinted but since then the quality has significantly diminished. When I received my finished car and arrived home I noticed parts on my backseat. I figured out where some of them popped back on but others I had no idea. I called Armando and he said "oh, they go inside the door panel. We must've forgot." No apology, just a simple bring it back and we can put it back inside the door for you. I live about 30 minutes away so I couldn't just turned around and go back. So, I went about a week later because my window was rattling so bad. My husband mentioned to him about the window rattling and he simply said, "yes,because that piece was missing" The piece they didn't put back, but left thrown in my backseat. Actually 1 of 3 pieces left thrown in my backseat. As far as the tint goes. All the windows except one look okay. The back passenger has a bump and a scrape in the tint that I did not do myself. It looks like it was applied in a hurry. I'm bummed because I had referred other people here but not anymore since the quality control is lacking. read more

I took my vehicle here to be tinted, and while the initial check in was friendly, I ended up spending a bit more then what I thought a good tint should cost, however I was convinced if it was quality work it would be worth it. After receiving my car back, I noticed some small bubbles on the driver side window, I was told they would disappear after several days, and to not roll my windows down for 48 hours. So I followed their instructions. When opening the rear passenger side door I noticed they did not put my door back on correctly, I called them up and was told to bring the car in so they could fix the door that was hanging off. When I brought my car back I also informed them of the bubbling that is still there on the window. While one guy put my door back on properly another one tried to smooth the bubble out.. When the door was back on they gave me my keys and said I was good to go, even though the bubbles are still there.. I would not recommend this place. 300 bucks for not getting my car door back on right, and for bubbles on my driver side window. read more

BEWARE! Got estimate for 2nd nicest tint, in office with guy pointing to tint we would receive. Brought car in, told the price I was given was for cheapest tint, price was double. While doing work, broke door pulls on both front doors, denied it. Next day, discovered electric side mirrors no longer work. Dishonest, damaged vehicle, don't go there! read more

Great place to get your windows tinted. Make an appointment. They quoted me 2 hours, I was in and out in 50 minutes. They explained options and the pros and cons for each type of tint. These guys are professionals, friendly and efficient. Super happy and I will be back for any other tint needs. I read reviews about the metallic tint causing interference with cellular reception. I went with the ceramic tint and have not had a single issue with reception. Worth the extra few dollars. read more

Had my 2012 c250 tinted here, only wanted the llumar ctx series. Did my shopping around, looked at living social and groupon deals, but this was the best price in in quite some distance, and I visited other shops that quoted a lower price on the phone and in person wanted 400+ to do the same job. I called, made an appointment, and in 1.5 hours, I was out. The job was fantastic, their attention to detail was good, and the tint to the edge of the glass was all included in the price. I have used Cool IT Tint for many years now and I'm finally taking time to give them the credit they deserve! Every visit ( guessing maybe 8 times) over the years I leave 100 % satisfied! They are all so nice and work hard and quickly to get you back on the road. Not only do they do Tint-They will hide all the silver on your vehicle-from rapping handles to dipping all the badges which give your car great finishing touches. I also recommend clear coat to protect hoods and bumpers from rocks that pop up off the road. Keep reading- Christmas Eve I called first thing and Armando answered and said get down there and let's see what we can do. He and his team went above and beyond to get my Christmas surprise done (even)adding finishing touches on top of the tint! I took my 2013 Honda Accord and was pleased with the work. When I brought the car home I noticed some smudges on the rear window. I tried to wipe it off but it didn't work. I spoke to Armando and he assured me they could take care of it. I went back and left the car with them and received a call from Jonathan who asked me what I was referring to. he was aware of the problem and on end again assured me they would take care of it. Although the technician…read morearrived about an hour later than the end of the scheduled service window, the quality of his work more than made up for the delay. His attention to detail was exceptional, especially when carefully removing the plastic clips and components around the forward-facing sensor cluster. Modern vehicle interiors and trim can be extremely delicate, and it often seems as though manufacturers design these parts to break during disassembly. However, the technician methodically removed and reinstalled every component without scratching, damaging, or breaking anything, allowing all necessary parts to be reused with the new windshield installation. I observed the entire process because I genuinely enjoy watching skilled workmanship, and I was extremely impressed by how carefully and attentively he performed every step of the job. My wife was initially concerned after reading some recent negative reviews, but based on our experience with our Honda Prologue, this company did an outstanding job with both the removal and installation of the windshield. The pricing was fair, and the convenience of having the work completed at my home was excellent. I would simply recommend that customers build some flexibility into their schedules. If the company estimates the technician will arrive within an hour, it may be wise to allow a little additional time, and if the installation is estimated at 1.5 hours, plan for closer to 2 hours. In my case, the technician's slight delay was understandable because he clearly prioritized doing the job correctly rather than rushing through it. I would much rather have a slightly delayed appointment with high-quality workmanship than a rushed installation done improperly. The overall scheduling process was also very good. I called on a Friday around 4:00 PM, they had the windshield in stock by Monday, and the installation was completed Monday evening from approximately 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. So basically a one day turnaround! Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and workmanship. I would absolutely use this company again for any future automotive glass needs.

I would give zero stars if I could…read more After having my windshield replaced here, I discovered paint damage on my vehicle along the roof at the windshield line immediately after the service. This damage was not present prior to the appointment and is located directly in the work area. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it was due to "low quality paint" and not related to their workmanship. That explanation does not reasonably account for a single, localized chip in the exact area where the work was performed. Communication was also handled poorly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was initially given this explanation through text rather than speaking with the owner. When the owner, Raul, did respond, the situation was minimized and I was even offered a suggestion to purchase spray paint from an auto parts store to cover the damage, which is not an appropriate or professional solution. Since responsibility was not taken, I proceeded with filing a claim through their business liability insurance. The claim has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster. I'm sharing this so others are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision. ***UPDATE*** I'm going to keep this factual for anyone reading. I did not ask for anything "free." I reported damage that was discovered immediately after my windshield replacement, located directly along the area where the work was performed. This was not pre-existing damage. I was told the issue was due to "low quality paint," which does not explain a single, localized chip in the exact work zone. The area was also taped during service and not disclosed to me at pickup. Since responsibility was denied, I proceeded to press the matter until the owner gave me his insurance information, I filed a claim through the business's liability insurance, which has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster. I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. The tone of this response from the BUSINESS OWNER speaks for itself. 20 years in business but remember this for future customers: Professional handling of damage concerns is just as important as the service itself.

Unfortunately, they failed to communicate with me, and after nearly two weeks of waiting without updates, I decided to look elsewhere. I went back on Yelp and found Low Cost Auto Glass. Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. First off let me express my opinion on these other review fake and they have all been reported to YELP!!!! IF YOU WANT A BAD JOB COME HERE. HE WILL SELL YOU ILLEGAL TINT !!! NO PROBLEM EVEN IF ITS ILLEGAL. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THIS PERSON?????????????????????????? I had my windows tinted here over the course of 3 months ago. At the time I came in there business license was expired and had been for 3 months they should have NOT have been operating in the City of Upland with out there license. My son and I brought his car in to get the windows tinted. When we came in the shop Armondo so called owner helped us. Don't be fooled he is NOT the owner of this shop either please refer to the business license for actual owner Amparo is the owner of this shop. We left our car trusting the shop and came back and the car had been damaged by the shop when the tint was installed. He would not show me the video I asked him to see it. He refused. He deducted money from the bill and we were on our way. I decided to take him to court after the fact and didnt realize at the time how much this would cost to fix.The amount to fix the car was 926.00. I kept calling and he would hang up on me and would not take care of the situation. He is NOT HONEST!! Stay away !!! He is not an honest person. People stay away. We also realized after the fact that he tried stealing speakers from the car as well.As well as thhe window tint has bubbled up. We took the car in to get serviced and they had to re bolt all of the panels in the backseat back on. This car was in new condition even though used was flawless. My son had the car for only weeks before Armondo got his hands on it. We won our case for 926.00 against him in small claims court. Then he appealed the case being the skum bag that he is.He won the appeal alright lying threw his teeth AND ONLY WON BECAUSE HE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO COACH HIM IN THE HALLWAY. The Judge was not fair . We had every bit of evidence from pictures etc and he claimed he did the job and lied. We sat there and watched his ghetto buddies do the job. Then he said he had cameras but erased them accidentally before court hes a liar. STAY THE HELL AWAY. IF HE DOES DO DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND ILL BE YOUR WITNESS. Again, I have reviewed this business on Google plus but my wife wanted me to review it here. My wife has tinted car vehicle at this shop. Weeks after, so many bubbles showed that made vision blurry. Anyhow, I have out state, otherwise I would now let her do it there. Yesterday we just went to another shop and removed the terrible tint and replaced it with a new one. The material they used at that shop is cheap material as we were told by the new shop. Even the installation was bad and it was obviously done by a novice. As my wife told me, those guys were not on time and they charged here double what the guy charged us yesterday. Guys I don't know how this business has 5 starts. This is my third time to come in for a window tint . I tried to go somewhere else didn't work . Why though they are my go to window place . Prices are good okay competitive. Came I n Day prior made a a.m appointment they do great work and tint is gauranteed lifetime to date never had a issue except when I decided to do front windshield given a quote and price jumped way up when decided to tint window off of price earlier from quote given. Absolutely best service anywhere in IE - Armando is a perfectionist. He redid my window tint last year because minor imperfections didn't meet his high standards. I wouldn't have noticed!
