The main reason for docking 3 stars on this review are (1) Support after sales It was not made clear to me that to come out to Kennesaw, it has to be atleast a $300 charge minimum for any future service calls. Background: I decided that I wanted to change the location of one of the cameras after final install and was willing to pay David his normal rate per camera (i.e. $150) but that was not worth his time Lesson Learned: Be sure to check with David how much would be worth his time if his location is as far away as mine (~45-50 miles) (2) Attitude after sales I noticed a change in David's attitude after sales. I kept getting to hear "I am not running a charity but a business" when I never asked anything for free. I would have been happier if he would have just mentioned this upfront so I would be more prudent in hiring someone who can provide support after sales Now the positives (1) Excellent quality of work in getting the cameras wired (2) Setting up the DVR (3) Continuous communication before and during the install (4) Extremely professional before and during the install / made me feel completely comfortable. read more
