To this day the access road gate still sags and is difficult to open and close. A few years ago they came and built some VERY expensive simple walkway gates and an access road gate. The first thing I said is I need them to be pool code because we were saving to build a pool. The walkway gates were in the area of $900. Time after time the walkway gate would not close on its own and, in my opinion was poorly built. I do appreciate them coming to try and fix them but ultimately could not. I've had to cut some pieces to get the lock to have enough space it would close. I would not recommend them as they could solve a simple gate not closing.

Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.

I got several quotes and KAL was affordable and timely in his response. The quote and contract were all online so it was easy to review, refer back to, and share with my neighbor so we could make a decision. The work was also good. I wanted metal posts, redwood boards, and to make it modular so if a section of fencing broke for whatever reason (kids, mostly), I could easily replace a 2x4 and/or fence boards. February 2024: After some of the great wind storms, another section of my fence had pretty much blown over. We were able to reset the lines to increase my backyard (yes, I got city permits) and he was great about marking out the PG&E and other lines. He took care of that and other things that didn't even cross my mind. With that, I now have a larger backyard, the fence looks great, and I've had friends and neighbors comment on how great it looks. Overall, if you're in the Placer County area (Auburn, Meadow Vista, etc.) and need a fence, I'd recommend giving Kirk a call.
