Ben has been servicing our home regularly since we began with Scout a year ago. He is beyond fabulous and an absolute pleasure to work with. He calls before he comes and today, I had something unexpected come up and had to leave as he was coming in to complete our service. Ben knows my home and that I have dogs and cats. When I let him know that I had to leave, but that my mother was there and the animals were up and out of his way, he went in my home, per my request, and completed the service. Once complete, he called me to let me know what he had done and what to expect in the coming weeks from the treatment. Ben is absolutely amazing, the best of the best. I appreciate that you always send him and out and not someone new every time. I have gotten to know and trust him and appreciate his dedication to assisting me in the maintenance of my home. So, THANK YOU, thank you to your company for being excellent, thank you for having quality employees who value your customers and the service that is provided.

I have been impressed with the consistent professionalism in this company including the initial contact, the monthly service visits by the technician (usually Frank), the communication from the office letting me know when the next visit will be and follow ups afterwards, and rescheduling is a breeze. Absolutely no complaints from me!

Sherry, who answers the phone and helps so much, is amazing. She is an absolute sweetheart and is willing to answer any questions. I feel like the pricing is comparable to other companies. It might be slightly higher, but to me, it is well worth it! We talked to the company that was previously servicing our house under the previous owners, and the customer service and professionalism simply did not compare. Nick was the technician who came and did our first service. He was super personable and very thorough with his work! I can tell we will really be able to rely on this team. They appear to go above and beyond for their clients, and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, A+!

Advanced Pest Control of Alabama had great reviews, and MAN do they deserve them! Within the hour I had a call from the owner, Scott. The following hour I had a team there inspecting the property. Scott and his team, kept in contact with me the whole time and explained his services as well as calmed me down from the panic. Spoke to my technician on the phone in April to schedule a spray. He texted me previously to…read moreschedule so when I talked to him on the phone I asked if I could use that number to text him to schedule instead of calling and playing phone tag. He said yes. June 30th I messaged to schedule, no response. Yesterday 07/07/2026, I got an email statement showing that my June payment was never made.... It's set up on autopay from my debit card. I've also never received any emailed statements from them the entire time I've used them. I assume they only send you a statement when you're behind... What's crazy is that I've received several texts and emails about new services and add ons to my service but no communication on a missed payment until the next bill. I call the main number on the website to see if they can tell me why my payment wasn't made because there was nothing wrong on my end or wrong with my card. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and just said she didn't know- wasn't willing to even look into it. Whatever. So I ask her if she can tell me why I never got a response from my technician to schedule. She proceeded to say that they don't have to reply and I should have just called the main number to schedule. At this point I wish I had just gone with a different company. Especially after everyone I have talked to about this has said they've had bad experiences also. All in all, don't bother setting up automatic payments because apparently they don't take the payment, don't bother messaging the technician that's assigned to your house for a spray, and don't call the main number for questions because you're just gonna be met with nasty attitude. Do better.
