Amazing place. It has been several years since my friends, now wife and then girlfriend, and I stumbled upon this place while traveling and went. The cookies are so huge and delicious and staff is fast and friendly. Would love to return to this cute place that Cookie Monster loves. read more

This is your spot if you're craving a soft, warm, gigantic cookie. After dinner nearby, we stopped in for a quick dessert treat. We ordered the funfetti and the chocolate chip. They were warmed and ready within 5 minutes, and they were both pretty good. They're not going to be the "best" cookie you've ever had, but they hit the spot. Overall, it's a nice little place to visit along Rowan Boulevard. read more

Not as good as it used to be before the Pretzel Factory merger. Gone are the as-big-as-your-head cookies, replaced by the same thing I can get at Insomnia or any other local bakery. While the cookies are fresh and the staff is great, it's lost its luster for me. read more

Soooo good!! Thin, crispy, crunchy cookie. Ice cream was smooth, rich and creamy. Diabetic dream come true. Cute little place with friendly staff on Rowan campus. Totally worth the cost and calories. read more

This place is okay, but it used to be great! The cookies used to taste out of this world, now they taste fine. The prices used to be a steal, now I feel like I'm being a little bit ripped off. I know inflation is real and affects businesses, but the dramatic increase in price followed by a decrease in cookie size and tastiness, has led me to missing the old Cookie Munchers. The delivery process also takes twice as long then the past and the website has multiple bugs. We order every once in a while, always hoping it will be better than our last order, but we are usually mistaken. I hope this place can turn around and become more like it was, even just from an ingredient and service standpoint. read more

Cookies were huge the last time I was here and delicious. Haven't been back for a while and my mom stopped and got me some cookies and they did not taste good and were very tiny and in a personal sized pizza box and not the normal size they use to come in. We use to go there at least five times a week. So disappointed and I sadly won't be returning. read more

Omgggg! One day we were leaving Lascalas and wanted dessert. Everything was closed and my son was sad so I did a quick search and found this location open at 10p on Friday! It's right near Rowan University in a nice location. We were happy to see all the fresh cookie options and of course you can make them all al la mode. The cookies are ginormous! Hot & gooey soft omg! Sinful. We shared a chocolate chip cookie that was perfectly cooked with ice cream. They did not disappoint, except the price was extremely high. It is worth it though. If you're looking for a late night snack that is delicious and satisfying , please do visit Cookie Munchers soon. read more

A little on the expensive size. The cookies are super thin and by the time we got to the car they were a little crunchy. Definitely need to eat them right away. The red velvet was nice as it came with dipping sauce. Chocolate chip has a lot of chocolate chips in it. The best cookie was probably the sugar cookie as it was the softest. Do not buy to eat them the next day as they get rock hard. Also tried the cookie cake and it was alright. Overall it was a nice experience to take a trip to try, but probably not something I'd drive the hour for again. read more

What a treat it was stopping into Cookie Munchers. My Granddaughter was so excited when we told her we were getting cookies for breakfast. She was more excited when she saw the size of the cookies. The place was immaculately clean with fresh new decor and the staff was very friendly. The cookies were so warm and delicious. The cookies were so fresh it was like we just took them out of the oven at home. The prices were very reasonable. We had several cookies. We had Red Velvet, Chocolate chip, M&M and a Sugar cookie with some sweet cream cheese dip. They were all Phenomenal. I wish we lived closer, we would stop in more often but this definitely deserves a road trip. I would absolutely recommend this Gem to anyone looking for some homemade taste in a cookie. This place is Unreal. read more

I went here after visiting Chickie & Pete's . I brought two cookies red velvet and chocolate chip. I didn't know what to expect from a $4 cookie. But the cookies were huge and very tasty! Incredibly mediocre at best. Nothing to write home about if you're craving a cookie and don't want to make it yourself this would be fine. However if you have time to make your own cookies save yourself the disappointment of ordering a cookie from here. read more

So far we have been here about 4-5 times and each time is a different experience. This means they are inconsistent and depending on the night and even order, you may get extra crunchy orders or extra mushy, in our case for tonight, we got 2 extra crunchy cookies with no softness at all and 1 cookie that was the perfect mushiness. I like them, I like how they are a local small group so 4 stars, but based on taste they are 3 stars at best, consistency is a 2, customer service has been a 3 Star experience. New venue so I am hoping for improvement and will absolutely be back because late night cookies can never truly be a bad decision. Happy eating! read more

the cookies are expensive but they're really big, much better value than the other chain cookie stores. they taste good, very solid cookie i've had them a few times and i'm sure i'll be back several more. the inside is small but there's a bathroom, some tables and chairs and a bench outside. interactions with the staff are usually very short but not unpleasant, they get you your order pretty fast no complaints there. the double chocolate cookie was very crumbly this time for some reason, it wasn't the other times i've had it but it wasn't great this time around. i was jealous of my fiancées regular chocolate chip cookie. read more

Really frustrated as a first time customer. Placed an online delivery order at 3:15p. The store is 2 miles from my home. Waited an hour and 10 minutes and no delivery. Called the store and they said they had no delivery driver til 7pm! They were never going to inform me. I asked if I could pick up the order but have the delivery fee and tip to the driver I already paid refunded. They refunded only the delivery fee and kept the tip. Not a way to get a customer to return!! read more

Stopped in around 8pm on a Thursday night. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie. It was large but ridiculously thin. So much so that it was a gooey mess that I couldn't pick it up to eat it while it was warm. I actually needed a spoon to eat it. Once it cooled completely it held its shape slightly better but still fell apart easily. I don't know how to explain it other than the cookie is lacking in actual cookie. It was all chocolate chips. Horrible recipe. read more

Yummmyyy cookies in my tummy. I decided to come here as I was driving by late at night visiting a friend at Rowan University. Perfect place to stop by and satisfy your sweet tooth. They have so many combos to choose from, which took me like 10mins just to decide what type of cookie I wanted to try. I finally decided and chose a basic chocolate chip, which was extremely huge, so if you are thinking of sharing definitely do. The cookie is the size of my head, but very thin. The cookie was made fresh out the oven and was extremely soft. I even got vanilla ice cream with it too. Definitely a cookie spot you must try if your near Rowan, great thing is that they are open late too and even deliver. read more

I'm a few decades older than their target group. That said; I have had a lot more cookies in my day. I wanted to like my big chocolate chip cookie but alas, it did not measure up to any chocolate chip cookie I have ever sampled. It was very thin, heavy on the oily side. Where's the flour & leavening agents?! Sure it was served warm but it had no substance. It was chewy with no cookie crumble. It had a malleable texture. The flavor of the chocolate chips were the only negligible proof that I had bought a "cookie". The shop itself is clean but there is no display of actual cookies. (Except a menu) Everything happens behind 2 curtained "window-like" openings. The 2 young people were pleasant. I did not sample anything but the chocolate chip cookie. This shop is a great concept like a similar franchise that appears on or near large college campuses. However, they really need to rethink this recipe. It's just not a cookie or flavorful. I always like to support local businesses & would love to see this shop make it. Perhaps the clientele aren't particular about cookies & anything that is warm & sweet will suffice. This shop has potential if they can make a cookie that people just crave. Right now it's a concept that needs a great recipe. Should I find they have figured this out; I will return. read more

Looking for a warm cookie fresh from the oven? This is the spot for you. Good cookies (not great) that are as big as a dinner plate. We enjoyed them but would've enjoyed them better if they weren't all piled into the box together- which made it hard to eat while they were still warm because they were falling apart. I would ask for separate boxes next time. Chocolate chip was the winner this time but the monthly special cookie looked great too! read more

When it comes to warm baked late night cookies, the first name that comes to mind is Insomnia. I tried Cookie Munchers for the first time. I think they are missing the mark. I got a chocolate chip cookie here it was very bland tasting. The chips felt plastered on just because it's big doesn't make it good. I'm also annoyed that I wasn't able to eat the whole thing because I left it to eat for later then I come back to discover my dad ate the whole thing. read more

This place was cool, cookie was really big. It taste pretty good. Mind you I'm not a huge cookie lover. My girlfriend loves it.

Hey first time ordering and these did not disappoint! Had them delivered and they were still warm so Delivery was fast. I had no idea the cookies were sooo BIG YESSSS! The delivery service person was very nice and patient with me because I had a large bill and she had no change so I was able to put it on my card right at the door that was embarrassing. But everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely order from them again and I will have the proper funds next time. Marcy read more
