I couldn't have asked for a better dinner date than coming here with my super thoughtful boyfriend…read morewho completely spoiled me with such great food! We came Valentine's Day weekend from Columbus, GA after attending mass. He really wanted to take me here and I'm so glad he did. We had the bread and butter which was to die for! I think they gave us too much butter over bread ratio, but l'm not complaining haha. So warm, soft, fluffy and delish the bread was. I don't think we talked much when we had our wagyu steak main course cause it was so good, we couldn't say a word to each other. The pepper sauce with the perfectly cooked medium rare steak (which came cut in two pieces, which is a really genius move to serve steak by the way), with white asparagus, caramelized onion, rose petals, and just pure deliciousness. Literally chef's kiss. We also couldn't make up our mind about desserts cause they had a Valentine's dessert menu and the couple sitting next to us also recommended the cookies and milk. Yeah- I'm really lucky and very spoiled. Definitely hit a sugar high, but absolutely worth it. Servers and greeters were also all so kind and attentive. Definitely recommend :) I think this is the nicest dinner anyone has ever treated me to. Thanks for my amazing boyfriend- I'm so grateful.

Let me start by saying the building is beautiful and the atmosphere feels like a nice restaurant. Also, the cocktail menu was definitely curated by someone who knows what they are doing. The appetizer Barrotta cheese was the best part of the evening. With that being said, the entrees were lackluster and small. Our food came out lukewarm at best and honestly seemed like not a lot of thought went into them. I know that this restaurant is supposed to be upscale, but I don't think I should pay 55$ per persons meal and still leave hungry. Also, the staff needs training. The whole time it felt like they were concerned with fast turn over and nothing else. Part of upscale dining is that the price of food and quality of service is more important than turn over time. Generally speaking I will not be back to eat here again.

The café chairs alone had me remembering travels to France while the scent of fresh beignets greeted us a block away. The beignets? Exactly what you want them to be--pillowy, indulgent, and just messy enough to feel like a proper treat. We like the smaller bites dipped in butter cream. No notes there. Perfection achieved. The coffee and tea selection is stellar. We had a classic hot latte and an iced chai latte, both amazing and oh so natural paired with a sweet treat. But let's talk about the mimosa "flight," which is less a sampler and more a commitment. Three full-sized mimosas arrived like an unexpected gift in a tiered holder. Peach mango was the clear winner--bright, juicy, and dangerously easy to drink--though the blood orange gave it a respectable run. Bonus points for serving them in unique depression glass, which made the whole experience feel just a touch more special. Service is where this place quietly shines. By the time you've ordered, you're not just a customer--you're someone they're rooting for. It's warm, attentive, and brimming with genuine southern hospitality. Whether you're killing time between classes, catching up with your college kid, or just looking for a moment of charm in a busy college town, this spot delivers. Come for the beignets, stay for the vibe, and maybe pace yourself on the "flight."

I didn't think the brew meant alcohol as well, so it was cool to see there were lots of options for beverages. The team member was kind & helpful, answering all questions. The beignets were disappointing. Maybe my expectations were too high, but they seemed as if they were cookie-cutter, prepared in a warehouse somewhere. Maybe not for my taste. Depending on time of day/ year, you can find parking near and maybe free.

The real highlight is Will the owner. He is amazing with kids and had my daughter fully engaged letting her sample flavors and even choose how she wanted her ice cream done. It was one of those moments that just makes you smile :-) The popcorn is fresh and really good My older daughter loved it so much she looked them up when we got back to Florida and asked me to place a delivery order. This says everything. We enjoyed the PB Chocolate Drizzle, Chocolate Drizzle, Birthday Cake, and Windy Cindy. Between the location right by Toomer's Corner the customer service and the quality this is an easy 5 Stars.

They sell fudge, popcorn, and icecream. He let us sample various popcorns, and also mentioned everything is made in-house with the exception of the icecream. I love their logo and the cuteness of the store. It's quaint but real cute. I had the dill pickle popcorn and it was very good. The popcorn had the right amount of tartness + butter. The flavors balanced nicely. I purchased the sophomore bag. Love the play on names in this college town! I tried the birthday cake flavor with my friend and we both seemed to enjoy it. The popcorn was roughly $5 and is a nice amount. It has a buttery yet dill taste and is VERY flavorful!
