Double hamburger (dressed to order with ketchup, mustard, and pickle only), onion rings, cheese bites, and a chocolate shake.
    Rick R.

My first time here. And I would be stupid to tell you this is the best hamburger I've ever had. And I will tell you that you could get a better burger at Wendy's. But it is fresher and tastier than the other fast-burger places. But if you're not familiar with this place, they have tray specials, where you can choose between two different sandwich type things, two sides, and a drink for $5.99. (I actually asked the guy who took my order if I was reading that right.) You can also pay a dollar more like I did, and get a shake. They have about 30 different varieties of shakes. The onion rings - real onion rings, not Puree-Os like at Jack's - and cheddar bites were fresh, hot, and crispy. For those who care about these things, the interior is a little upscale, giving more of a quick-dining hipster vibe rather than cheap plastic picnicky chairs and tables. At that price, this food is more than worth the money. And I will definitely add this to my Sunday dining rotation.

This place is really unique. Where else can you get chicken fingers with a side of chicken nuggets as an option?

They did not offer me a menu so I asked if they had sea bass, and they said, yes. I said "I would like that to go. What are my side options?" They said, "You don't really get options. It just comes with certain things. You get mashed potatoes, asparagus, and you get to pick what kind of salad dressing you want." I chose blue cheese. They said it would be a fifteen minute wait for my meal, and I asked for a cocktail menu. They said they don't serve cocktails. They did not ask me if I wanted a water. Sea bass is supposed to be delicate, juicy and tender with a bounce back when you poke it. It is crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. I order it every time I go to bonefish grill, and that's what I expected when I came here. It was grossly disappointing. I honestly don't even think that fish they gave me was sea bass. It was much too thin. It was soaked in an overwhelming amount of lemon. The mashed potatoes and greens tasted like lemon. It was like my entire meal had been marinated in lemon juice all day. Yuck. There was no sweetness at all. It was just bitter like strsight lemon. This "meal" cost me $42. I was back at my hotel before I realized how bad it was. Going out in the rain to return it was not an option. I Very rarely give bad reviews. This is the only one star review I think I've ever given. This food was truly atrocious.

Service was amazing. My grilled chicken sandwich was good. The fries? Terrible…read more That menu has A LOT of fish options.

Upon arrival, things started a bit slow--I waited for a moment before realizing I needed to walk over to the takeout area to be seated. However, once my waiter greeted me, the experience quickly turned around with attentive and efficient service. The warm bread was just as I remembered--fresh, soft, and a comforting start to the meal. I ordered a cup of shrimp chowder, which was rich and flavorful. For my entrée, I went with a signature favorite: Parmesan crusted chicken, paired with mac and cheese and a salad. The portions were generous, and I definitely had enough to take home for later. Overall, it was a slow start, but once the pace picked up, everything came together nicely and ended on a high note!

My salad was dry and I had to constantly raise my hand to be assisted. The bartender Paige made it a priority to give everyone at the bar amazing service but when it came to me she was very stand-off. At the end I placed 2 Togo orders and when she brought them out they were plates only and when I asked a bag she got an attitude. At the point i was just ready to go and it took forever for her to close my tab. With that said I will stick to the Opelika location because here I felt very unwelcome.
