Curious, I quickly…read morechecked the reviews while waiting at a nearby traffic light and, seeing they were quite positive overall, decided to park and give it a try. The ladies working inside were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a great start. Their menu is incredibly unique and fun, featuring a wide variety of amazing burgers. As a fan of spicy food, I was pleased to see several options that catered to my taste. My server took the time to explain how they roast hot peppers to create their own unique blend, which I found very impressive. I decided to go with the Cold, Cold Heart burger, primarily because it included jalapeños. Although tempted by the Fire God Burger, the combination of scorpion and ghost peppers seemed a bit too intense for me. My burger was prepared quickly while I watched from the counter, which was a nice touch. The fries that accompanied it were excellent--slightly thicker than regular fries with a delightful seasoning. They were served piping hot and crispy. The highlight was definitely the burger itself. It was outstanding! The jalapeños added a lovely flavor without being overly spicy, and the bun was exceptional--soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. The meat was substantial and perfectly cooked. For condiments, they offer squeeze bottles from the fridge upon request. I opted for mayo on my burger and experimented with ketchup and mustard separately to see which I preferred. Honestly, the burger was delicious with or without the additional condiments. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend stopping in. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

The service is always excellent. The waitresses are always so friendly. The cooks are very nice and seem like such good people. I think next time I will just go in for the shakes and skip the burgers.

Positives: 1. The host was kind and pleasant…read more 2. The French fries were tasty. Negatives: 1. The heat was broken in the restaurant and it was way too cold to be open. They only had two small radiated heaters trying to heat the entire restaurant. No warm beverages listed on the menu. 2. My husband ordered the bison burger medium temp and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both proteins were burnt. The chicken was black and smelled of charcoal. The bison burger was cooked until hard around the edges. The food took so long to get out that we picked around the burnt parts. The fries were perfect so we just ate what we could and moved on rather than trying to have the burger/sandwich remade. 3. The waitress/bartender was the only server on the floor. The host was serving non-alcoholic drinks. Back restaurant staff was serving food. They were definitely too understaffed to provide any quality service but the waitress tried. 4. The menu is limited and doesn't particularly stand out among other menus in the area. Menu lacked enough details for people to make a decision without needing input from the one waitress. While my husband and I do not feel like this restaurant will be one we will revisit, I do recognize they have only been open for one month. If they are to succeed in Bristol they need to elevate their execution of their menu and look for opportunities to stand out among the rest of the burger places in Bristol. Given how poorly the protein was cooked I would hesitate to order a steak meal at dinner.

But then, we walked by on a night when there was live music and the place was packed. So, the customer base is there! Ordering is done at the counter and it was easy enough to do so. The person at the front also clued me in when I mentioned that there were cheese grits on the online menu. Apparently they don't have them on the in-house menu because they only sometimes have them made. It was my lucky day- so I got the cheese grits, the corn, mac & cheese, and fries. I loved the spice level on the corn- not too much but enough for real flavor to come through. The fries were good- and the portion was huge. I could have easily shared and walked away with a pretty heavy to-go box. The cheese grits and mac & cheese were lukewarm, but I didn't correct the problem, so that's on me. Both the mac & cheese were good, but not great- the cheese grits needed a flavor punch. The mac & cheese noodles had gone a little too soft, so the texture was a little off (flavor was on point though). I did love the blue cheese dip and chips appetizer. The portion was hearty and it is definitely a sharing app! There were things like straws, napkins, and a to-go box where we did have to go seek out the front counter staff. I think it was meant to be self-service, but the things we needed weren't out and we didn't get checked on. So, that part was a little confusing. I think that they just needed to restock their self service area a bit and hadn't yet. Overall, solid spot! I would pop in again for sure!
