These conway stores are crap the one in Cheltenham sucks really bad every time I go there no one is never on the floor the cashier always have to call someone ever since they reopened the clothing looks like crap and there's no plus size section the store manager doesn't care about what you have to say about the store she just laughs at it to her assistant manager so don't go to any of them save your time and money read more

So I have been here three times over a 6 month period and every time I've been here within a minute of walking into the store, I've heard "SECURITY CHECK ALL AISLES." WTF?? I was wearing a T-shirt, Jeans and my coat . No purse, no bags from other stores. I don't steal! Never mind that Conway is very, very cheap and full of reject goods that no one else wants to sell and discontinued products. Who would want or need to steal from them? By the way, the guy who makes the announcement should really work on his diction. Second, why the long lines? Especially when there are employees mulling around laughing and joking . If you see a long line of people, why don't you move your butt from the returns, where the line is empty and open up a register so that your PAYING customers can pay for their goods and leave faster. I won't be shopping here again. I am even more glad that I haven't spent anymore than $30 dollars of my hard earned money. I don't like how they treat paying customers. If every black person who walked in your store is such a thief, why are you still open? Your store should be practically empty. FYI, thieves are going to steal regardless. No announcement is going to stop them. If you see someone doing something suspicious or stealing for that matter, then make your announcements. But when customers first walk into the store? The only thing you people are deterring is customers who have enough self respect not to patron businesses that hold them in such little regard. Oh and non-black thieves love stores that follow the black patrons because they can steal all they want while the idiots that run the store is too busy watching the black customers. Oh and before a rep from the store says that they have black employees, don't bother. I know you have black employees, so what? There are plenty of places that hire black employees to follow other blacks around. Look no further than the beauty supply store a couple of doors down. It's really insulting. Why don't you just follow our every move through a camera and keep your announcements to yourself? I don't mind, but hiring my own people to follow me around is disgusting! That's why I only shop at stores who have respect for their customers and enough good sense to know that black customers aren't upset because they want to steal, and realize they can't because you are obviously following them. But because it's degrading, it's disrespectful. It's saying we don't trust you, we don't respect you or your potential business.
