His regular closed day is Tuesday, but have been there Wed at 11:30, Sat at 11 and he was closed. If I lived nearby it would be no big deal but I don't. He should have a sign on the door with his regular hours - AND STICK TO THEM. It is a basic axiom of retail to let your customers know when to come. This guy just don't get it. Other stores in the center have no hours posted and have odd schedules I e. not conforming to typical retail. If you Google the center it says everyday 10-8, but few of the stores follow that schedule. So shopping there is a hit or miss.

The reason being that some times they don't start their lunch on time and they have to rake their 30 minutes. That's understandable. Rachel is very helpful. I came in one day and one of the cashiers was visibly very sick, yet she was still working the register right by the front doors. When I expressed concern for her health, she told me she had to come in or she was afraid of losing her job. That is unacceptable, no one should feel forced to work while sick. There is almost always only one cashier, and the lines wrap around the store. Management clearly sees this and only steps in once things get overwhelming, but by then the cashier has already been dealing with unnecessary stress from customers and long lines. The store itself is usually cluttered and disorganized. On top of that, employees are often outside smoking and then come back inside smelling like weed, which feels very unprofessional in a customer-facing environment. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and uncomfortable to shop in. I've never experienced anything like this at a Dollar Tree before.
