Prior to needing to cancel the wedding we tried contacting Christelle for venue and set up information for styling on the day with many many failed attempts and ignored messages. We contacted Christelle in regards to cancelling the wedding with notice of over a year. She has been completely unprofessional and has made this situation so much more stressful than needed. We kindly asked for our deposit money back as we had given ample amount of notice, we were happy to pay the full deposit amount until the date of our wedding had been booked by somebody else and if the date had not been filled we were willing to have Waterfront on the pier retain our deposit. She has been nothing but rude and insensitive towards the situation and myself. Don't be fooled by her kind act when looking at booking the venue as once you have paid a deposit she becomes completely inattentive.
