However, such places tend to provide burgers that are of a much higher quality than you would get from your average fast food joint, and this place is no execption. The burgers are nothing short of delicious, and the chips are pretty awesome as well. It certainly beats going to your average fast food restaurant.

I ordered the Yankee Culture burger and it was bursting with flavour from the mustard, pickles and tasty cheese melted all over the beef pattie. I guess I could be eating less chips than I should anyway. Yep, it's pretty standard fish & chips shop, you have the usual suspects on the menu and although I've yet to try their hamburgers, I've a feeling they must be alright seeing them being made for another customer whilst waiting for my single person order of half chips and blue gren. Saw the beef patties being flattened from a ball of mince each on the grill so at least it wasn't pre- made slivers with peel away paper. My fish was so-so, I don't think it's beer batter just maybe stock standard flour, egg and water. Chips were a bit underdone and definitely not crispy outside fluffy inside. One or two were definitely not cooked. There's better places yet. Oh, staff weren't friendly to me. Felt like they'd rather be somewhere else. But he was right, half chips are still sitting in my tum tum two hours later.
