Working with uncooperative newborns can be tough, but he made the photo shoot fun and was amazing with our little girl. He was highly collaborative helping to ensure we got the best possible shots and also didn't miss any that we hadn't thought of and would have regretted later. The turnaround time for everything was also really fast and the pictures are so beautiful! I'd highly recommend working with Tucker for any photography needs.

Run, don't walk . . . away from this agency!…read more I hired them to do a background check on a person and explained that my attorney needed the information asap. On the original phone call, I was quoted $400 by the woman who answered the phone. Later, when I spoke with Jay Groob, the owner, he said for $2,500 he could do a "complete" check. My biggest concern was that this person was married and/or divorced in New York, and we needed that verification. I provided Jay with names, dates, addresses, etc. because I had already done some checking myself. I explained that I couldn't get any more information on the marital status in New York because I was told that information would only be given to the married parties. When I asked him about that, he said he had "other ways." Five weeks later, our attorney still had no report. I assumed it was because he was doing the "thorough" investigation he promised. We had to call to finally receive the report; and when it was received, it didn't contain the criminal portion. . . . thus, another phone call to them. They then sent the criminal portion and said it was a mistake that it wasn't done. Also, we discovered later that the person in question was very nervous about what the findings would reveal. Well, they didn't reveal much because I believe only perfunctory work was done. His "ways" were only a "way" to get $2,500 versus $400. Run . . . don't walk!

Erin is an excellent choice as a wedding videographer! We love the video she created for us and…read morewill certainly cherish those memories forever. Many couples' biggest regret is skipping out on videography for the wedding. We coordinated through Kristin Griffin Photography to sub-contract Erin! She captured several tender and candid moments that I didn't even remember until watching the finished BluRay. I might have started tearing up again at some points. The downside of sub-contracting was that we did not get to meet or correspond with Erin until the day of the wedding. However, Kristin sent me her page link so we could look at some examples of her work. After the wedding Erin reached out to us through text and e-mail. She also sent us a hard copy of her Wedding Demo on a DVD, but due to the condensed timeline we received it around the same time as she put together the original getting ready sequence. We loved it so didn't have any additional comments. It's great she also gives the option to give you the raw footage but you will need to provide your own hard drive or purchase one for her to load. During the ceremony portion when we were exchanging our vows there were some blurry portions. Erin zoomed in/out on either Dana or I while we were talking so the camera needed to refocus, which was slightly distracting. I'm no video expert, but personally I think it would be preferable to have both of us in the same frame without panning between. Not really a big deal though. We loved how Erin juxtaposed the boring moments of us going around to each table taking photos with our guests with everyone dancing! She also used the songs that we were dancing to in the moment so it looked more natural than using one of the songs we licensed. We got our first glimpse of the intro/getting ready sequence from Erin just 10 days and everything else in less than 2 months post-wedding. We anticipated on receiving the boat for over 4 month since attending the New England Boat Show back in February. My dad was so excited for the fishing season. We showed up to pick up our boat and shocked it was missing the essential necessities we specifically requested and agreed upon at the show. The owner, Wally, was insultingly dishonest and didn't own up to the fact he messed up our work order. He basically didn't process the work order correctly and built the wrong boat. Can't believe he was just going to deliver the incorrect boat to us! He told us he could easily sell this boat to another customer if we don't want it (at full price probably) because he didn't want to honor the discount we agreed to at the show. He accused us of never ordering the t-top cover and any of the color request we wanted - classic bait and switch. If you're considering purchasing a boat from them, i would HIGHLY recommend you to think again. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, disrespect and time. There's so many other options out there. I hope they don't bother attending next year's boat show since they can't deliver the correct final product.
